Dark, Gritty, and Utterly Compelling!

This synopsis hooked me right away Jake is the kind of tortured, reluctant hero readers can’t help but root for. His journey from street rat to a man desperately fighting his own inner darkness while facing literal demons is raw, emotional, and full of high stakes. The idea of a character who fears becoming the very evil he’s trying to destroy makes this second book in the Faith trilogy sound even more powerful than the first.
