The hot angels are back and I am HERE FOR IT!! My patience in waiting for this book (I was definitely patient I’ll deny anything but) was worth it because once again I was hooked!! What an incredible book! The tropes? Amazing. The writing? Incredible. The characters? Lush. The smut? IS SMUTTING 😍 but anyway let’s get into my actual review.
This is an absolute gem in the world of fantasy books. It was full of exceptional storytelling and gripping narrative. The authors writing style is both captivating and immersive that draws you into a world filled with unexpected twists and turns, revelations that will have you gasping, the spicy scenes that will make you blush and so much more!!
One of the standout features is the author's talent in crafting complex and relatable characters. Each character is intricately developed, adding layers of depth to the story and making you truly be invested in their fates. The way she intertwines the characters lives is masterful and will get you addicted to reading her words. I absolutely loved Hayliel again, she will always be my favourite, but I do of course love her men too, I mean who wouldn’t? 😍
Once again, the world building was amazing! The author creates a vivid setting that will have you transported to SCU. It’s like you’re right there with all the characters, seeing what they see and feeling what they feel. It’s full of raw emotion and being able to put that into writing is absolutely incredible.
Now I’m back to the waiting game for the next book, I’ll be waiting patiently of course. I now have 3 books from this series to obsess over and non stop think about. I need the next book. What happens? WHAT HAPPENS?? But as I said, I’m patient 😇
In conclusion, Wings of Strife is a must read for anyone who enjoys an open door smutty fantasy that is full of suspense, thrills and much much more. If I can convince you to do anything it will be to read the first 2 books and then get this one, you won’t regret it, that I can promise.

This book was a great addition to this series. Hayliel has grown so much through the series and she is really starting to come into her power. This book gave us a lot of answers to long-standing questions, however it does leave you with even more questions! We’re also able to see the relationships between Theo, Zeke, Raph and Hayliel grow more, and have some real communication within the group. I can’t wait to see what happens in the final book!

Review: Wings of Strife was GUT WRENCHING!! This book began right where we ended book 2 and oh man did Victoria take us on a journey! Hayliel and her men rally around her in this book and I loved seeing them all come tighter and also become more of a unit. Seeing Hayliel begin to grow into her destiny was also amazing since we finally see her gain curiosity about what makes her so different.
This book kept the mystery alive and while Victoria gives us bits and pieces to piece together in this book, she still keeps us I the dark for a lot. I adored the way Ezekiel finally pulled his head out of the dark and became her number one supporter. I loved his character since book 1 and finally seeing him come around was everything. I also found that he was one of the males who really drove the story home. The way he and Hayliel bonded in this book sent tears to my eyes and I also appreciated how Victoria really put time in having him mend fences (in his terms) with the guys.
Wings of Strife is high action, high intensity and high fantasy. The spice is hotter. The banter is steamier. And the tension is escalated from the first page. Victoria was able to wrap us up in the adventure but also give us a book that kept us on edge with glimpses at a happy ending. Hayliel’s story once again ends in a cliff hanger but the end is so close I can taste it now!
Rating: 5/5, an epic third installment to Hayliel’s romance with a major cliffy you never expect!

once again, truly brilliant! MUST READ!!!
When I started this series, I had no idea what I was getting myself into, and now here I am, having finished the last one available and having to wait months for the next!!! IMPATIENTLY I might add!!!
This series even if incomplete for the time being, had me hooked from the very start, from the world, to the characters, even the side characters quickly took a place in my head and heart.
I’ve loved watching them grow and develop into amazing people and the type of friend group anyone would want. As well as watching them overcome their issues and fears.
Victoria truly captured each of their voices beautifully and in a way that makes you instantly connect with each character.
And the chemistry and heat between all of them…. Woooh! Let me just say I had to fan myself a few times!
With most series I’ve read, figuring out the ending usually becomes pretty easy and you have an idea of where things are headed, but this one has kept me on my toes from the start with no idea who to trust, who to hate, who to fear. And every time I thought my answers would finally be answered, I ended up with a million more but in a good way!
And as mad as I might be about having to wait so long before finally getting all those questions answered, (okay, I’m not that mad, just impatient.) I already know it will have been worth the wait! Because this series is truly awesome and captivating!
I can’t wait to find out what Hayliel decides to do with the offer she was given, and how it will impact her three lovers, Ezekiel, Theo, and Raphael. But I already know it will be epic!

I think one of my absolute favorite things about her writing is her relatable characters and their real life struggles. The growth in these characters this book was phenomenal and much deserved.
Her world building is always top tier and beautifully written with vivid details.
I love that Hayliel has a special connection with each of the guys and you get to watch the one on one relationships build along with the group relationship between all of them together.

Oh man. Cliffhangers should be illegal! But I absolutely was enthralled by this book. All the mysteries and secrets had me at the edge of my seat. (Yes I may have binged a reread of the first two so I could read this one 👀 but it was worth it)
Hayliels story is so good! It’s a bit complicated but she’s a strong angel that refuses to back down and I love that about her!
The pace of the story and the relationships now and how they are progressing is wonderful and just what I needed. They’re getting over whatever differences stood in the way and are starting to work together on the end goal.
I’m glad they’re trusting more angels with their problems too, it’s better to have more on your side than against you.
I also enjoyed her little dinner with Raphael and his family, that was a long time coming. Thank the Archangels. Or should I be saying that now? 👀 💪🏻

Victoria Pauley keeps raising this barre with this absolutely thrilling angels and demons series and I just can't get enough. Wings of Strife immediately jumps back into Silver City and from page one you're thrown right into the mix of everything this group is trying to figure out. From new angel wings to new powers to moles and psycho professors, Hayliel and the guys have enough on their plates to last a lifetime, with more piling up every chapter.
I absolutely love that I have gotten to stay on this suspenseful rollercoaster ride since book one. I had a great feeling this author would be bring a fresh take to the angel genre and I'm so happy I was given to chance to read these books. Then adding in the why choose trope with three hot guys and you have a recipe for perfection. I really couldn't get enough of Wings of Strife because so many puzzles pieces are finally coming together. And then that ending? Omg I'm speechless. Now with only one book left I'm already itching to finish this amazing series and can't wait for Victoria Pauley to bring her all with these characters.

First, I want to thank Victoria Pauley and CompletelyBookedPR for this Arc. I had a blast reading it and I cannot wait for the final book in the series to be released. I have arc read all of the books in this series and it just keeps getting better and better.
I loved seeing the characters grow into themselves. I adore every single one of our main characters!
My favorite quotes:

"Watching you nearly die almost broke me. I will risk life and limb to make sure that doesn't happen again. My place at the guild means nothing if you are not safe somewhere to annoy me and drive me absolutely wild. It's all worthless compared to you".
The magic system is this book is so unique. I've always had a fascination with angles and arch-angles, and I loved the way she incorporated that into the books.
I adore the different dynamics she has with each of our MMC's. I feel like they bring out a side to her that the other can't.

Kill me now please the crack has got me on the hook. If drama, betrayal, and a pinch of “I’ll burn your kingdom down” are your jam, Wings of Strife is about to be your next obsession.War everywhere. Enemies around every corner. And a main character juggling external chaos and internal “who am I really?” vibes like it’s a full-time job. The twists? Chef’s kiss—just when you think you know what’s coming, Pauley flips the table. The characters are flawed, relatable, and sometimes so messy you want to shake them—aka perfect. You’ll root for them, yell at them, and maybe even cry over them. It’s giving rich fantasy Pinterest board you wish you could live in, but with enough danger to make you rethink that real quick.Vivid, emotional, and with action scenes that hit harder than a dragon to the face. Read this if you want to be emotionally destroyed, dramatically revived, and left begging for the sequel.

Hayliels story has just gotten even more complicated with secrets coming out and more questions arising. We finally know what she is, but we still don't know all our enemies yet. But holy heck, reading how her relationships with raph, Theo and zeke are strengthing, and zeke finally realizing how she feels for him is absolutely everything. The spice was the perfect amount with plenty of plot and some action. And that revelation at the end is mind blowing! I definitely didn't expect that at all. I love this book and these characters and the entire world of silver city university. It's so different from other angel books I've read and it hooks you in from start to finish. The lore and the characters are gripping and make you want to keep reading just to find out what will happen next. All I know is these guys have their work cut out for them and war is imminent.

Book Review of ‘Wings of Strife’ by Victoria Pauley.
It is starting to get exciting! And yes, I finished this book the same day!
Whoooo is the bad guy?! We know for sure it’s that one professor! Like grrr.
For the first time Im starting to be suspicious of others 🤔 something doesn’t add up.
But the twists and plots are up more and more, and suspense is building!
New allies being formed? Or are they also corrupted?!
Hayles is slowly grasping the extent of her powers, the boys are gradually coming together.
The 🌶️ is becoming more frequent (some Im skimming over cause I just want to read the storyline), but the scenes are delicious!
Zeke!! Make a choice and join already🤣
Am genuinely loving this series! And that cliffhanger!!! Mindblowing🤯🤯 Who would have thought!

The long awaited answers to Wings of Torment have been answered! Pauley does it yet again, but why am I acting surprised?! The writing and angst is always superb, as usual. The spice was definitely spicin'! But on top of that, the jam packed action kept me flipping pages needing more! I loved that we got more of Zeke in this book 😍 (he's secretly my favorite!) I'm so excited for the next book in this series, yet sad to see it come to end! WoS is just as good as the first 2 books, and that's hard to do in a series in my opinion! This is one heck of story you should invest in!

This was such a fun read but the dialogue between characters was super mechanical and unnatural at times. Also the bullying we’re exposed to on campus feels more like middle school/ high school drama vs college level conflicts. Book 2 of the series is probably my favorite of the 3. Love the plot and am excited for the conclusion in book 4.

Definitely a cliffhanger
This book finally gives answers and finally sees all 3 MMCs working together and being there for the FMC. Angels that can be trusted are growing but the FMC’s life hasn’t been made easier in this book. I did like that all 3 men are doing all they can to make the FMC’s life easier. Did enjoy this more than the other two and they may have been because it had bit of everything. There was some character growth, sexy times, awesome bestie moments, action, drama, and answers. Looking forward to reading the next one now.

This series has been hands down MY favorite read of 2024. Before I get into the main event I just want to take a moment and say what a kind, talented and amazing woman Victoria is. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to her on a few occasions, she has sent me some totally wonderful PR and she is just so incredibly humble!
Now book 3 has been my favorite of the series so far! I LOVE 1 and 2 but this one just really stood out for me. The character development has been incredible, the spice is spicing and I CANNOT wait to see where this goes.
Do yourself a favor and snag a copy of not only Wings of Strife but the entire Silver City University series!

Hayleils story keeps getting more and more complicated with all the secrets that can keep coming out. We finally learn who she truly is and her purpose but we don't fully know all her enemies yet. The relationships with her men are all blossoming into something amazing and I am here for it. The spice and plot balance nicely. Between the world building and characters, I love everything about the world of Silver City. Can't wait for the next book.

This book!! There is so much detail and character development it will blow your mind. When I finished book 2 I knew I was going to have to wait a while to read this one. And man was it worth the wait ! The Sexi sceens were great I could have gone for a few more spicey sceens but im a smut addict. The ending yall 💀 😭 kills me let's hope Victoria pumps out the next book fast so we can figure out what happens.

Wow! This book was awesome, spicy and had plot twists for days! The love MMMF and the caring of the FMC blew me away. I could see myself right inside of the story! Holy crap! This is a well written piece. Drama, tyranny, power, supernatural mayhem! Awesome!!!!!!!! I can’t wait for the next book to come out!

Once again were taken into this fantasy world from this arthur who has a talent in captivating you from the start with her amazing imagination of storytelling. I was hooked from the start up to that cliffhanger as once again we're left with questions that we'll get answers to in the final book. Definitely recommend.

While the three guys finally get their act together thank goodness. Poor Hayliel is finally getting some answers to what she is. The plot just keeps getting better and better. The ending is yet another cliffhanger and I’m not even mad but the choice this girl has to make is huge.

This was a fantastic read that I thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish! I haven't read much about angels before so it added an extra layer of intrigue for me. It's been great to see how much character development has happened and I can't wait to see where Victoria takes us on the last book.

First Three Review
Honestly these could be one book if you cut repetitive filler and bland bad guy and bullying crap.
I like the premise but how are near immortal beings, some ancient or at least old so bloody naive?
I pretty much figure I know how the next book goes. Probably going to flip to the last three pages that’s where all the action happens in every book anyways.
