The mental clutter is me and is overwhelming. Thanks to Kai I'm on my journey. I have way too many tabs open in my brain at once. I am grateful for your thoughts on how to set priorities, the ideas on journaling, breathing and minimalism... positive self talk....

Only a little way into my journey with this, but I like the "voice" I hear in my head as I read and attempt the task. I can do this.... it's achievable :).

The quote is where I'm trying to head: "True happiness is to enjoy the present, without anxious dependenceupon the future, not to amuse ourselves with either hopes or fears but to rest satisfied with what we have,which is sufficient, for he that is so, wants nothing.".
