Who can you trust when the world you know comes apart? Danvar has been found, but that's only the beginning of woes. Low-Pub is filled with brigands, scofflaws, and rumors. Can anyone be trusted? Anyone at all? The whole world of the sand has turned sideways and - if possible - life has become even cheaper. Dunes Over Danvar 2: Salvage, is the second short story in the Dunes Over Danvar series to be set in New York Times Bestselling Author Hugh Howey's world of SAND, and is written and published with the permission of Hugh Howey.

The excitement grows in Part 2 as no one can be trusted… I am left wondering who’s the good guy, who is our hero? This one of the one of my favorite Fanfic series so far and I anticipate Part 3.

Great sequel! I loved the further development of The Poet and Peary. The end was a bit of a cliffhanger...when is Part 3 going to be out?

This is the 2nd part of the series. This author wrote about the same theme as Sand by Howey Hugh. I think if you haven't read the Sand series, you would like it just as much as this series. That series is excellent also.

The story gets better in this second installment. Peary is just trying to get out of the chaos of Low-Pub with his lady, and as much loot as possible, of course. He's plagued by betrayal at every turn, poor guy.

Michael Bunker threw in a very nice touch with a scene that views one of the events in Hugh Howey's Sand from Peary's perspective. That anchors the events in this series to the timeline established in Sand.

I'm really enjoying this series, so I won't even mention the cliffhanger ending.

Excellent read

Excellent read

I haven't yet read Sand, but this story (parts 1&2) stands on it's own, loved every minute and and wait impatiently for more, especially interested to see how the characters develop. I love science fiction, and will definitely be reading more by this author.

This is #2 in the Dunes over Danvar series

Better than #1. Explored the many forms that divers can shape and slide sand into. I really like the Sand world and the more the details fill in the better it gets.

Michael Bunker surprises me every time! He truely is an amazing writer & rather cleverly touches on the dramatic events of Hugh's story.
