SLAVE TRADE: Silver-tongued cult leader Harold Glover promises young followers a hassle-free haven from the evils of the world. But what he delivers is a living hell. Tortue...rape...and drug addiction make his young disciples perfect meat for the Mexican mob's lucrative white slave trade.
For the Hard Corps, putting the guru-slaver out of business is more than a job...it's a pleasure. The boys are coming for Glover and his sadistic henchmen, and once the shooting starts, nothing's going to stand in their way...
The Hard Corps go up against a motorcycle gang to try to find some answers. It starts in California and ends in the Australian Outback as William O'Neal and his men target the FUL and it's leader trying to get missing kids back before they are turned into drug mules and sold into the white slave trade. It's a bumpy wild ride, resulting in destruction and death. As O'Neal and his 3 man Mercenary crew prove why they are The Hard Corps.
The A-Team with an even worse attitude. This series, to my knowledge, was penned mostly by William Fieldhouse, one of the best action writers of the 80's. From the Gold Eagle books like Phoenix Force to the M.I.A. Hunter. He wrote under many house names. Almost all of the ones which I've read, I have gave 4 or 5 stars. This book and hopefully this series will be no exception.
The Hard Corps are hired by a parent group to get their kids back from a cult, that among other things, deals in drugs, guns and the slave trade. They get the kids hooked and sell them off to various shady groups. The Corps hits them hard at their California base. Then follows them back to Australia to pound the final nails in their coffin. Lots of action. A bit of romance mixed with sex. Tons more action. This is a keeper.
