Over-worked, tired, and bored, Dominique does nothing but tend to the needs of the patients that come through the doors of her office. Either that ish was hot or I’m in need of “maintenance “.
The author gave you exactly what he said he would a short, erotic urban read. It even has the nerve to have a bit of a story in between the filth and I loved it.
Couple of things I could’ve taken issue with, but I enjoyed myself so much that I almost forgot about them.
I will say I wanna know post medical what happens with Dominique and Ramello.

Dominque is a nurse at a correctional facility. She love her job and love caring for others. She works two jobs and have no time for herself or a man at that. Until Ramello enters her office with a wound. Sparks begin to fly but Dominique don’t want to put her license in jeopardy but she’s also curious about Ramello. Ramello is instantly attracted to this thick pretty nurse. It don’t help that she’s his type. BBW. He’s so turned on by her. Nurse Dominique was shy but Ramello brung out the freak side of her. I loved their chemistry. They genuinely cared for one another. Now that damn Sierra was trouble. She was moving so reckless and just ain’t care. Like how you a CO moving the way you move sis smh. This read had just the right amount of drama. It keeps you wanting more. The spice 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ was out of this world. You would need a fan to cool you down. I was bit confused in the beginning but this was sooo good that it don’t even matter 😂. I highly recommend this read. Like Imma need a follow on on these two.

This story is fun, sexy, and is what every wet dream should be made of. Now nurse Dominique may be shy but all of that shyness disappears when she's handling Ramello's business. Now Sierra is a piece of work and being a CO definitely is not her calling because how sway? Her actions put a lot of people in danger. I enjoyed reading this story and I hope there's an update about Dominique and Ramello on down the road. Perhaps it is a love connection that survives beyond the wall.

This was my first read by Author Elijah R. Freeman, and I truly enjoyed.
Sierra was a super heaux. All the tea that was dropped about her 😳. She really has the block hot behind the heaux ish she was doing.
Dominique’s curiosity and pressure from Sierra had her sneaking and freaking with an inmate. Her and Mello was greeting it in every chance they got. Had me all hot and bothered 😂

I liked how Dominique was a little green at first or at least she pretended to be. I don't like Sierra at all. She gave me scandalous vibes. Dominique and Dixon were spicy and steamy.Dominique may have risked her job, but it worked out in the end. I'm glad because she actually cared about her job and the inmates.

This was a good spicy read. The chemistry between Ramello and Mini was off the charts. Sierra almost messed it up for everyone. I would have never guessed she was letting an inmate pimp her out. Lawd have mercy. What do you say so you don't get flagged? This was every bit of hot and steamy. Engaging and a great story. I wanted more. I loved how they got lost in each other. Would love to see how they act when he's released. Highly recommend.

This one caught me by surprise. If it’s hitting licks or maneuvering power moves in the streets I know how Elijah coming.

I have led myself down an erotica rabbit hole with this series and getting lost with this relationships with inmates and the workers. I love the different perspective and Nurse Dominique was really more than what meets the eye. lol
