Why did I said that because I have a friend who is a heavy smoker and was very much addicted to it. I shown him this book and he told me that he was impressed the way the author organized the information into a simple narrative form of fact and fictions.
The author not only tells us that we can be addicted to virtually anything, when I read this... I was quite skeptical, but it is true come to think of it. We can be addicted to sex, money and every love without us knowing. This book really explains it all on how our brain works without going too technical.
Having said that, the author displayed a great form of knowledge when it comes to addiction. This book is for everyone dealing with addiction. A good piece of work.
