Kendra Ann Thomas is the author of the young adult fantasy novels Ravenheart, Sorrowheart, and Nobleheart. She is also the author of Absence with Pictures, and award winning play produced at Verser Theater, and The Struggles, a one-act play that recently won the Pioneer Publishing's A+ Playwriting Competition. She has been a counselor and theater teacher at Cary Christian School in Cary, NC for six years, and is an active public speaker, addressing students across the country on overcoming school struggles and learning disabilities. She has a BSE in theater and speech as well as education, an MEd in administration and is currently working towards her doctorate and her counseling certification.
