Recently paroled Asia Murphy is on a mission to take advantage of the second chance God has graciously given her. She knows it’s going to take faith, work and a whole lot of prayer to rebuild her life and stay out of trouble. To remain on the straight and narrow, she’s made the decision that love is a luxury she can’t afford until Christian Reston’s southern charm, handsome face, deep voice and laidback demeanor causes her to yearn for real love.

Christian is smitten at first sight. Asia’s past doesn’t matter to him, and he is adamant about getting to know her- even if he has to jump the friendship hurdle first. The two develop an undeniable bond, but there’s trouble lurking in the background, ready to sever the bond between them.

Will real love prevail?

This Christian romance made my heart warm! 🥹 The themes of forgiveness, redemption, grace, and love were shown all throughout the book. I love that the FMC Asia was someone who turned her life around after being in jail. Christian saw her and had faith in her! I loved that he pursued her in a Christ-like way. Grandma Faye was a trip! 🤣

Another great story

I enjoyed this book. I love that it's weighed down with explicit scenes and the characters are perfectly imperfect Christians... It makes everything believable and the drama is enough to keep you pulled in for the ending. I'm really happy that this was not a novella (the other series were great and too short for me). I hope there'll be a story on Molly, Damon, Seanna and Greg with updates on these two. I enjoyed how Ms Garrett included God on the pages without making the story cheesy. Great work, great read!

Great story.

I am so happy Latoya came back with a new book!!!! This is a feel good story with some laugh out loud moments. Asia did the time and came out and turned her life around. Her and Christian were too cute. I know there’s a part two with Seanna”s story, there just has to be.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading Asia’s redemption story and how trusting God gave her so many blessings and answered prayers. Falling in love was never part of her rehabilitation journey but God has other plans by providing her with a man after his own heart Christian. The plot twist was predictable as a ex convict but was very well developed so you don't lose interest in the story.

Second Chances

This book spoke volumes about the need for fathers to take an active role in their children's lives. And even greater, the need for God in all lives. Without Him, there's no second chances, no direction, protection or real love.

Laughing and Blushing

For someone trying to ensure that the books i read don't grieve the Spirit, this is a good one. This book had me blushing and laughing. It even had some suspense in it. I'm sown bad for Asia and Christian.

This book is amazing for Christian urban fiction ! It was written beautifully! There is no cursing , or any other secular activities. A lot of Godly motivating words as well. Just beautiful.

Inspired to Love again

This is the first time I read a Christian romance novel. It's relatable, refreshing and made me laugh. I couldn't stop reading! I'm ready for my Christian Reston 😍
