Great information about the process and amazing recipes.

Can't wait to try more recipes! I learned a lot about the process and it really improved my jerky. Great book.

Excellent!

Now this is how you make a jerky recipe book. With a complete history of jerky and precautions, care and consideration, this is one of the best overviews of jerky making that I've seen. There are also plenty of delicious. recipes with fun names to choose from.
