The Lone Alpha
What happens to Carrie and James ? Do Carrie and James have kid's and do they find out why Carrie is so important . What also happens to Kent is he still able to stay away from Carrie ? Do they find out why the sisters are trying to protect James? I am looking forward to the next book.

This book took off from the get go. Book one is advised so you know what took place because things are not really recapped. Carrie faces the differences between her and James and the moment her and her friend go out to get over James I cringed. I am not a fan of multiple partners even on a split.
Rest assured the attraction seems to come from a primal level and can not be controlled. One thing is for sure Carrie feels it deepest with James. The German as he is called has yet to be narrowed down and he is moving around the alphas like chess pieces after he destroys their packs. James is a wolf shifter but Edward was a bear shifter.
I thought that to be an interesting twist because Carrie is the key to it all even though she has no idea. She is beginning to have visions but doesn't understand them. The book ends with Carrie and James deeply committed to the other but the plot is just heating up and the biggest fight is yet to come. I am disappointed about the lengths of these books. They are both less than 70 pages. I got both for free which is the main reason I got this one. I think the price is high for the length. Write one full length instead of all these mini pamphlets. Enjoy!

Great short story
Great short read
Loved the characters and storyline. The author had great detail to each characters storyline. Sexy detailing the intimate relationship between Jacob & Carrie.

Almost too good to be true
This is a good book that is hopefully going to turn into a good series. One complaint I have is that there aren't more books yet. Worth a read.

I'm NOT a fan of books/novella that come out like a series story (part 1, part 2, etc). These books are novellas at around 69 pages but even tho I don't usually like to read stories this way, but I'm looking forward to the stories in this series. This is a new author for me with this being only her 2nd ebook and the 2nd one I have read. This one was almost as good as the first one "Curves For The Lone Alpha".

I did like it. But I only like it. It sort of jumped around a bit, feeling a little rushed and tried to pack in a lot of information that left me wondering, wait, what just happened again? Mostly pertaining to Dan coming back, wait, he was banished yet a month later he's a hero? I realize these are short stories, just would like more detail to a few things instead of a lot of things with hints of detail. Didn't need a tissue for the HEA, but did like that it hinted at past lives perhaps becoming future stories.
But, where it was good I found it to be engaging and am still going to keep on reading as new ones come out, I do like the author's ideas and action!

Great Second Book in this Serial
I normally do not read serials but this one is very good and does not leave you with a huge cliffhanger. There is an underlying mystery/saga that needs to be resolved but each book has its on mini-drama that is well worth the cost of the book. I look forward to the next book. That Bad Guy has to die!

The Lone Alpha Unleashed is better than the first book!!! The chemistry between James and Carrie is amazing. Can't wait to read the next book!!! Hopefully it comes out soon!!!!
