I really enjoyed John R. Ratney's insight into the effects of aerobic exercise on the brain. I was already running before I read the book, but I feel even more inclined to not skip, and even try to make it a 6 times a week kind of deal. Some of the chapters are really heavy on the psychology of the brain, which I appreciated though not entirely understood. That's from my own shortcoming though and felt like it was a great addition to add validity to what Ratney was writing about. Running has helped me during difficult times in my life, but I never knew how. Now I feel like running every day.

This book makes me want to exercise, to go out and run. Well researched but it's kinda hard to read (for me), I meant some of the terms. Love the part that exercise and learning effect each other. This alone could change the perspective of so many individuals, to the better. Especially students, where it's common to ditch exercise and focus on studying while the researchers showed otherwise.
