Probate Basics

You’ll get the 30,000 foot view of the process in this quick guide. There’s enough foundation information to be useful but you’ll need to do quite a bit of homework for your jurisdiction. If you’re curious, this is a good choice to get a quick picture of the intersection of probate and real estate.

well researched. As an appraiser, I was slightly put out because we barely get a mention. Of course the markets the writer is familiar with is data rich so frequently I agree you don't really need me.
