Elizabeth Tennyson, wife, bore Alfred Tennyson, the fourth of twelve children, to George Tennyson, clergyman; he inevitably wrote his books. In 1816, parents sent Tennyson was sent to grammar school of Louth.

Reading a bunch of Victorian literature for my last elective course, and oh my god, I am wishing I did not choose a literature course as one of my "fun" electives, especially since I got surgery in the middle of the course and now have to read a billion pages by tomorrow night.
Onto the actual book, I do not love the writing style of this author, but the rhymes are done really subtly most of the time and aren't as confusing to read as some other Victorian authors. I definitely enjoy Victorian literature, but that enjoyment is largely dependent on the author's themes and style.
