AMAZING read about Chloe and Dillon who are off limits from each other, but things begin to change and something very unexpected is about to happen once Dillon moves in next door and it's something that both Chloe and he never thought would happen. So does Chloe lose her best friend Bethany because of her crush that turns into much more with her brother or does Bethany accept their romance.
