About the author

S-Jay Hart can be found sipping tea and reading, most of the time. When she’s not doing these things she can be found camping, hiking or shamelessly pretending she’s a dinosaur, astronaut, or butterfly, with 30 small children. She started writing when she was a teenager, creating a fictional world with friends, and has over sixty notebooks filled with stories and ideas. She lives with her two teen humans, her two doggos and her furry beta-buddy Brenda.

These poems, they whisper of love, they whisper of loss, and they whisper of yearning. Yearning for a love that you know is unattainable.

Oh, how I cherish these poems! They caress my heart, evoking such profound emotions in me.

My heart, I must confess, shattered a little as I delved into these verses. My sympathies extend to the poet, for it is a sentiment that will forever linger within me. To love someone who cannot see you, who cannot reciprocate that affection, is indeed a painful endeavor. I wholeheartedly recommend this collection of poems; they possess an ethereal quality that lingers long after reading.

I must express my gratitude to the author in advance for their forthcoming work, set to be released on February 14, 2024. It promises to be a poignant journey, one I eagerly anticipate.

S-Jay Hart has written an absolutely brilliant collection of poems that spoke to my soul. Her ability to convey the depth of so many emotions with her words brought tears to my eyes several times. I read this in one sitting because I was consumed by the power of her words. I can't say enough good things about this collection. I will return to this over and over and I guarantee each time I will walk away with a newfound perspective and a spring in my step.
