When Delia (Lia) Norman meets Rock Royalty Colter (Colt) Slade unexpectedly after her boyfriend of 4 years breaks up with her, sparks fly immediately. Lia's ex always told her she was dull and boring, she was no fun at all, and he was right. Colt tells Lia to do something exciting - be spontaneous. So she moves out of her comfort zone and goes on tour with the most famous rock group in the world 'Slayed'.
How will Lia deal with being pushed out of her comfortable life and into a world of chaos, paparazzi, screaming 'evil minion' fans and most of all the idea that maybe there is love just around the corner?
With a flair for all things creative, USA Today Bestselling Author K E Osborn, is drawn to the written word. Exciting worlds and characters flow through her veins, coming to life on the page as she laughs, cries, and becomes enveloped in the storyline right along with you. She's entirely at home when writing sassy heroines and alpha males that rise from the ashes of their pasts.
K E Osborn comforts herself with tea and Netflix, after all, who doesn't love a good binge?
As much as I tried, I couldn’t get invested in this story. While I liked the premise, I wasn’t fond of the hero’s attitude. One minute he was possessive of the heroine, the next he neglected her. Moreover, I didn’t like their frequent drinking.
I believe it wasn’t the right time for me to start it… 🤔
I just wanted something super easy and light. I was not looking for quality. I wanted candy floss and instead got a rotten apple.
I knew right from the "note to readers" that her writing was not particularly good. She warns the reader that the spelling and words are those of the UK. In two paragraphs she repeats the phrase "this book has been written in UK English" twice. I should have realised she needed to repeat it because you would need the retention span of a gnat to enjoy her writing. It is hard to believe an adult wrote this. If a 14 year old girl wrote about a 27 year old spoiled brat this might be the result.
Lia (Delia) is a self confessed daddy's girl. He owns the Hyatt hotels in the UK but somehow his 27 year old daughter has never gone to uni or even out to anything other than the country club and tea parties. Really? She is the narrator and a boring one at that. She talks about herself in a manner no 27 year old would. Still I persevered because who knows maybe once the MMC shows up it will be better, right?
Wrong. Colt ran hot and cold for the bit I read. He seemed ok and then he would totally ignore Lia despite having never felt this way about any woman. oh please! They go out to a bar and have "frosty" beer (seriously in the UK after the note to reader about getting used to UK language and euphemisms?) They then down 1/2 a bottle of Jack Daniels each and make out in the hallway. But somehow on the way to the "black stretch hummer" he lets a groupie take her place. The next morning he is all apologetic and says nothing happenned since he had too much to drink and passed out. Then he talks her into coming on tour with the band and promises her and her daddy he will take care of her. She is petrified of flying so he gets her drunk and they have sex in the bathroom. She is mortified to find the other band members and groupies were huddled outside the door and listening. She goes back to her seat where she gets upset and they have a bit of a tiff. He leaves and gets on the phone and organizes something nice for her at the hotel they are going to. Yet somehow when he is done that he ignores her for the entire rest of the flight and even all the way to the hotel. This makes no sense. It is both inconsistent and assholeish.
At this point I decided I needed my brain cells to stay intact and started to look for a new book. May I never read this woman's drivel again.
Lia and Colt met by chance, he was staying at a hotel after a concert and she was also staying in the room next door, crying over her recent split with her boyfriend when Colt heard her.
lia is from money a spoilt little rich girl who only knows afternoon teas and high society events and has been so sheltered, Colt is the lead singer of a band from a lower class background, drug using parent and the two are worlds apart. Lia wants to be different doesn't want her life anymore and agrees to sample Colt's
The band agree to take Lia along and help her change, giving her the title little Bean who wants to sprout
Then enter the roller coaster ride of emotions this books takes you on as Lia and Colt become an item its a rough ride and written so well. Lia is a bit of a crier and a moaner and is annoying at times but given her background its understandable her being soft and her only reaction to upset is to instantly cry.
If you have read Thoughtless you will love this
At times I thought it was going to be predictable just going off Colt being a rock star and that sort of character I thought all the warnings her dad gave her and Lias prediction of certain things would happen but Colt was a surprise he was a loving doting guy well for most of it anyway, he had his hang ups but so did she.
These two can't breath without each other are meant to be together and the dramas that take place allow you to feel for each of them.
For an angsty and frustrating read with a hot loving, dreamy BBF, great characters with family feel to the group you are reading about, then you love this and oh did I mention its hot, fan me down hot? well it is.
Disappointed with cliff hanger it was such a long read and I didn't expect it, but hey Ill carry on with the angst and drama that's had my heart bumping so much because I love it.
OMG, from the moment I started this book I was HOOKED!!! I had only intended to read a few chapters before bed and ended up staying up all night finishing this book just to see how things would go with Delia and Colt.
Good girl Delia Norman has just been dumped and thrown out of her home by her long time boyfriend. Having no where else to go she ends up checking herself into her fathers hotel for the night to cry it out, literally. She cries so loud and so long that eventually her neighbor comes beating on her door to ask her to quiet it down.
Colt Slade is the lead singer of the band Slayer. After one of their shows they go back to their hotel room to party and then crash but the neighbors cries is keeping Colt awake. From the moment he comes banging on Lia's door things will quickly and forever change between them. Lia has always followed the rules and done her best to please her parents and has never done anything spontaneous so when Colt eventually asks her to come on tour with them and she says yes, it shocks them both.
Will Colt's wild and crazy life style be to much for Lia? When her father begins calling begging her to come home will she give in to daddy and do as he wishes? The last time Colt trusted his heart to love it was broken and crushed.....will he finally give in and trust his heart to Lia and say those 3 little words he hasn't been able to say in years before its to late?
That ending.....OOH MYY FREAKING GOSH!!!! Are you kidding me?!?!?!?! NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! I don't know when book 2 is coming out but I will desperately be stalking KE Osborn till I get that baby in my hands!! I need more NOW!!!! Do yourself a favor and go one click this amazing book asap, you will not regret it!!
Ok I have to be brutally honest, I had major issues with the book early on. I couldn't connect with any of the characters. Lia was just a spoilt, socialite, Daddys little rich girl and that made it difficult to warm to her and the fact was, I just didn't think anything could make me like her.
Delia 'Lia' Norman is cruelly dumped by her boyfriend on Valentine's Day and decides to drown her sorrows in the suite at 'Daddy's' Hotel in London. She soon realises that the Penthouse next door is being occupied by the Rock Band Slayed (No similarities to the seventies glam rock band with the dodgy hair) and she is soon introduced to Colter Slade (Colt). Apart from the fact that Colt was an insanely attractive Rock Star, I found it difficult to get a feel of his personality other than the fact that he took alpha male to the extreme with his overly controlling persona and it was the antagonist, Jessi that stood out the most for me. The fact that she was a complete bitch was clear from the start.
I was seriously struggling and I don't know whether that was due to the characters, the overall flow of the story or me, myself that was the problem, anyway let me tell you that all changed in a big way. The characters suddenly burst into life, Lia found her inner rock chick and Colt found a tender side and curbed the controlling ways without letting go of his alpha tendencies.
One thing that was clear from the beginning too, was that the sex was sizzling and although the chemistry wasn't necessarily there at the start, once the story gained momentum, so did the chemistry.
There is a major turn in the storyline that gave the book a much harder edge and that alone had me glued to each and every page.
I don't think I've ever read a book that has done a complete 180° quite like this book and what I have been left with is a thoroughly enjoyable start to the series and a need to read book 2.
This book for me had the shock factor in that the moment you think you have the storyline pegged, and you think you can guess where it will go... BAM!! It completely turns itself on its head and takes you by surprise. It is this factor that made me LOVE this book. I do like the books where you can guess what happens, but the fact that this book kept me guessing throughout had me hooked from the offset. I needed to know where it would go next and how it would play out.
Colt and Delia (Lia) meet in less than great circumstances. She's just been dumped by her boyfriend on Valentines day and is drowning her sorrow (very loudly) at a hotel, much to the dismay of her neighbour. He is none other than the elusive Colt, part of the Rock Band Slayed. He goes round to give her what for, but it is this very moment when their futures both change and they begin to become entwined in each other lives.
Lia is used to being the 'good-girl', following all the rules and doing things to please her parents. When Colt takes an interest in her and asks her to go on tour with him, she throws caution to the wind and jumps out of her comfort zone and into the world of Rock Stars. Will this lifestyle be too much for Lia to handle? Or will this be the start of something brilliant and once in a lifetime?
I loved the dynamics and chemistry between Colt and Lia as they couldn't be more opposite, yet when they are together.. it works. They find a way to compliment each other beautifully and no matter what life throws at them (there are looadss of obstacles in the way) they try their hardest to make their way through it. As their romance grows, they become closer but Colt has been hurt badly before and so this time, is more hesitant to give his whole heart to Lia. Can he work things out and finally be able to trust and love Lia? Or will past experiences ruin everything that they are trying to build?
I really did love this book and it had me engrossed the entire way through. The start is slow compared to other books but once it kicks in, the momentum is kept and held through some shocking plot twists and I loved the 'WTF?' moments throughout. I enjoyed seeing the romance develop while on tour and experience the ups and downs that come with a lifestyle of this kind. This is a romance that takes hold of you and doesn't let go, leading up to an ending that has you on the edge of your seat and frantically searching your kindle for more pages that even though you know aren't there, you NEED the next instalment.
Be prepared for a roller-coaster of emotions and if you love dominant rocker male leads and a sweet but feisty female lead jam packed full of twists and turns, then this is definitely the book for you. After that ending, I need and cannot wait for book 2!
This is the first part of a new duet, and this is Delilah / Dee and Colt’s story. When Dee and Colt meet, she is the light to his darkness, but the odds are stacked against them. This is a well written raw, gritty, and powerful, emotional roller coaster, with tension, angst, drama, challenges, obsession, temptation, opposites attract, forbidden desire, romance, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining and addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
THIS WAS THE FIRST BOOK I READ BY AUTHOR K.E OSBORN. I CAN HONESTLY SAY I WAS COMPLETELY ENGROSED IN THIS BOOK FROM THE MOMENT I STARTED READING.
AFTER MEETING LIA THAT FIRST NIGHT COLT IS DRAWN TO HER LIKE A MOTH TO A FLAME.HE CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF HER SHE MAKES HIM FEEL THING HE NEVER THOUGHT HE WOULD AGAIN AFTER HIS EX.HE WAS HURT BY HIS EX AND NOW HES LIVING LIKE A ROCKSTAR WITH LOTS OF WOMEN AN NON-STOP PARTYING.
LIA IS SCARED AND EXCITED THAT SHE IS FALLING FOR THE ROCK GOD.THE CHEMISTRY BETWEEN COLT AND LIA IS SIZZLING HOT, THE LONGER THEY TOUR TOGETHER THE HARDER THEY FALL FOR EACH OTHER.
IS IT LOVE OR LUST?
THERE IS SOMETHING THAT IS HOLDING COLT BACK,WILL HE GET OVER IT AND TELL LIA THE TRUTH?
COLT IS A WALKING SEX GOD HE'S REALLY CARING SWEET, AND HE'S REALLY POSSESSIVE.
LIA IS A DADDY'S LITTLE PRINCESS WITH A LOT OF INSECURITIES. SHE IS REALLY OUT OF HER ELEMENT WHEN SHE GOES ON TOUR WITH THE BAND.
I WAS ONLY 14% INTO READING OFF YOUR ROCKER WHEN I BURST OUT IN UNCONTROLABLE LAUGHING. THEN I WAS ON THE EDGE OF TEARS WHEN I GOT JUST OVER HALF WAY THE PAIN AND THE HEARTACHE LIA GOES THROUGH AND THEN NOT TO FAR FROM THE END COLT SAID SOMETHING THAT HE'S BEEN FIGHTING. THREE WORDS ,MAGIC WORDS IS ALL HE SAYS AND MY ARMS INSTANTLY COVERED IN GOOSE BUMPS.THEN WHEN I GOT TO THE END AND I GOT TO THE END AND I WAS LIKE A GOLD FISH, MY MOUTH OPEN WIDE.I DON'T WANT TO GIVE ANY SPOLIERS BUT IT WILL LEAVE YOU STARING AT YOU KINDLE IN CONPLETE SILENCE ASKING YOURSELF W.T.F JUST HAPPENED.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND READING THIS BOOK TO ANYONE WHO IS A FAN OF ROMANCE BOOKS. YOU WILL LOVE IT.
I'll be honest I hated Colt almost from the beginning of the book and it only intensified as the story continued! I finished the book but I still hate him and have no respect for him in the end sorry but no! He was on the verge or tipping right off the edge of being verbal, mentally and physically abusive towards Lia. He had more of a codependency towards her more then anything. He used all kinds of excuses for the way he acted and then when he screwed up, he would turn it around and make her feel horrible and like it was her fault that he did it! I just...ugh I did not like him at all!
Lia now for her I was able to tolerate her throughout the book but barely! She was so insecure and when she did stand up for herself she would immediately cower and apologize to Colt afraid that she would push him away! She was also way too forgiving in the end, she didn't make him work for her forgiveness she just gave it to him! How she didn't see Colt as the abusive person he is, is beyond me! True he only hits her once but he also purposely hurt her by trying to do damage to her wrists. Not to mention all the times he belittled her throughout the book by making her feel bad for standing up for herself!
In the end it was an okay storyline but I hated and had no respect for the two main characters in this story! Instead I found myself groaning and saying to just stop when I would read Lia's ramblings and self-loathing! I'm not sure if I'll read the next one in this series or not! If I do I would need to see some MAJOR changes with both Colt and Lia in the end!
OMG....what can I say.I read a lot and this is one of the best books ever!!!The story of Colt and Lia completely took over every emotion. The rock star lifestyle and the love story mixed together awesome and that ending!!!!I went from the last word to instantly one clicking the next book in this amazing series. Thank you K.E. Osborn for creating this Rock God for us to fall in love with!!
I've been a fan of K.E. Osborn since reading her Defiance MC books- it's been a pleasure to get to read her other works!
Her Temptation is the first part in the Off Your Rocker Duet, giving us the beginning of Deliah (Dee)'s and Colter (Colt)'s story. It is a story that is heartbreaking while also being emotional and filled with drama. This face paced, all in romance is filled with obsession, possession, temptation and forbidden love that ends on a cliffhanger that leaves you questioning how K.E. Osborn could do that to her readers.
These two find themselves meeting after the unfortunate circumstance of Dee being dumped by her boyfriend and finding herself at her father's hotel. She's drowning her sorrows with vodka and ice cream but also finds herself sobbing- loudly. Which leads Colt to come investigate as he's in need of rest before his big tour. They end up spending the night talking and Colt invites her to 12GAUGE-Slayed's next concert to allow her to experience more.
Colt comes with his own demons that throughout the novel rear their heads at times, but one thing is for sure- he's fallen hard for Dee and wants her. Their love is full of personal growth and development, understanding and acceptance, along with passion and love. It seems messy and chaotic but they're both willing to work through their issues to come out stronger together.
I'm instantly running to finish up this duet by picking up His Obsession!
As soon as Lia opens the door to a sexy, delicious Colter Slade I was hooked. This book is about a girl who leads a boring life and a guy who wants to show her how to live life to the fullest and possibly show her what love truly is. Lia and Colt’s story isn’t always happy go lucky and they have plenty of lows but the love that they share seems to always find a way to shine through.
Delia Norman has just had her heart crushed by her boyfriend of 4 years, with no warning he just breaks it off with her. When she goes to deal with her heart break in one of her Daddy’s hotels she never expects the person banging on her door to tell her to keep the noise down to be a hot, sexy guy claiming to be a rock god. Lia is a mess, used to her boring life trying to please her Daddy and his expectations of what her life should be like. When Colter Slade gives her the opportunity of a lifetime, to live in the moment, be spontaneous she feels the excitement begin to bubble within in her and goes for it.
Colter Slade is the lead singer of the famous rock band Slade. There is something about Lia that he can’t get enough of, maybe it’s her innocence, her beauty, or maybe a little bit of both but she makes him feel things he never thought he would feel again. He has been hurt in the past and is now used to living as the typical rock god with lots of women, partying, and no commitments other than his music. Lia seems to stir something deep inside him, when he is around her he wants to be the person he used to be before that one girl ruined him.
As the tour begins Lia finds herself in a world she couldn’t possible imagine. She is confused, scared, excited, and could possibly be falling for Colt. With his chaotic lifestyle Lia is foreign to, she isn’t for sure if she is made for it. The paparazzi, evil minion fans, and one bitch that knows how to get under her skin is taking its toll on her, but Colt has a way to make it all worth it. Then there is Lia’s Daddy always pressuring her to come home, she is ruining her life he tells her. Will everything become to much for her to handle? Will her parents finally push her into coming home?
The chemistry between Colt and Lia is pretty damn HOT. You know the saying “opposites attract” well this fits Colt and Lia to a tee. As the tour moves along they are falling harder for each other, possibly love? Lia voices her feelings for Colt loud and clear but Colt seems to have issues with using certain terms to describe their relationship and how he feels. Will he finally get over his past and tell Lia how he truly feels or will it push Lia to the breaking point?
I have been a fan of K.E. Osborn ever since I read The Trust Me? Trilogy so I was really excited about this one and she did not disappoint. Colt was extremely sexy, dominant, but could come off a little possessive at times but only meant well. Lia got on my nerves a little here and there but the more I read the more she blossomed into a strong young woman and I then found her a likable character. Jessi, ugh hate her, enough said about that character. Then the ending OMG, I did not see that coming at all. Just as I had happy tears glistening in my eyes…BAM. The book takes a major freaking turn which shocked the plum hell out of me. So now I’m impatiently waiting for book two, I NEED it like NOW please. If you love hot rocker reads filled with drama, don’t hesitate one-click this one.
love love love Colt and Dee heartstopping broken beautiful Heartwrenching emotional insta love u broke me and put me together and broke me again gimme Colt and his obsession now
Where to start with my review? Well...What can I say? I even spent a few days trying to get my head around it, but here goes. KE Osborn has done an amazing job with this book, she had me drawn in and I wish I had more time to spend just reading because I really did not want to put this book down.
KE Osborn has made the characters REAL! Ok, so you may not like them but I don't think you are supposed to! Lia at times annoyed the hell out of me with her prim and proper ways but this is just Lia, KE Osborn didn't want me to fall in love with her she wanted me to see her grow and adapt to the "real" world.
KE Osborn approaches sore subjects surrounding drugs and rock & roll. If you don't like to read about these experiences then this isn't a book for you so don't read it and expect to like it. The author does a fantastic job at focussing on addiction and how it can take away all that you love in the blink of an eye. I loved the realism of the book - it shows true to life experiences and what addiction is about, beautifully written by KE Osborn. It was captured perfectly. (Talking from witnessing someone with a drug addiction who eventually lost everything.)

This is one of the BEST rock star romance books I've ever read!!! First of all, I love how long it is. It is 391 pages long! The entire book had me reading as fast as I could just to see what happened next! I was addicted to this story and didn't even put it down when I was making dinner for my family! I read the entire book in one day it was so good!
I like how the main couple have an instant attraction but then actually grew to know each other better and eventually fell in love. The love scenes were very description and hot! I mean melt your panties HOT! It wasn't all about sex either. And of course it wouldn't be a good rock star romance without all the crazy drama & angst that goes along with that lifestyle!
The ending...Wow....I don't even have words for that! I was shocked! I definitely wasn't expecting that to happen! I don't want to say more and give away what happens. Just know that it is a major cliffhanger! Now I can't wait to read the next book to find out what happens!
I definitely recommend this book to anyone that likes rock star romance books or books filled with lots of drama & angst! Just make sure you have time to read for hours or are able to multitask because you will probably end up addicted to this book like I did and you won't want to put it down until you have finished it!
I like my rock star romances, messy, toxic, angsty filled with drama. This has it all and then some. Along with the main couple, their are many great side characters. Ends on a cliffhanger that will have you jumping to book 2.
Holy Moly!!!!! I was off my rocker for not reading this book earlier. What happens when you mix a spoilt, rich daddy's girl with a partying rock star? You get a book that keeps you entertained for many hours and leaves you happy to buy book two. A meeting of chance, between Lia and Colt, took me into a world that left me emotionally drained. Love is hard but I don't think the author could have made it any harder for Colter and Lia. Their situations had me crying and the ending left me bawling (be warned there is a cliffhanger. good news you can buy GET YOUR ROCKS OFF to find resolution). I can't thank the author enough for giving such a variety of characters--I got to love. I got to Hate. I got to be disappointed. I got to be thrilled. I got to laugh. I got to cry. Most importantly, I got to enjoy a wonderful book and a reason to buy the second book and the Next generation books.
I loved this book from the moment I started reading the first page. Lia, daddy's little girl and rock God Colter Slade are a combination that you would absolutely not put together. But KE Osborn has made this combination work so well that you have trouble putting the book down even for a moment. It's a page turner that has you on a roller coaster ride from the beginning to the end. I love Colt, he's hot and dominant and everything a girl would want in a guy, and Lia, although spoiled is learning how to be what Colt needs. Lia grows so much in this book and I really respect her and how she handles all the emotional turmoil that is thrown at her. Awesome read, absolutely loved this book, its a five star read for me.
I was truly surprise in this one. I wanted to read this due to my book friend recommendation. I'm glad I did. I really enjoyed this read. Yes, the heroin drove me nuts with her frequent crying fits and her way of coping skills were questionable (self-injurious behavior) was a bit disturbing. This story was an emotional rollercoaster. Full of twists-and-turns that make your tummy ache. I would have wanted more background story about Colt's previous serious relationship and his aversion in saying the "L" word. Hopefully, I get it to know more on book two. Overall, it was a good read. The the ending just blew me away, what a cliffhanger. Can't hardly wait to find out what's next. Thanks Janice;)
Wow, OMG, amazing, not enough word to say how I've enjoyed this book it, drags you as always with this author, fun and laughter as well as tears and sadness and oh my a bit steamy, left on the edge of cliff waiting on second instalment, I don't do spoilers, I don't give away the plot either, but if your looking for a darn good read, this is the series for you! Now left wondering how long for second book, oh my best be soon!
This book had me from the very first page. It moved along at a great pace, I was enthralled in Dee and Colt's story. They were total opposites but somehow from the very first meeting they were meant to be. Dee and Colt have lots to navigate, he's a rock god and she's daddy's princess but somehow they make the perfect pairing.
This is my first time reading this author, but she made me smile with her words, she also broke me with words and I cannot wait to read more.
Off Your Rocker is book 1 of the Rock God series by K E Osborn and ends in a heart dropping cliffhanger, so you're definitely going to want to have book 2, Get Your Rocks Off, ready to read straight away.
“You’re my saviour, Lia, my angel and I need you to help keep me on the straight and narrow,” - Colt
Oh my god! This addictive read really took me on an emotional roller-coaster ride and I needed a few hours once I'd finished it to process the story and what I was left feeling. I've never experienced so many emotions when reading a book and was completely drained after being there every step of the way with Lia and Colt. Just when I thought this couple had finally got their HEA, the author throws in another stomach churning and heart dropping surprise. I was left with tears in my eyes and headed straight to Amazon to download book 2. I have everything crossed that they do finally get their much deserved HEA in Get Your Rocks Off, but nothing is guaranteed after what happens at the end of this book.
If, like me, you want a book that shows the realities of life and how a relationship sometimes needs a lot of work, then this is one book you definitely need to read. Things aren't ‘plain sailing’ for Lia and Cole and there's a lot of pain caused by both. Their relationship does come across as unhealthy and poisonous at times, which is how some relationships can be in real life, but both seek the help they need and due to that, their relationship has a chance of surviving and becoming stronger. Lia also comes across as very spoilt when the story first starts, but I now realise this was K E Osborn ‘setting the scene’ and showing us how much Lia develops and grows as the story progresses. Cole comes across as your typical rock god at first, but this is partly due to his past and he allows Lia to see the real him. I ended up loving Cole and despite what happens, found myself unable to dislike him. The same with Lia.
K E Osborn is a very talented author who knows exactly what words to use to pull you into the story and allow to share what the characters are feeling and experiencing. I was so involved in this story that I hated having to take a break from reading to focus on my own real life. I was only half way through and desperately needed to continue reading. I jumped straight back into Off Your Rocker the moment I got home and didn't stop until I got to the end. Off Your Rocker has become one of my all time favourite reads and I can't recommend it enough!
I want to end this review by addressing a comment that some readers have made within their reviews. At the beginning of Off Your Rocker, K E Osborn says the ‘book has been written using UK English and contains euphemisms and slang words that form part of the UK spoken word, which is the basis of this book’s writing style’. Some readers have commented that there are errors within the story and some parts are more American than UK English. I'm going to be honest and say that I didn't witness this because I became so engrossed and involved with the story. What I can say is that if there are errors, then it in no way takes away from the story and you'll still enjoy it just as much. So please don't let those comments stop you from reading this 5 star read.
From the very first page, Her Temptation gripped me with its raw emotion and magnetic pull between two beautifully flawed characters. K.E. Osborn’s writing is nothing short of masterful—every word feels intentional, every scene charged with tension and longing.
What struck me most was the emotional turbulence the characters endure. Their journey is anything but easy—riddled with heartbreak, missteps, and moments of deep vulnerability. And yet, no matter how far they fall or how broken they become, they always find their way back to each other. That resilience, that relentless pull of love, is what makes this story unforgettable.
This isn’t just a romance—it’s a testament to the power of connection, forgiveness, and choosing each other over and over again. I loved every moment of it.
It took my a little while to get into this book but once it starts getting interesting it just grabs you and pulls you in. Colt is such a typical hot, manwhore rock star but he's so loving in his own way. Lia is cute as a button, she's hard a totally sheltered, privileged life and so needs to be shaken up. Colt turns her world upside down and Lia makes Colt fall hard for her. Like any good book there is some crap that happens, very angsty stuff, there are times when you want to smack their heads together and just when you think they are ok and getting their HEA.......bam!!! Something terrible happens but it leads perfectly into book 2 which I'm now about to read.
5* Deliah Norman isn't expecting valentine's night to go as it did luckily her father owns a hotel so she has somewhere safe to stay. Colter Slade never expected the weeping beauty in the room next door would change his life. Convincing her to go on tour with them isn't easy. Wow what a story and what an ending I'm desperate for his obsession bk 2.
