We need a correct and deep perspective on who we are and we will appreciate what we have when we look back on the timeline of our lives and see how our lives have been molded based on the good and tough decisions made by our ancestors.I liked this book.
A great book on the spiritual issues surrounding leaving a legacy and being part of something greater than just yourself. Having a sense of history allows us to have a better sense of future, gives us foundation, and gives us encouragement and resolution during difficult times. Not as good as his other books, but a solid book.
In short, I found this book to be an ok addition to my growing religious bookshelf, but found it to be a little dry. Unique in that it's the first book I've read on this subject matter, just dry in that it didn't hold my attention from page to page. I love the subject matter, it's food for thought.
This book taught me: 1. To look at value differently 2. To appreciate seemingly little things 3. To treasure family. It also taught me to place an even higher value on memories than I used to. Great work from Stu Webber.
