What an incredible read by a Canadian author! Very well written and the story had me hooked from the very beginning. Can’t wait to read more by this talented author.
What a riveting read! With a violent and evil serial killer gripping a sleepy community with fear, investigators desperately follow the very few leads left behind and call on Reg Battie, a brilliant criminal profiler who is willing to use his skills to help stop the killings, but he is running out of time.
What a thrill to read; it was hard to put down. How long until the next book comes out? Not fast enough! Thank you for the wild ride, Mr. Fattori, I can’t wait until the next one!
Thrilling, mysterious, and surprisingly heartfelt, A Case Against The Clock is a great read for any fans of mystery. The characters are fleshed out and proactive, and it's interesting getting into their heads and learning what makes them tick whether it be the detectives, the genius profiler who's slowly dying due to a debilitating disease, or the mad killer himself. Ross Fattori has crafted a wonderful story, and I'm eager to read his next works.
I really enjoyed this book! I came across the author at a signing in Belleville. The cover of his other book caught my eye but I was interested in the premise of this one more. I liked how the book jumped between different character points of view while staying easy to follow. Unique concept and never a dull moment.
This well written mystery kept me on the edge of my seat. The ending is a real twist and it shows deep insight into human nature. I've recommended this book to family and friends. Also, please remember that the author is donating $1.00 per copy is donated to ALS.
