4 Could this happen to me?! Noelle goes to Greece with her two bestfriends and cue an amazingly handsome Greek God of a man.. Demetri? Can I just say this was one of the greatest romance stories and will recommend! I love a fake trope(;

I received this ARC and am leaving this review voluntarily, all thoughts/opinions above are my own.

"A Grecian Getaway" by Endria Nuaros is a contemporary romance novel, serving as book one in the Willow Street Girls series. However, it can be enjoyed as a standalone. The author's debut work offers an engaging read, featuring heart-pounding romance and a satisfying level of passion. The story is not only emotionally impactful but also follows Noelle's transformative journey, adding depth to the narrative.

Demetri's portrayal as a Greek God-like character contributes to his irresistible nature, drawing readers to his dynamic chemistry with Noelle. Equally commendable is the focus on Noelle's friendships with Caroline and Claire, which adds a multifaceted dimension to the plot.

One point of critique is the writing style, which occasionally lacks conciseness and might benefit from being more succinct in certain sections. Despite this, "A Grecian Getaway" remains a recommended read for fans of contemporary romance. The novel's depiction of Greece's beauty has a captivating effect, sparking a desire in readers to experience the country firsthand. Anticipation for the next instalment in the series adds to the book's appeal.

I got 14% of the way through and had to dnf. I tried really hard to get through this considering it’s a local indie author and she did warn me that this book was a bit rough as it was her first book. Again, I did try, but it was just not readable. The writing was completely robotic and gave zero emotions. It read like statements instead of a flowing conversation, even between the friends. I will give book 2 a shot and see how that goes. Not giving this one a rating considering I did not finish and can’t give a star rating that would affect the author’s numbers. This is just my feedback on the book. I think this has potential but it definitely needs a re-write for a more free flowing feel of conversation between characters.

Loved it! This is a wonderful debut novel and I can't wait to read more from her. Noelle was so relatable to me and Demetri makes a great book boyfriend! I thought the depictions of Greece were incredibly alluring. I've never been, but now it's on my travel list for sure! I loved the beautiful cover art, as well. Anyone who appreciates a little steam in their romance will love this, too. This book just made me happy! Super excited for the next one!

I received an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

After Noelle, Caroline and Claire, the Willow Street Girls graduated from college, their families gave them a trip to Greece before they get jobs. They are loving Greece. Noelle meets a very tall, dark and handsome man named Demetri. Demetri is a bachelor who isn’t looking for a relationship or love. His parents passed away when he was young. It hurts to much to love. He loves his sister and her family, but that’s it. Something about Noelle keeps him thinking about her all the time. He knows she’s beautiful, sweet, innocent, kind. What is it about her that his heart hears faster? Maybe they can just have fun. After all she will be heading back to the USA and he lives in Greece. Nothing can come of it. Can they just gave fun while she’s there? Will Demetri hurt her? He doesn’t want to. He’s been honest with her. He just can’t seem to let her go but he does. Is it a mistake? Will they miss each other? Things happen and they are brought back together again. Will he realize she could be the one? These characters are wonderful. I was drawn into the story from the beginning. Can’t wait for the stories of Caroline and Claire. This is such a wonderful read. Worth the read. I received this book for my honest review. I give it voluntarily.

A great escape! I was lucky enough to recieve an ARC of this book and I was excited to read from the first pages. The imagery was astounding and it made me start looking into booking a real life trip to Greece! Noelle is such a great character and the friendship she has with Caroline and Claire was something to be envious of! The chemistry between Demetri and Noelle is amazing and the spice is perfect for anyone who loves a hot read but with class. I cannot wait to hear more about the Willow Street Girls and all things Greek! 😍

I received an ARC copy of this book and this is my honest review. As the postcard states, the heroine, Noelle, gets to enjoy ALL that Greece has to offer and so will the readers of this book. You will be transported to the Greek Isles, enjoying all the sites and sounds it has to offer through the eyes of Noelle and her two best friends. Their friendship is realistic and fun! The romance between Noelle and Dimitri is steamy and intriguing throughout. I loved the book and look forward to reading more books about the Willow Street Girls!

I fell in love the moment they landed in Greece! The story is a rollercoaster of emotions, and the Greek backdrop adds an enchanting touch. I couldn't put it down; the characters felt real, and the chemistry was sizzling. If you're into love, self-discovery, and picturesque settings, this book is a must-read and I can't wait for more from this author. Totally five-star worthy!

I was an ARC reader but the review is my own words.

An absolutely wonderful debut novel by a very talented writer! First of all, I’m booking a trip to Greece. The setting was gorgeous and romantic. I felt hugged by the sunshine and warmth.
Brilliant characters. Demetri is damaged by great loss in his life and is afraid to ever love again out of fear of being left alone. Noelle is charming and ready for an adventure, even at the risk of a broken heart. Together, sparks fly and the pull is pure chemistry. Their journey is a page-turner, with some lovely twists and turns, and plenty of steam.
I loved the bond and banter between the three best friends.
This is the kind of story romance fanatics live for! I look forward to reading the next book in the series!

This is a good book. My rating does not mean it's bad. I just wouldn't read it again if that makes sense. It was interesting and unique. I do think the epilogue was a bit long...it didn't need all of that information.

Grecian Getaway is a fabulous read. It brings you right back to it even when life tears you away. Their romance is so lovely and believable. You just must keep reading to find out their future! Also, her friends are very dynamic characters and it left me eager to read more about their romantic journeys. The love scenes are so well written you can imagine it allllllll. Lol Give it a read, you won’t be sorry! Hmmm…. How much are tickets to Greece?….

I am an ARC reader and these opinions are my own.

This book was simply not for me, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be for you.

Problems for me:
In this work that is written in the third person, we are still seeing chapters labeled as Noelle’s perspective and Demetri’s perspective. This is okay with me, but in addition to those labels, the author chose to randomly interject the perspective of their characters by italicizing lines that were to be their inner thoughts. For me, this was too much. I feel that the author could have given us two first-person perspectives, or two third-person perspectives, but in the end, we end up with four perspectives. This was more distracting than endearing.
I felt that this book was only a romance novel. There wasn’t enough context that made me care about these characters outside of the relationship. For example, these women are supposed to be on a trip to celebrate their college graduation, and we don’t even find out what Noelle’s degree is until chapter 8. There was a lot of glossing over any life experiences that didn’t directly pertain to the characters making their way to each other. I felt that the lack of exterior life exploration made the story dry.

That said, this book could definitely be loved by someone looking for a straightforward romance story with a cute beachy vibe. Who wouldn’t want to go on a summer vacation and find love?! There is also a good amount of spice in here. I hope others give this book a chance and find the romance to be an enjoyable story.

Overall I really liked this book. The settings were great and there were definitely some romance moments with the couple that had me giddy. I think they had great chemistry. I only had a problem with the writing style. It was written a bit too much like a fanfiction and there were some parts in the beginning that made me cringe. With that being said as the book went on, the writing got even better. I also loved the tiny twist in the epilogue. I also thought the family and friends of both the characters were great. Caroline was a little much at first but I came to really like her. I’m definitely going to read the next books in the series and I can’t wait to see how the author improves

Super shy Noelle and her two BFF's are on an amazing college graduation trip to Greece to relax and celebrate before starting their careers. When Noelle meets Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome, Demetri who is as closed off to commitment as one can be, sparks fly and they can't seem to stay away from each other.

This is an angst filled, yet quick read filled with fun characters and so much visual story telling about Greece you will be wanting to book your next trip there.

I will be going on a Greek cruise next year so I was excited to read a book with a setting that was in Greece. I really related to the main character, Noelle, because of her shyness, so I could put myself in her shoes. I don't want to share to much, but this was a slow burn book with hot and cold and lots of spicy scenes, so if you don't like that, look elsewhere. I liked how we got to know Noelle's 2 friends also and I am thinking they will probably have their own stories in the future. Kept my attention. Definitely worth a read.

I enjoyed this book so much. I was able to meet the Author and purchase the series at a wonderful event. I just got around to reading the books. I’m on the last one now. I enjoyed Noelle and Demetri’s story. If you are a romance reader you should put it on your TBR list. Also I love when you can message an Author and they message you back. I can’t Waite for the rest of the Johnston Brothers to come out so I can purchase and read them.

A Grecian Getaway is a contemporary romance with some spice! The Willow Street girls embark on an adventure to Greece to celebrate their college graduation. As the girls think about their future, they meet a handsome man that sweeps one of the girls off their feet. This is their love story and a story about friendship. I love the girls friendship and how they have each other’s back, as they explore what love really is.

Fun Read

Noelle and her friends are on a Greek holiday when she meets Demetri. He’s not looking for anything permanent and Noelle isn’t a fling type of person, but they end up spending a lot of time together and their feelings grow. But Noelle’s vacation comes to an end and it might end their romance as well. As indicated in the title, this is spicy. The descriptions of Greece are vivid and the friend group is entertaining.

The author’s use of descriptions of the scenery made me want to book a flight and visit Greece with a group of friends. This was well written and I can’t wait to read more from her!

This was such a cute read about a group of friends vacationing in Greece, where Noelle meets a tall, dark, handsome Greek man. 🤪

The plot was solid and the story felt really refreshing. The characters are lovable Demetri is definitely daddy material 😜 and Noelle is so sweet; I adored her. If you’re looking for something light, sweet, refreshing, and sprinkled with a little spice, I’d totally recommend this one. The ending had my heart so full for them.
