Needs proofreading

The book has useful information but needs proofreading. Example: beets are included into the list of vegetables that one can eat in unlimited quantities and just a few paragraphs down we learn that beets are high in carbs and need to be avoided. The drawings and descriptions of berries are mixed up: raspberries under strawberries and vice versa. I’m disappointed that so little attention went into checking the final draft. Also, the tone of the narrative is similar to a marketing campaign rather than a research.

Helpful information on intermittent fasting. Not too bad but extremely big … an 8 1/2 x 11 book. It could have been much smaller.
