Jennifer Jarnagan-Riem loves traveling to the national parks and sharing her passion by writing books about the places she visits.
Jennifer lives in Bixby, OK with her husband, Jason, son, Janson, daughter, Jenna, two dogs, two cats, an axolotl, and a fish. She and her husband spend time gardening, kayaking, and beekeeping together. She balances her family life by participating in book clubs and various outdoor activities.
In the spring of 2023, Jennifer was diagnosed with POEMS Syndrome, a rare cancer, and underwent a complete stem cell transplant at the Mayo hospital in Rochester, MN. Despite these challenges, she remains resilient and dedicated to her craft.
Jennifer calls herself an avid reader and writer and has contributed numerous articles to local magazines in her home state of Oklahoma. She thrives on visiting schools and libraries where she shares Twilla & Rye and inspires young readers with her stories and indomitable spirit.
