This was a nice story but could have been a lot better. My main problem with the story was that there were so any things left unsolved. After reading the final pages, I was stilled very irritated that we don't actually get to find out the cause of Ian's psychic ability. It annoyed me that the author didn't tell us how he was able to predict her dreams and read her mind. All that was said was that they had a deeper connection. I never read about any contemporary couples who were able to do that. The book was not labeled as a paranormal but I felt that maybe it should have because it confuses the reader. I also didn't like that she didn't factor her daughter into the equation and never even told Ian that she had one. I get she was trying to get pass her past but having a daughter is a big deal. I would have also liked to see a conclusion with her ex-husband because it seems that Rebecca still has issues with him about her self-esteem. Definitely could have been better but it was an ok read for short stories.
