They both see the world through their own artistic lens. But when life, love and weddings keep throwing them together they can’t ignore the signs. Across multiple ceremonies and countless stolen glances Winnie finds herself drawn to Levi, the charming and constant groomsman. As each wedding unfolds, their own story emerges through unexpected encounters and growing affection. Will their love thrive in the outside world or is the romantic wedding atmosphere simply fooling them?
This story really is sweet and cute and I enjoyed it. I loved that it was clean/closed door and free of foul language.
The writing, however, was clunky and distracting. There were several (and I mean probably over 100) places that needed commas and didn't have them, a lot of repetitive thoughts, some unnecessary explanation or details that distracted from the story, and a ton of instances in which there were several simple sentences in a row instead of combing them into a more complex sentence which made it seem super choppy and immature. By about 50% into the book it honesty started to become hard to ignore and got to a point of wanting to just get to the end
I thought this was a cute book. Not much stood out to me, but I had an enjoyable time with it. I do believe the third-act conflict was a bit unnecessary and how one of them was resolved was kind of annoying.
I loved this book so much! Didn't really expect to enjoy it so much, but it kept me on my toes from the beginning.
I really liked the way the two situation ships in which our FMC and MMC were ended. It seemed mature and without too much drama. I loved Winnie and Levi both as individuals and as a couple. Winnie has such a good heart and seems to be such a good friend. I love her dedication when it comes to her work.
Levi is so reliable and such a good friend, uncle, brother and person. I loved London and how Levi was so involved in her life.
Spoiler: I didn't really like how Winnie's mother faked her amnesia just to be able to have a fresh start with her daughter. I mean, be a grown up and say what you want and act like it. But I probably would have reacted the same way Winnie did and I would have forgiven her too. I mean, we are all living for the first time and try to do things as best as we can.
Winnie and Levi together are just so cute. I was kicking my feet and smiling almost all the time. I am going to leave here some of my favorite parts:
1. "It might not be considered masculine to say, but I dream of having a relationship like that one day. You know what? No. Screw those gender stereotypes. I am masculine and I dream is smuggling my girl like that" - oh, Levi. So happy that you got that in the end❤️ 2. "- Like Pooh?; -No. Like Winnifred.; -I'm not sure that's any better. Did cackles now. Her jay twitchies and I can't help but step in.; -Well, I was named after jeans so she's got a better name than me. Then again, you're named after the evil boy in Toy Story so I guess we're both better off than you" - loved how he stepped up for Winnie 3. "I glance over at him and admire his profile. His face is something I could photograph all day. His jawline is honestly unbelievable. He looks at me and catches me staring. The corner of his mouth pulls up in a smirk and my cheeks blush." Awww🥹 4. "During the reception I try to distract myself with dancing, yet I can't help but notice where Winnir is in the room. After a while, I finally give in and just stand by her side making conversation." - see, kicking my feet. How could I not? 5. "His gaze meets mine and he searches between my eyes before glancing down at my mouth. His eyes darken when he meets mine again and before I know it he's pushing his mouth against mine. I breath out in surprise and then I'm pulling him tighter against me" - kicking my feet again, of course 6. "I raise my fingers to my lips, they feel swollen from the kissing. I smile the whole drive home." 7. "-Next time you're thinking about me, I expect a call.; -Deal!; Before I reach the door my phone vibrates and I look down to see an unknown number on screen. I instantly look up and see Levi holding his phone up to his ear.; -You should probably answer that", he says with a smile." 8. "-Usually I go home and have a big glass of chocolate milk.; I can't help but laugh. -Actually, I remember you saying that. I have something for you;" - CHOCOLATE MILK OF COURSE 9. The door opens and when I see Winnie it feels like the breath gets knocked out of me. Is it possible that I forgot how beautiful she is?" 10. "-Is that a mix CD?; -Yeah.; Her body and voice softens. -You burned me a CD.; -It's a lot more romantic, don't you think?" - she implied at some point that she would kind of liked that

This book was so cute. I absolutely ate it up and read it in 3 sittings. Levi is HOT and Winnie is honestly such a cool person. ALSO London— the most precious. “Uncle Evi?” Come onnnnnn 🥲 From the tattoo parlor name to the flirty banter to moments they bumped into each other had me excited to read each chapter. The whole moment in Napa had me invested like a good rom com. Forever dreaming of a man with a tattoo sleeve, and this just further emphasized that dream.
Another great read from Aja Jorgensen! I really enjoyed the characters in this one and watching the conflicts they encountered play out! Winnie is relatable in a lot of ways, and I especially connected with her difficult relationship with her mother. I loved how it all played out in the end too!
(Thank you so much for the ARC Aja<3) This was such a fun romance, Levi was the sweetest book boyfriend and I am so happy Winnie got her happy ending. Sometimes things are just meant to be❤️😭
“The way that suit fits him is distracting.” 🤤😍 This book is great for YA readers and romance lovers alike. Levi is the tatted bad boy you want to date but also the heart of gold you want to marry. I’m obsessed. This book kept my attention to the very end and I loved the character development that took place.
The pacing was off, the romance felt forced, the sentence structure was strange, and some of the wording just made zero sense. It was not really that fun to read. So much of it felt really off, like something was missing. It's a shame though, it had a lot of potential to be good but just didn't hit the mark for me.
This book is the good fluffy romance filled with serendipitous encounters between the main characters Levi and Winnie. The romance was cute, innocent, and dealt with some familial and relationship traumas/triggers that I appreciated. This book is definitely one that I would read before bed to clear my mind and feel good. The plot was fast-paced and never left you bored. I appreciate the author shaping the characters and having pivotal moments in their character developments throughout. There were some moments of the book that I felt were cut short that would have benefited from a longer description. I also felt that rather than being shown what was happening, I was being told. I think that the climax of the story could have had higher stakes. I did, however, really enjoy the plot twists near the ending. I do wish that the author had carried them out a bit longer and then dropped the bomb for a more satisfying reveal.
I love finding these “less popular” books on good reads.
This is my second Aja Jorgensen book and I really like her style.
Cute, innocent, wedding photographer and handsome, friendly groomsmen fall hard.
The ending felt a little rushed, but I feel that way about lots of books. Everytime there’s a cute couple that finally puts everything to the side and you get to experience them to their fullest extent, you only get a chapter or two.
I really hate to hate on authors because it takes so much to write and publish but I just didnt like it all that much. I hated the third act break up (and any third act break up but thats besides the point) and I do apologize but the fact that Levi was such a Disney guy gave me the biggest ick. Although the fact that he had an octopus was pretty cool. Anyway, easy romance, but not a fan due to personal taste.
I really liked this booked. I loved the shorter chapters and different points of view. It was easy to follow which point of view it was. I thought the conflict at the end was a little out of place - the mother faking amnesia and having a 180 personality shift was odd. And then Winnie’s fight with Levi about the posters and him knowing who her mom was. It seemed forced. Though I did appreciate the mature conversation they had to make up. Overall this was a good book.

Such a wonderful love story! I loved the quirkiness of their relationship as it unfolded, and I loved how different relationships of the characters (such as hers with her mom) grew and changed throughout the story, too. The epilogue was a necessary wrap-up of the story while still not spelling everything out so the reader can imagine a lot of the connected dots. I feel like this book of Aja's really dabbled more into the main characters' physical relationship, but still was done in such a clean and non-graphic way that makes Aja's books, as always, a really rich and uplifting and happy read. I have loved seeing her writing style progress and evolve throughout her books so far, and can't wait to see what she's writing next!
Jorgensen writes another perfect beach read! It’s a great love story with so much romance and giddy girlie feelings. I love the growth in her writing. This book has dual perspectives and it’s written with perfect continuity. I love love loved the side characters in this book. And of course she delivers all the butterflies and cheesiness of a sweet love story!
3.5 ⭐️ This was such a sweet romance 🥺 and a quick read. I really enjoyed it
I’m so happy it was a HEA and I really enjoyed the fresh start with Winnie and her mom.
The Jenny and Taylor was unexpected buttttttt I also felt some chemistry with Taylor and Jason 🤔 could that possibly turn into a short novella? Who knows but I would read it

As a wedding photographer myself, I LOVED this book! The romance was clean, but still had some steamy kisses. The plot moved along well and I had a hard time setting the book down! This book is the perfect Sunday afternoon read for romance. Will definitely be reading more books by Aja!
This was such a sweet story! As much as it was romantic it really highlighted each of the main characters' own difficulties in relationships and how they helped each other to overcome them and grow together. It was so beautiful and I couldn't put it down.
I loved this book. It was such a cute romance novel. Aja is super good at writing books that are easy to sit down and get into. Such a good book for taking on a vacation and getting swept away in someone else's love story.
I read this whole book in one sitting because I couldn't lie it down. It was such a nice cosy and easy read, and it became my new fav book. It's definitely my highlight of the year☺️
This book was absolutely adorable! Had me laughing and smiling the whole time. However, the last 2 chapters needed more and I hated how the book ended. I just wanted it to go more into it.
