I enjoyed this series!!!

Too lazy to review it but it definitely held my attention and I enjoyed the characters:)

At one point it got a little "overtop" but it's fiction so who am I to judge.

I have been begging KA for TT since I literally finished the last sentence of ST last year, knowing she was just keeping it from me I kept begging, she's tough though, wouldn't give in. Up til I played the birthday card and my status read * I think K.A Robinson should give me Twisted Ties for my birthday* this was a joke. 10 mins later I had this baby in my hands.

TT starts off pretty much where ST left off with a BIG shock thrown in..

Now I had been warned Kelly was going to Fuck with my head and hell yeah she did!!! I don't often post all over Facebook status's tagging authors that I'm reading their books but these status's were justified... She was killing me slowly with the twisted mind of Ally.

The amount of OMFG's and WTF's that I said and posted to Kelly I lost count. This book is epic and unlike anything I've read from KA before, but it's so freaking well written it will blow your freaking MIND!

I dunno where she pulled the twisted mind of Ally from but I hated the wench but she made this book shocking, unbelievable and an incredible read!

I haven't forgotten Jesse and Emma either, these two need to get through a hell of a ride before they even come close to communicating again and I'm not telling you if it all comes together or not.

There are parts of this book that are graphic, raw and intense but you won't regret the ride it takes you on

10 massive highly recommended stars!

Well, what I can say...I have mixed feelings for this book...Still on fence, I hated certain parts and loved some.

The story picks up from Book 1 whereby Jesse and Emma are separated. Emma heads Jesse's way to seek out for him after two years. Emma is now best mates with Andy.

After weeks of searching him, there was no luck until they by chance see Ally. And then drama going on.

Jesse and Emma get together after sorting that mess with Ally.

The End!

I do still adore Jesse, although I did wish at times of kicking him for trusting Ally, I know they go back to childhood but that woman kinda ruined his love life!

Hope you have a better read!

Don't want to be rude, but this series as a whole did not work for me. This book wasn't any better than the first one. The characters are not memorable and I could not connect with any of them whatsoever. I need to take the quote "Life is too short to read bad books," more serious from now on instead of holding onto the hope that the next book will be better. That is all.

I am lucky to receive an arc! And with that said, I want to punch Ally, in her lady bits, hard.

Stay tuned! Almost done!

Sigo pensando que esta segunda parte era innecesaria, el drama de Ally pudo resolverse en el primer libro. Supongo que la autora solo quería mostrar que tan loca estaba esta.

This book did keep me interested but it just dragged on. There were so many useless scenes and characters, like who the eff cares about Abby and Sam? In fact, why couldn't the author come up with names other than two syllable A-names? What was the point of having that dinner scene at Trish and Mark's house? Seriously, what value did that bring to the story? There was so much repetition, I mean, how many times did I have to read about Emma hanging out with Andy doing *insert mundane activity*. Oh can I just say that learning about their one night stand totally threw off the whole book for me. I didn't rush to read book 2 just to find out she slept with Andy. Then to have it brushed aside like it was nothing, was lame. Emma is never accountable for her actions, it's always Jesse apologizing for something.

This book was too much about Ally and Andy. I didn't care for Andy much and Ally was just straight up cray cray. I just wanted to read about Jesse and Emma but unfortunately everyone else's mess kept getting in the way. I didn't like the fact that Emma was buying stuff for people left, right and centre. Honestly, who buys cars, rents apartments and buys a tattoo shop for other people? She keeps claiming that she can live without loads of money but not once did we get to see her live and fend for herself. Not once did she get a job to pay for her own stuff, in fact she mentioned that she would be getting a trust fund or something right? Whatever, daddy-the-atm was always there to save the day!

Things that annoyed me:
1) Umm did they ever find Ally's body or what? How convenient that they couldn't find it right away.
2) Why is Emma still sticking her tongue out?
3) Has everyone forgotten about her freedom tattoo? It was mentioned once in this book and that was it. So, I guess we don't care about this anymore?
4) I didn't believe her mom's "love" at the end when Emma was in the hospital. From book 1 we've learned that the mom was a snob and that she wasn't very motherly, but... oh wait, she has seen the error of her ways *rolls eyes*

4 stars!!

I've been waiting for this novel for...forever!!!

It was released earlier than the expected release date!! how friggin awesome is that!!!!

Why 4 stars? I wanted more from it, maybe more drama? more..complication? more push and pull? I just want MORE.

I want to kill Ally! What a bitch!! It's kind of been my M.O to read the ending first before reading the novel, and I do have a habit of searching for keywords like 'pregnant, marry, etc.' so when Ally said she's pregnant, it didn't blew me away, though I still wanted to wring her neck! BAD!

I love Jesse!! such a sweet friend! I didn't really feel disgusted when Emma and Jesse...ya know? not at all.

Anyways, this is a page turner, I love the writing style and I can't wait to read more from K.A Robinson! well done!

This was so much better than I first assumed it would be! And considering I didn't read book 1, I wasn't lost or confused but I was able to get into the story rather quickly! I ended up finishing it in 4.5 hours, that's how good it was!

So let's just get this out there in the open 'Ally is just psychotic!' I mean come on I didn't read book 1 and from the get go I could see she was a few screws too short! But oh she did make an epic enemy! And she went out with a bang! Or at least I thought she did!

Jesse and Emma were great together and they very much deserved to be together! I was happy to see them get their second chance, I could tell they never really moved on from each other! Overall this is great story and I loved the characters!

4.5 stars!

I was like desperate for this book after the ending of the first book! I couldn't believe the ending and I was desperate to find out what was going to happen next for the main characters! This book was amazing! I sort of wanted to scream at my Kindle during the first half of this book because everything was so close to falling into place like it was supposed to, and then something would come along and change it! I was hooked though and I did read this book in one sitting! The climax in this book was also crazy! I just couldn't stop reading it as the climax hit its max and just exploded! I didn't think that it was going to be that big of a climax, but it blew me away! The plot of this book was about the two main characters sort of fitting all the pieces of the puzzle of their relationship together and realising who was a friend and who was a foe! I just loved the plot! The characters were again amazing! Emma was again the main female character and in this book all she wanted was to get Jesse back after she was told something that changed everything regarding their relationship and the way it had ended! I loved Emma in this book! It did sort of annoy me though that she pined so much after Jesse after she hadn't seen him for two years, but true love can get you like that, right? Emma didn't give up on Jesse though and I had to hold my hand up to her for that! I also felt so sorry for Emma for what she endured in the big climax scene in this book! It was freaking insane and I could definitely understand why she acted the way she did after it! I mean the girl was tortured, but she was seriously brave when she was put through it! She was definitely braver than me! Jesse was again the main male character and my heart completely went out to him in this book! He was sort of pulled from pillar to post for the first half of the book and then it all changed for him and he realised who he really needed in his life! I adored Jesse! He was such a lovable guy and I loved that he hadn't changed a lot since the first book! He was still super hot too ;) Jesse was also very protective of Emma in this book and he had every reason to be! I mean she was his world and someone wanted to ruin their relationship! I just overall loved Jesse and I felt sorry for what he had been put through as well! Jesse and Emma as a couple were on fire! They are just one hell of a couple and they truly deserved their happy ending! I also have to say that I loved the hot and sexy scenes between Jesse and Emma in this book! They were just like super hot! I'm really sad that this is the last book in this series, but what a series it had been! There has been so much emotion and heartache in it, but I'm so happy that everything worked out right in the end! The cover for this book is different to what I was expecting, but I'm a lover of it! It suits the first book's cover brilliantly as well! Big thank you to K.A. Robinson for a copy of Twisted Ties and also for having me on her Blog Tour!

This picks up where book one left off. Jesse has taken off to W. Virginia and Emma is in Cali. She has become fast friends with Andy. Its been two years and she has finally learned the truth. They take off in search of Jesse, but when they get to West Virginia, they find Ally already there.

Ally is such a whacked out little bitch. Psycho, stalker, crazy little shit. She's clearly out for Jesse and ready to take Emma down. For Andy and Ally being twins, there's no connection.

With Emma armed with the truth, shes taken a chance on going there, enrolling in school in hopes that Jesse is actually there. Andy is along for the ride and in support of Emma. For being BFF with Jesse for so many years, I didn't feel that connection either. But when she runs into Ally first, shit hits the fan. But we all know Ally is a nut job.
The story took a weird turn with Ally's crazy. Jesse and Emma are still very much in love, but Ally is willing to go to great lengths to keep them apart.
She went straight killer on her ass!
Anyway, I skimmed through some of these parts. I didn't enjoy this book as much. Im a fan of this authors other books, not so much this particular series.

Wow! I could not wait to read this after Shattered Ties ended the way that it did and I just wondered what was going to happen when this book started. I did NOT expect to get what I got in reading this! I absolutely loved it but I drank a lot while reading it. LOL! This book had it all- drama, angst, passion, heartache and the token bitch that needs a punch in the throat. Ally- die, bitch, die!!! ;) No, seriously, I will not give the whole book or the ending away by saying too much, just go to Goodreads if you want someone to ruin a book for you! Hahaha! If you liked the story in Shattered Ties, you will LOVE the even better one in Twisted Ties. I absolutely did not see a friendship between Emma and Andy happened but I thought it was great for both of them and the fact that Andy moved all the way across the country to help Emma find Jesse made me love him like crazy, just not enough for me to want them to end up a couple. Emma and Jesse together is all I wanted from page one of Shattered Ties, so....Not to be missed 5-stars from KA Robinson. #TeamJesse <3 Kellie

Received arc in return for an honest review.
What a fantastic page turner this was. It messed with my emotions so much. This is a mind blowing read that's gonna have you throwing your ereader.
I'm not gonna say much a about the story as I don't want to slip any spoilers.
Will Jesse and Emma be able to patch things up?? Get this now and find out.
I gotta mention crazy Ally. Isn't it great when you get a book that allows you to hate a character so much.

I'll certainly be looking into reading more from this author. Amazing!!!

LOVE CANNOT PROTECT US FROM THOSE TWISTED PEOPLE WHO FIND LOVE THROUGH DARKNESS, BUT LOVE CAN SHED LIGHT TO GUIDE FROM THOSE TWISTED TIES.

In previous novel, Shattered Ties, Emma Preston and Jesse Daniels are two high schools students living in California, but from two different worlds. Emma is a poor little rich girl with wealthy divorce parents, a former supermodel mother, and rock star legend father. Jessie is the poor little kid from the trailer park attending a top private school on a scholarship. Even though everything in society said, their relationship was wrong, their feeling of love felt right. With everything love can provide love could not prevent the disaster separating them.

“I was still so angry with him, but I wasn’t sure how I would feel if I knew he were truly gone. As much as I hated him, I stilled loved him. I was such a stupid, stupid girl. I’d thought that I’d found true love with Jessie Daniels, but all he’d managed to do was break my heart. Why did it have to be her?...the one person who despised me.” - Emma

Twisted Ties is the last novel from K.A. Robinson in the Ties series and two years has now passed, but Emma still finds herself missing and thinking about Jessie. While looking for Jesse at his old home, she runs into Andy, Jessie’s former best friend, and quickly become best of friends. After Emma graduates, she decides she will be going to college at West Virginia in hopes to find Jesse. Andy also decides to move with Emma to West Virginia, so he could help her find Jesse so she could apologize to him and try to rekindle what they once had.

“She opened her eyes to look at me. As I saw the tears in them, I felt as if someone had reached into my chest and ripped out my heart.” - Jesse

Unfortunately, nothing is easy and another woman in Jesse’s life makes it impossible for Emma to reconcile with Jesse.

“Everything has already changed. I did a lot of thinking after you left yesterday. I was stupid to come here and think that everything could go back to the way it was. Once this semester is over, I’m leaving. You’ll never have to see me again.” - Emma

Author K.A. Robinson has amazed me with the journey she has taken us with Emma and Jesse. However, I have to admit sadly I am going to miss the characters especially Andy. The novel is a real nail biter of emotions that had me on the edge from the beginning and every chapter I read unable to put the book down. K.A. Robinson has not only placed me on a twisted roller coaster of emotions of FRIENDSHIP, JEALOUSY, SADNESS, ANGER, FEAR, GUILT, FORGIVENESS, HEARTACHE, and LOVE.

“At the end of the day, love is not perfect. It doesn’t protect us or save us from the darkness surrounding our lives. Instead, it is the light that shines through to help us. Without it, we would be consumed by the darkness.”

I rate K.A. Robinson’s novel in the Ties series, Twisted Ties – 5 AMAZING STARS!

WOW! I did not expect this book to go in the direction it did! Holy Twisted! The second half of the book had me on the edge of my seat, begging my eyes to read faster. I needed to know what was going to happen, and when it happened, I was floored…I didn’t see it coming…I wasn’t ready for it to come, but man am I glad I experienced every fucked up minute of it!

Twisted Ties starts two years after the ending of Shattered Ties. Even two years later, both Emma and Jesse are STILL trying to move on from what happened…from the love they feel for one another, but they can’t. When all hell broke loose at the end of Book 1, Jesse left California and moved to West Virginia with his mom and her boyfriend, and Ally, the she-bitch, took off to lick her wounds. Emma never felt more alone, so she sought out Jesse’s ex best-friend and Ally’s brother, Andy, to help her work through everything that happened. Along the way, Emma and Andy became best friends and left California together to find Jesse and try to make things right. To say that things don’t go as planned is an understatement. Lies, manipulation, and miscommunication stand in Emma and Jesse’s way of reuniting, and if Ally has anything to do with it, they will never be together again. I don’t want to go any further into the storyline because it will give too much away, and this is a twisted ride that every reader needs to experience on his/her own. Fair warning, though, this is probably K.A. Robinson’s darkest story yet.

There are tons of twists and turns in this story that readers might not see coming. The truth and relationships get twisted at multiple points in the story, so much so, that I never thought the reality of the situation would come out. K.A. Robinson created one hell of a psycho bitch in Ally. I knew she had issues, but holy man she takes fatal attraction to a whole nother level. If you want to read a gripping and twisted story, pick up Twisted Ties and see for yourself if Emma and Jesse can reunite when there is someone hell bent of making sure that never happens.

4 poison apples – which I’d gladly give to Ally!

LOVED IT!!!

I didn't know what to expect in this book but I am so happy I read it. It took my while to read Shattered Ties but when I did I couldn't put it down. Then I tried to wait patiently for Twisted Ties but it turned out to be one of the longest weeks of my life. I have to say that is was worth the wait. It was a tough road for Jesse and Emma and the struggles they had to fight through were enough to make anyone want to give up but when you find a love so strong you will do everything to fight and keep it.

Andy felt more like a main character in this book and I couldn't help but love him for showing the good man he was through his bad boy exterior. I would love to read a story on him. Maybe Abby will be the one to make him fall. The sweet she girl with the Californian bad boy. And, where was his mom through all this? I just thought of that. Definitely need a story. Please?

Let's not forget Ally...I hated her but then I felt so sad for the person she could have been if she would have had something so simple as love when she was just a little girl. It didn't excuse what she did but I was able to see the pain that drove her to become what she was in the end. I would love to read a story on her as well. so many times we seem more interested in the stories where the antagonists lose and get what the deserve without really knowing where they came from. Ally may have gotten what she deserved but what if she was alive? Could this have been her rock bottom and help her want to change? Is it possible there was a part of her heart that was not black? I'm a firm believer that people can change no matter what the odds are because I fought those same odds. I think about Ally and wonder if someone would have came into her life and gave her just a taste of real hope, where could she be. I believe there is a story behind this character and I would like for it to be told. I'm not her creator though so I wholeheartedly respect K.A. Robinson's decision on this one. Either way, I will continue to read her books because she has not disappointed me yet.

A heart pounding excellent conclusion to the story! Completely grabbed my attention from the very first page!

After coming from different sides of town and overcoming so many obstacles, Emma thought she would be with Jessie forever until one fight left them destroyed. Emma was completely heart broken after seeing the only love of her life in bed with another girl. Then when Jessie picks up and moves across the country Emma finds the only way she can to pick up the pieces of her life and move on. Or try to move on.

Emma has lived her life for two years, but hasn’t truly felt alive since the day she walked out on Jessie. After finishing high school, Emma gets accepted to college and moves to West Virginia with Andy in hopes of finding Jessie and rekindling their love. Jessie’s world was completely turned upside down that fateful morning when he woke up to find Ally in his bed and Emma staring at them. Jessie not only lost his girl but also lost his best friend that day, so he ran. He picked up and moved with him mom and hasn’t stopped loving Emma since the day he left.

I absolutely loved this series! Book one completely sucked me in and I was counting down the days until I was able to read book two. Emma and Jessie are such an amazing couple. You can feel the love between the two and the hurt. I was so connected with these characters that my heart felt like it was breaking a little during this book. Emma and Jessie have to jump through SO many hurtles again in this book! The only thing I didn’t like was that Emma felt weaker in this book. I felt like she relied a little too much on Andy and wasn’t as strong as she was in book one. Over all, I absolutely loved this series and would strongly recommend it to everyone!

I have read every single book the Kelly has published – so far. I can honestly say that I have not been disappointed in any of the amazing stories that she has created. They are not only my “go-to” books when I recommend a new read to family, friends and you amazing blog followers, but when ever someone asks me about the authors I love, K.A. Robinson is always one of the first names that comes out of my mouth.

I didn’t know what to expect heading into Twisted Ties. The story continues on from the ending of Shattered Ties; though time has been pushed forward two years and Emma is heading in the direction of the one person who broke her heart but also made her whole. To say that Kelly really “Twisted” up this story is an understatement. I did not expect that plot twist.. AT ALL!!!

There may have been one point in the book where I was cussing at the screen of my iPad. Okay, that’s a lie. I was cussing at my iPad A LOT and it was directed at one character who we all won’t be able to forget in a hurry. Ally is a complete freak!

I do not know how Kelly did it, but to be able to tap into the mind of Ally really needs to be applauded because this could not have been an easy story to write. There was so much depth – mentally and emotionally – that not only consumes you, but makes you question the thought-process of those closest to you.

I cannot believe the journey that Emma and Jesse have to take in order to get back to each other. It not only hurt them, but I also felt their pain and suffering. I will never ever forget this book and I highly recommend the entire Ties series to all my blog followers. You will not regret it!

At the end of the day, love is not perfect. It doesn’t protect us from the darkness surrounding our lives. Instead, it is the light that shines through to help us. Without it, we would be consumed by darkness.

This book was packed full of emotions and actions. I am going to get right to it, that girl Ally is horrible, mean, vindictive, the biggest liar, and downright crazy. I hated what she put Emma through and I thought it was strange how things wrapped up with her. I loved when Jesse saw Emma again for the first time but only to have my heart broken by the way she reacted to him. I became so impatient with wanting him to go and talk to her and get everything straightened out, to find out about the lies she was told, and to have them back together again, I love them as a couple. I hated that they both thought things about each other that was not true, I wanted to bang my head on the wall out of frustration but I was thrilled that Jesse went and talked to Andy, so glad this did not get dragged on even longer. I was so thrilled when everything got cleared up and he was going to tell Emma but wow did we get a shocker when he returned home to talk to Ally first, I can't get over what a sick person she was. I loved when Jesse and Emma were able to talk everything out, admit to past mistakes, and move forward. Of course Jesse and Emma are happy and something horrific would have to happen and it was, I cried so much when Emma was being terrorized and I got so angry that she was powerless. The scene on the bridge was, well it took my breath away. I was so worried about what was going to happen to Jesse and Emma's relationship after everything that went down, she seemed so lost and he was so sad. Skip ahead three months and finally they had a breakthrough and started to heal. Then the author skips ahead five years and I loved this epilogue, I loved what they had accomplished together and where their future was headed, I will say I wish we could have read more about them once they were married and in business together, I would have loved to see what that looked like. I loved this series and wish their story was not over.

Emma is finding herself along with Andy on a Cross- Country move to West Virginia. Her goal is to find Jesse and let him know how sorry she is for running out on him without letting him explain what was really going on. Once Jesse left, Emma took solace in Andy and those two have formed an unbreakable bond, since Andy feels responsible since it was his sister Ally who deceived Emma into thinking that Jesse cheated on her.

Jesse is trying to move on in life and start fresh. But he can’t seem to get Emma out of his mind. The night Ally showed up on his doorstep and asked for help, he knew he would do everything he could to help her, even if that is lying to everyone back home about the two of them. He never thought he would get his second chance with Emma, until he saw her on campus with his own two eyes.

Ally has tried everything she can to make Jesse forget about Emma. She has even lied to him in hopes he falls in love with her. She never thought for a second that her Happy Dreams would be shattered when Emma and her brother Andy walk into the restaurant she is working in. She is now on a rampage to stop Jesse from knowing that Emma is here and the only way to make sure he doesn’t fall for Emma is to take her out of the picture anyway she can.

This is an amazing continuation to Shattered Ties and dives more into the story of what happened in between Emma and Jesse coming back together. There are so many plot twists that I never saw coming and kept me cheering for the happy ending I have wanted since starting this series! I can not wait to see what is coming next…

I was given an ARC copy of this book for my honest opinion.
Twisted Ties is just the all around book of everything…it has drama, deceit, lies, secrets, heart pumping sexy times, love, rage and a sweet twist at the end that you will just never see coming until it hits you.
Twisted Ties starts off where Shattered Ties left off and Emma goes back to the trailer park looking for Jesse. She runs into Andy and a friendship is forged. Emma could never get over Jesse and hanging out with Andy is an acceptable trade because she feels like she’s hanging with Jesse. Emma finds out some shocking information and decides to go to school in West Virginia in hopes of finding Jesse.
Their reunion is by no means an easy reunion where they just go right back where they left off before Ally spun them into hell. Things happened, feelings were hurt, but Lord when they do get back to being Emma and Jesse again...it gets good. The chemistry is so…WOW!!! There are some real steamy, panty changing scenes in this book.
I am afraid to give too much out of excitement so I will just say you must read this book, it will take you on a real emotional roller coaster that will leave you more than satisfied when it ends.

4-4.5 stars. It's been 2 years since Emma and Jesse have last seen each other and now Emma is looking for him. Jesse, Emma, Ally and Andy are all together in West Virginia and the dynamics are completely skewed amongst each of them due to both lies and misperceptions. Thankfully, it doesn't take the whole book for Jesse and Emma to have their much needed confrontation and while there's plenty of drama, it's not due to Jesse or Emma. Ally takes the cake as far as crazy goes, she brings it to a whole new level although there were definitely clues that she wasn't the most stable person in the previous book. With the wedge that Ally drives between Emma and Jesse brings a new set of complications to their relationship that no one could have predicted. The story suddenly becomes rather suspenseful and Emma has to go through the worst experience of her life, the kind that changes a person permanently and diminishes her spirit. Jesse tries to help her pick up the pieces and K.A. Robinson did well by not allowing this part to be swept under the rug or minimizing the impact of such an event. Focusing on the devotion of Jesse and Emma really drives home the point of how committed they are to each other, through both the good and the bad.

First let me say I love K.A.’s writing. She has an amazing ability to draw the reader in and quickly get invested in the lives and stories of her characters.

This book picks up a month after Jesse has left California and Emma. She’s still trying to process everything that happened.

Fast forward two years. This is the last push to find Jesse. Andy has joined in the search and together they go to Morgantown, West Virginia.

What Emma finds is her worst fear. Yet things are not always what they seem.

Love, LOVE the dual POV. Their imagined scenes were as fantastic as the real ones.

Love Andy-he is who he is and no regrets.

Jesse walks the fence a little too much for me. When he finally goes all in-watch out!

Ally-wow-her crazy and intensity are unique. What does it say for the ability of the author to bring her to life and with all of her nasty still allow the reader to see her feelings. Kudos

Emma-oh Emma! She had me all over the place, cheering her on and wanting to shake her!

Wonderful epilogue, lots of promise yet will have to use your imagination!

The author’s note at the end of book was fantastic-just what this reader needed!

5++++++++++ stars! This was the conclusion of Jesse and Emma's story. It was so good. It was emotional, dark, suspenseful, sweet, and Steamy.

Since Jesse left California, Emma and Andy have become good friends. They try searching for Jesse, but can't find him. Emma decides to go to school at WVU, in hopes of bumping into Jesse and rekindling their relationship. Andy tags along with her. Andy and Emma find more than they bargained for. Will Emma and Jesse meet up and make things work?

This book was so good. I have to say I have never considered hitting a pregnant person, until this book.. But K.A told me to control my rage! lol This book was awesome, but I don't agree with the story being over. I think the Manwh*re, Andy needs to meet a special girl as well and settle down. Just a suggestion, Ms. Robinson **wink wink*

But really great job with this story!
K.A. Robinson is also the author of the Torn Series
Book 1Torn
Book 2Twisted
Book 3Tainted
If you haven't read them pick them up today. They are awesome and you will love Drake and Chloe!

5- Absolutely breathtaking, exciting, and never a dull moment. LOVED IT!

spoilers - just a little bit

I'm starting my review by saying I love K.A. Robertson her books keeping getting better and better. she's one of my favorite authors. i can just buy her books with out looking & reading the synopsis and just fall in love with story.

Now.

Twisted Ties starts off where Shattered Ties ended. For 2 years Emma still loved Jesse, and 2 years Jesse loved Emma. After Emma turned 18 years old and her mother kicked her out because Emma didn't do what she said and now Emma & Andy are off to West Virginia to look for Jesse but they jet a surprise one day and made Emma's life a living hell.
You will feel happy, sad, heartbreak in this book while you face all the turns with Jesse & Emma at one point I even cried. And it's sad that their story is over. This book will grab your attention as soon as you read it and will probably read it in one day like i have. The love in this book is not forgettable

This is the second and final book of Emma Preston and Jesse Daniels' story. Some people leave an imprint on your heart and that's what happened with Emma and Jesse. They are both imprinted on each others' hearts and there is no one that can change that. In the first book, Shattered Ties, Emma and Andy both walk away from Jesse. They both believed the lies and situation that Ally set up. Now it is two year later and Emma cannot forget Jesse so she moves all the way across the country to go to college and hopefully find him. Ally's obsession with Jesse hasn't faltered and she disappears and moves to West Virginia to find him as well. Andy moves with Emma because he has nothing left in California and he wants to start anew. Also, Emma and him have become the best of friends and have supported each other during Jesse's absence.

There are some people that cannot be saved. Some people that are so damaged and twisted that there isn't any hope for them.

This was a really great book and definitely worth reading.

MINOR SPOILERS.

Soooooo happy this came out early, it was AWESOME!!!! Even though it picks up 2yrs after the end of first one the author wrote it very well so you don't feel like anything is missed and you get a rundown on what happened in that time. It is sad that so much time was wasted but omg when they finally see each other it's like boom! Yay finally! But then Ally gets in the way yet again so Jesse and Emma are once again not together and it was so heartbreaking having all those obstacles in the way. I was screaming OMG just talk to each other so you can both realise just how many lies Ally has made! The big incident towards the end was hard to read, I was really sad with what was happening, it was gut wrenching even the aftermath of it was emotional. So much happened in this book but I loved it all. Could see some things coming but that didn't ruin this book for me. Would love for Andy to have a book ;)
