There's some useful, hopefully transformational, stuff in here but the book is insanely repetitive. Chapters 4 to 10 largely repeat things outlined in the first three chapters.

More significantly, it manages to talk about the Safe & Together approach without giving away too many of its secrets, and by the end it feels like a 400-page sales pitch for its expensive training courses. There's something quite distasteful about putting life-changing, life-saving techniques behind a giant paywall.

Still, worth a read if you or your organisation can't afford the full experience.
