I had to read this textbook for a Funeral Law & Ethics course and it was the most disappointing textbook I've ever read. It was lacking in substance to the point where I learned nothing from reading it. It barely addressed ethics, much less ethics in funeral service. Out of spite, I've made a new life goal to write a better textbook regarding ethical funeral service practices.
