This book was very dry. Normally I like Ray Steadman's writings but for some reason, I did not enjoy this one as much. I like the historical aspects of things, but I didn't always like his interpretation of the visions. He seemed to know exactly what they meant and anyone who does that is not reliable. I believe the Bible cannot be understood fully by anyone.

It did, for me, what it was supposed to do. It clarified the book of Daniel. Yes, this is the study of one man. We should not rely on another’s study, we are to do our own “homework.” That being said, it’s a head start, it’s thought provoking, it ignites the appetite to delve in for yourself.

dreadful reading. Feel asleep many times. Much like reading a text book. Read the Bible itself and you'll come out ahead. At one point the author actually says interpreting prophesy is impossible and we shouldn't let it interfere with our lives.
