Excellent IMAGES

But there is a mind-boggling, repetitious fixation on fractures, fractures, FRACTURES!!

There is NO content in the index - other than “Page Number x” without the least reference to the subject at that page.

Unless you are willing to manually enter Kindle bookmarks and add notes (if that’s even possible), there is no way to use this book as a reference source.

It is devoid of supporting text other than the labels on the images themselves.

For these reasons, this book is a serious disappointment in spite of the quality of the images it contains.
