Good story, good characters, a ton of good information. Typical of the genre, you have to overlook editing, but that doesn't bother me much. Good stories with good characters can excuse a lot of things. The middle dragged a bit and the end came a little too quick for my liking but overall, I enjoyed the book and will read the concluding book in the series.

I enjoyed the third better than the second. Hope that the author continues with his knowledge of backwoods skills and others who read take an interest and look further into survival skills that may help them or their families should things like this ever occur.

This volume follows Clint and Junior as they form a militia army to fight the Rainbow Warriors. More information on the Rainbow's suppliers and backers comes out and the world continues to change. In many ways it begins to grow smaller again and in others it is as diverse as ever.
