Considering the author, this was a disappointment. I expected an educational, fact based historical work, and instead got a heavily opinion ladened view of history. The author clearly let his bias opinion interfere with what should have been an interesting comparison of presidencies. Following his footnotes on some of the more egregious "facts", I foumd they were based on sources whose "source" was un-named. To me, that can never be factual. I also found it interesting that some of the "facts" mentioned have since been debunked since the writing of the book. After having read the author's previous book, the 50 Truths of Power, which was an absolutely outstanding work, Four Presidents was a letdown. I did give the book 3 stars as about 80% of the writing is interesting and educational.
