Really good book!

This was an amazing book! Your heart will hurt for the main character but seeing him triumph is great. Read this in one sitting couldn't put it down.

A very short life story that explores suicide and grief.
I just found Jeff very unlucky and the fact that everyone around him kept ending their own lives to be a bit unrealistic.
I did enjoy the conclusion except for the suicide of the daughter; the author could have given the guy a break. And killing off the daughter felt like it was thrown there for the sole shock value.
Regardless, the inner monologue around suicide itself was well done.

this gave me the courage to stay one more day.

I’ve never heard it from this perspective, and I cried with every page, but so much can be taken from this book…

Fast read

Good book, just wish it was longer. Emotional read that leaves you wanting to know more. I was under the impression this book would be an actual book... it was more like a short story.
