I highly recommend this book. I've read it twice.

The author explains in first person how she combats Multiple Sclerosis and gets back onto the golf course by implementing nutritional strategies that work for her. Jacque C. Rigg writes honestly and courageously. The points she makes are powerful and inspiring. Please read this book if you or a loved one has been diagnosed with MS. The information may help you improve your life and your health.

This book is a must read for anyone living with chronic illness. When conventional medicine failed her Riggs was able to cure herself from M.S. through nutrition and herbs. This book contains a great deal of information on how to use diet as a means for healing the body of any illness. Wonderfully written with a great deal of information and resources.
