An awesome webcomic, they're so cute..and so funny,

"Batman and Superman playing Spiderman, :) That's hilarious."

I read the first 50 pages so far.. it's about a week in children school. where Batman is always grumpy & moody, Superman is so kindhearted. Wonderwoman is strong little girl.

It's really very well stories of "Manners" for children. and super enjoyable for adults too.

Thank you Yale Stewart, that's really something..

I read this because I want to know more about Superman and Batman.. I'm team Superman of course, the first super hero I've known(my mother made me watch all the movies about him, starting from 1978 version) and the fact that he can fly will amaze any child!
description

BUT, there came a time when I understood Batman, he's an Introvert but he want to change the world, the problem was he never got my attention, he is always grumpy and his movies are always dark
description

so back to Superman, until today... I had a discussion with a friend who loves Batman and doesn't like Superman.. to know how the conversation went watch this video:
We Are All Bat People

The funniest thing is by wanting to find flaws in Batman I realized how much we are alike!!!

maybe thats why I don't like him :3

from #224, Yale is focusing on Clark and Lois
Lois is a strong girl, while Clark is little bit coward but he is funny:
Lois: CRAP!
Clark: Whoa, no need to curse!

JL8 is the Justice League as 8 year olds.

It's incredibly cute and funny and one of the best things I've read. I have no idea how it hasn't been taken off the web for copyright infringement, but want to believe that DC allows it to stay up because it's so good.

It is free online at jl8comic.tumbler.com. I recommended it to anyone who reads superhero comics because they are fun.

I'm in love with these. It's a comic strip where the artist imagines the Justice League as 8 years old, specifically: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, and Power Girl. My favorite is obviously Batman, him and his little "Robin," Superman and Wonder Women come second, and the surprise is my love for the Martian Manhunter, even though I don't know a lot about him!

If a five stars rating isn't convincing enough, these are some of the 218 strips that are out till now (it's updated weekly, I think): http://limbero.org/jl8/1

Yale Stewart presents a cute and fun story starring the universally known Justice League as 8 years old. The great thing about this is that the characters are more consistent with their personalities (except for Power Girl) than whatever DC is currently publishing.

I left the finishing date empty.
Well, I haven't read comics before, not that I don't like them; it's because I hate e-books, but erghhhhh I like this one. Since it's a webcomic so I have to read it on my phone, tablet, etc. but I can deal with it.

The design of the characters makes it funny to read and also easy, and I read several pages every day.

I guess Batman have been bad behaving for ages!
and for the first time in forever, I am going to admit it, I like Superman :D Yale wrote him hilariously.
I will follow this one for sure.

Oh young romance :O a very nice touch :D
P.S: I've allowed Tumblr notifications for this one, DON'T JUDGE ME!
P.S: Thanks to Mohamad Arabey which because of him I discovered this webcomic.

The most adorable, funny, engaging and thought provoking comic I've read in a long while. Chock full of references and brilliant, brilliant artwork. Trust me. When everyone in the comic book industry is desperately trying to up the 'gritty- ness factor ', watching the Justice League catch fireflies and playing Truth or Dare, is exactly what you need right now. And that doesn't mean Yale Stewart compromised on the emotional complexities. There's enough of everything to go around. Plus, Wonder Woman kicks so much ass! READ!

I first found JL8 a few years after finally becoming a DC fan due to the likes of The Dark Knight, Batman Mask of the Phantasm, Injustice and Justice League Unlimited. This was much less dark than the first three DC projects I mentioned and maybe a little less mature than JLU. All the same this is excellent comic/story by an artist that clearly knows the source material while still finding interesting ways to reimagine things in a new way. Some of the visual/written Easter Eggs I missed but there were some I didn't at first but then realized and it made them even better once the realization hit (i.e., the identity of a schoolyard bully wearing a Red Hoodie).

It's been a few years since I've followed JL8 but would definitely like to reread/catch up sometime soon.

Wish this was an ongoing collection since it opened new perspectives on stories of prolific and known heroes. A lot of opened windows, space to see into but no rooms to enter for their individual stories.

Of the main cast in this comic, only Barry was of little focus and the previews to trauma, hero (personal) tendencies, and team/social dynamics gave into plot holes even if this were to be viewed unrelated or detached from the source material as a whole.

Overall, cute animation style and sneak peek to a premeditated future of the heroes and some villains, and a nod to a Justice League movie special on timeline differential of them being kids.

Sad to see it ended as soon as it started but still love that this exists.

Absolutely love Yale Stewart's '8 years old' treatment of the DC superheroes. All of them were made cute with their specific characteristics in mind. 8 year old Bruce and Clark are too good.

This book gives a new light to the traditional characters, and because of this are a bit more relatable for their flaws, they are just children after all. The adventures are based upon a good narrative that have real consequences, rather than episodic comics that see a reset of the characters at the beginning of each day. There is a tactic that is used that often makes it text scarce, which can be a good or a bad thing. For the most part there is a balance between the images and text.

Its's very easy to invest in these kids and enjoy their exploits.

Fun! seriously, what a great sense of humor and interesting premise. Best of all this comic strip acknowledges the trends that are occurring in comics today and the heart that has been driving comics for as long as they have been around. It isn't perfect, but Mr. Stewarts controversies aside, this is a must read for any DC comics fan, and a fun time for everyone else.

If you're not reading this do it now. An endearing reminder of an earlier, simpler time in our lives. Better than most of what DC puts up on the market.
