100 Ways To Love Your Wife is filled with practical ideas for pursuing love, kindness, friendship, and appreciation in the everyday lives of couples committed to enjoying the best a great marriage has to offer (although much of what's here is apropos for those planning to be married, too!). What does it take to have a great marriage? It's not all that complicated - just a whole lot of decisions that say, "I love you," rather than those that say, "I love me." This book provides suggestions that help demonstrate to your spouse that she is a cherished priority in your life.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO ALL MEN TRYING TO LIVE A CHRISTIAN LIFE SO THAT YOU CAN HAVE A VERY BLESSED MARRIAGE THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME LUV IT W.D.SNYDER
I found this book to be really just a affermation of things that I have been doing throughout my life, for my wife and family. I have just followed the path of my father and the way he showed love to my mother and to myself and my sisters. Their marriage worked until he passed away, and it has been working for my wife and me for over 41 years. Still, this is a good book.
Okay... so, I liked the book. There were a few, quite a few places where I said "ouch". I know I can do better, and yes, it helped me see that. There WERE some places where I had to check the copy right date. The practicality of a few (very few, mind you) points had me thinking I was going to ask the neighbors to check in on "Wally and the Beaver" while I took June out of the house for a few hours. "Yes, you work 8+ hours a day five days a week but she (especially as a young mom and/or working mother works 24/7 so don't expect her to do it all." Don't assume that she does. Some of the statements were just a little odd... one statement, he actually spoke to the women. "Please forgive us, ladies. Sometimes we just can't resist, even if the result is more like stepping on something in the barnyard than clearing up the problem." That was a statement in point #59 "Helping with the vacuuming isn't a substitute for romance (for most women!)". There are a few like that, but there are MANY that I can see would help me navigate through this life. Now I am intrigued as to see what his wife, Lisa Jacobson wrote in the book my wife is reading...
This book had some great points in it. Some the 100 ways were cheesy, and some were good.
The reason it only receives 3 stars is because there are numerous typos and careless errors in writing the book, that simple proofreading should have found. If I wrote this, I'd be embarrassed that the errors were published.
It's a really short book. You could probably read the whole thing in under an hour.
This book is a simple but powerful book. The simplicity allows for time of reflection. It is a book that contains a road map but is not presented as a final answer. You should read each page, meditate on that thought, then apply it to your relationship with your wife or significant other. It would helpful to young men who are dating.
