Oh gosh, I am NOT ready to leave Lazy 5 Ranch, I am not! I loved this sweet story and it ended with me in tears, happy tears though.
What a wonderful ending for this family perhaps we can have a spin off at the new Facility? Hint, hint Tina.
But really, this story was everything. It's a friends to lovers but then amnesia turns them back to barely even friends. It was a long journey to get Lucas and Harper to the point of expressing their feelings, and then the accident set them back and wiped out that moment. What do you do if you wake up with an engagement ring, but don't know who it's for? Clearly Lucas believed you have a Battle of the Exs Barbeque? But where does that leave Harper? She waited for years to finally have Lucas see her as more than a friend, and now his amnesia has her back in the friend zone. And worse than that he's questioning all the business decisions they had made together before the accident. Lucas is confused. He can't understand who he was going to propose to. He doesn't remember the last 6 months. And he keeps questioning all these business plans he supposedly signed off on. Add a lifetime collection of pens and a random horse purchase and he is struggling. But he isn't the only one. Harper is trying to remain patient with Lucas, but his memory doesn't seem to be returning, and being "just friends" barely seems like enough anymore. Does she move on? Will he ever see her as more than a friend? Will his memory ever return?
I loved this. It is the perfect ending. But it doesn't mean I'm happy it's over.... I'm bummed. I loved this family, I loved going on this journey with them. And I can rest easy knowing now the Morgan's future is a bright one. Lots of grandkids to come, horses, pens and cinnamon rolls... lots and lots of them!!!
The Cowboy’s Forgotten Love by Tina Radcliffe is the 4th book in the Lazy M Ranch series, but can be read as a stand-alone novel. Lucas Morgan loses six months of memories after an accident. He can not seem to remember why he has an engagement ring, a new business, and any decisions he has made. Harper Reilly is crushed that her best friend Lucas has no memories of the relationship they have started. She is not able to even tell him as the doctor has said he must rest and not to overload him. Is there any hope?
I have loved the Lazy M Ranch series and this final story made my heart so happy! Luc and Harper have a beautiful friendship and it was great to watch them figure out the next steps in their lives, faith, and with each other. They were so likeable and engaging. It was fun to visit with other characters from past stories, and catch up on their lives. I feel like I have my own house on the Lazy M Ranch and have loved my visits. My only wish is that there would be a follow up story with Grandpa Gus!
This is a delightful book with great chemistry, engaging characters and a wonderful setting. This heartwarming story will make your year! I highly recommend!
I was given a complimentary copy and not required to write a positive review.
In The Cowboy's Forgotten Love Tina Radcliffe writes an inspirational love story full to the brim with family, faith and plenty of fun. 5 stars!
Rodeo rider Lucas Morgan has met his match in his best friend barrel rider Harper Reilly. If only Lucas could remember the last six months of his life and the choices he made before his accident including falling for Harper and buying her a ring. He's got a bad case of "I-can-do-it-myself" and won't let his brothers or Harper help him. He's trying to get his act together even in his state of amnesia, and he better hurry before Harper gives up and moves on.
I loved the way Lucas and Harper supported each other as best friends, but better yet is watching how their love story unfolds...twice. It's an absorbing story I enjoyed from literal deer in headlights beginning to charming epilogue's end.
The Cowboy's Forgotten Love is the last book in the Lazy M Ranch series and the grand finale to the Morgan brother's story. It was great to revisit the ranch and get a peek of brothers Drew, Sam and Trevor. Also, the wise and witty grandpa Gus and the ranch's much loved cook Bess add their own special touch to the storyline.
I'm sorry to say goodbye to the Morgan family, but I'm excited to see what talented author Tina Radcliffe pens next. I appreciate a copy of The Cowboy's Forgotten Love being made available for review. All thoughts and opinions are my very own.
The last adventure to the Lazy M Ranch, and I will miss the Morgan family!
Luc and Harper are best friends. After an accident, Luc has lost his memory of the last six months. Then discovers he has purchased an engagement ring but has no idea who the lucky girl is.
I enjoyed the characters of the Lazy M Ranch and all siblings and Gus return in this story to assist with the recovery of Luc's memory. I was particularly drawn to the beginning of this story, as it is set in the town I spent my teenage years in. Very nostalgic for me.
I highly recommend this book, could not put it down.
Harper and Luc's story is bittersweet. We get to visit the Lazy M Ranch for the last time. How I will miss the Morgan brothers! I have felt a part of this band of brothers for a while now. They have felt like a real family to me, and I have to admit, I'm not quite ready to let them go! However, this final story in the series was a great way to say farewell. Lucas is tender-hearted and has seen all his brothers marry and start families. His best friend, Harper, has been by his side for many years. The last few months they dipped their toes into "more" but wouldn't you know, Lucas crashed his truck into a tree, got a bad concussion and doesn't remember the last 6 months! He has no idea that he is going into business with Harper or that he has started a relationship with her, and she can't tell him due to doctor's orders! Harper's life is turned upside down overnight along with Luc's! I felt so bad for both characters! Luc's brothers rallied around him and supported him, but they didn't know about his new relationship with Harper, so she suffers in silence. How hard that would be! I loved being back on the ranch with Grandpa Gus, Bess and the rest of the crew. Come back to Homestead Pass and see how it all works out!
Life’s situations can change everything! This has definitely happened for Lucas Morgan and Harper Reilly. It has tender moments, hard decisions to be made, Hope and Faith. Very very good!!!
What a great way to wrap up the Lazy M Ranch series! If you haven’t read the earlier three books in the series, that is fine. You can read this one without having read the others. However, if you have read the books that focus on the other three brothers, you will enjoy finally getting to read Lucas’s story.
I could really feel the emotions tugging on my heart in this one! The fact that Harper had to step back and relate to Lucas as only his best friend, rather than more, in order to not add stress to his recovering brain, was so touching. She really struggled with this, because the two of them were still very early on in their new feelings for each other before his accident and they hadn’t even been able to spend much time together since moving from friends to more. It made for some very overwhelming feelings for Harper. Add to that the frustration, confusion, and helplessness that Lucas felt and it was a great set up for tension and even some misunderstandings.
I really enjoyed this blend of friends to more with an amnesia complication. It made for some emotional moments!

I received a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions are my own.
Oh, what a bittersweet moment it was for me to start this book. On the one hand, it’s a new Lazy M Ranch series book by author Tina Radcliffe…yay! On the other hand, it’s the last in this series…boo! Rodeo performers Lucas Morgan and Harper Reilly have been best friends for years. Just when they’ve turned that friendship to love, Lucas is in an auto accident and loses the last six months of his life to amnesia. He can’t remember his love for Harper, or the fact they are going to leave rodeo life and start a business together. Luc and Harper have so much to work through, separately and together. The Lord saw fit once to open their hearts to one another. Can these friends-to-love-to-suddenly-back-to-friends find their way to love again? You will want to find out! This heartwarming story will have you smiling while wiping away tears. I received a complimentary copy of this book, but my opinion is entirely my own.
Tina’s books are must reads for me because she writes super enjoyable stories. Great characters, heartwarming storylines and lots of humor and banter(a personal favorite!) combine to make wonderful stories. “The Cowboy’s Forgotten Love” is just such a story. Luc’s story which is the finale of the Lazy M Ranch series was sweet finale of best friends just turning more when Luc has an accident and he loses 6 months of his memories including when Harper became more than just his best friend. Reading as everything unfolds after the accident and how Harper and Luc find their way together again was sweet and I definitely enjoyed this story. I am sorry to see this series end but I am super excited to see what Tina comes up next!
I received a copy of this book from the author and was not required to post a positive review. All thoughts are my own.
I loved The Cowboy’s Redemption! It’s a best friends to more, amnesia story that has great characters that will be familiar to readers of the Lazy M Ranch series. If this is your first visit to the ranch, don’t worry; you can read this as a standalone and still really enjoy it. When Lucas loses the last few months of his memories, it upends the relationship that Harper thought was going to turn into more than friendship. I loved watching Lucas fall in love with Harper all over again. This has lots of humorous situations; my favorite was when all of Lucas’s ex girlfriends gather for a BBQ, so he can return their casserole dishes. There are also many heartwarming moments that will make you swoon! I couldn't put it down! I highly recommend this book to all Love Inspired readers both old and new!
Really enjoyed this cozy cowboy story with light romance, plenty of humor and massive faith content. Many thanks to Harliquin publishers and the author for my arc. This is my honest review.
I'm so happy I read this book! I love amnesia stories. This is a great series about the Morgan Brothers, but they can be read as stand alone books, also. Highly recommend! 5 stars!!
With the release of The Cowboy’s Forgotten Love, we say farewell to the Morgan family and the Lazy M, which is very sad because this has been such an enjoyable series. I always enjoy a good romance series that is connected by family as you tend to see a lot of the characters in each book throughout the series, and that is certainly the case for this one. I loved seeing more of Lucas’s brothers while also getting to watch the last Morgan brother find love. Or refind love in this case! I always enjoy getting to see where life is taking characters who previously starred in their own book.
I can’t quite put my finger on the exact reason why, but I think The Cowboy’s Forgotten Love may just be my favorite one in this series (not that the others aren’t good!). This story definitely starts with a bit of drama as Harper drives past the scene of a car accident that happens to involve her best friend. The drama continues when she finds out he can’t remember the last six months, and boy has a lot happened in that time frame. I felt so bad for Harper as she had to struggle with knowing so much that Lucas did not, all while he was being a tad bit grump. I mean, I guess I get it because if I lost that many memories, I may be too. But his family and Harper were trying to help so much I just wanted to shake him and say “let them help!” Of course, he does eventually learn this lesson. I love that even without his memories not returning, he figures out who he’s been in love with all this time. I will miss this series but look forward to where Tina Radcliffe takes us next!
This is last book in the series and is such a good story. I loved reading Lucas’ and Harper’s story. I got a big thrill when Lawton, a city I’m very familiar with, was mentioned at the beginning and throughout the story. This story is about second chances, partly because Lucas has amnesia. What happens when you can’t remember six months of your life? The thought is terrifying. I love the animals, the family involvement, and catching up with the Morgan family. This is a standalone story and it’s not necessary to read the other books first. This story made me laugh and cry. Grandpa is a hoot. While I’m sad to leave Lazy M Ranch, I also leave feeling uplifted. I voluntarily read an advance copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
I love anything and everything Tina Radcliffe writes! She creates families that you totally fall in love with. The Lazy M Ranch series is one I wish could go on and on. I have loved each and every character and each and every story!
The Cowboy’s Forgotten Love contains an amnesia/best friends/Cinderella trope which I absolutely loved! The humor in the story is perfection as are the relationships between the brothers! And let me just say Gus alone is worth reading these stories. I wish I could start this series all over again for the first time!
The Cowboy’s Forgotten Love by Tina Radcliffe is the 4th and final story in the Lazy M Ranch series. It can easily be read as a standalone though. I’m so sad that this series is over and cannot wait for whatever Tina Radcliffe writes next! Bravo! All the stars!
THE COWBOY’S FORGOTTEN LOVE by Tina Radcliffe is the 4th book in the Lazy M Ranch series. It’s the fabulously written story of how the budding romance between Lucas Morgan, rodeo rider, and Harper Reilly, barrel racer, falls apart when Lucas loses all memory of the past six months due to an accident. It also abrupt ended his rodeo career. Many things have changed, but is it possible their dreams may still become a reality?
Lucas woke up in the hospital with no recollection of his truck being totaled by a huge tree or what caused him to hit it. Worse yet, he can’t remember anything about his life for the last six months. He knows Harper is his best friend, but he doesn’t remember going into business with her on the rodeo school he’d been planning. With his as usual - I can do it by myself - attitude, he had wanted do this on his own. Plus, how can he fall in love enough to buy an engagement ring and not remember who it’s for? Will he ever get his memory for that time span back?
Harper and Lucas had gotten very close since Trevor’s wedding where they shared their first kiss. So much so, Harper was sure their diner at the most romantic restaurant around might lead to some life altering decision. One she already knows she will say yes to! But now, Lucas is back to thinking of her as his best friend. Under doctor orders to keep him stress free, she can’t tell him about their being a “couple”. Right now, it has to be enough to slowly work him in to agreeing to work together on the rodeo school. It’s something that is as dear to her heart as it is his. Even though he doesn’t know it, she even put the land she inherited from her grandmother up for collateral on their loan - didn’t she? Will she ever be more than Lucas best friend?
THE COWBOY’S FORGOTTEN LOVE gives us readers the fabulous opportunity to visit the Lazy M Ranch again. It’s where the characters have become friends, the interactions feel right and the emotions are true. In other words, it feels like home. Don’t worry if you haven’t read the other stories in the series because newcomers are always warmly welcomed and you’ll fit right in at the Morgan Ranch. Tina Radcliffe gives us a story of family, commitment, recovery, hope, the courage to dream and sweet romance while wrapping it all seamlessly in a thread of faith that lifts the spirit and gives one hope for a happily ever after. THE COWBOY’S FORGOTTEN LOVE is absolutely FIVE STAR reading – only because that’s as high as the scale goes. I highly recommend it to anyone that loves a wonderful, clean romance with bumps and hurdles to overcome (meaning it’s true to real life) that keeps you turning pages and then has you slowing down because you hate to see the words “the end”.
I receive an ARC of this book with no requirement or expectations of a review. All opinions are completely my own. #TheCowboysForgottenLove #LazyMRanch #TinaRadcliffe #LoveInspired #InspirationalRomance
The Cowboy's Forgotten Love by Tina Radcliffe is book #4 in her amazing Lazy M Ranch series. Lucas Morgan is the last Morgan boy left to settle down. The rest of his 3 brothers have married and made a name for theirselves. Luc is considering retirement from the rodeo circuit and he has an idea to help establish himself. One night he gets into an accident and loses his recent memory. He can't remember anything from the last 6 months. His best friend Harper Reilly is there to help him heal while he tries to regain his lost memories. She doesn't want to stress him out and tell him that they shared a kiss and were starting a business together. All Lucas knows is he has a ring and he doesn't remember who it's intended was. I loved this story so much. As soon as I read the synopsis I knew it was going to be amazing. Can you imagine losing your memory and finding an engagement ring, but not knowing who you planned to ask to marry? I was intrigued. I loved reading about Lucas, Harper, and all the other Morgans. I'm sad the series is ending, but happy that I got to know the brothers of the Lazy M Ranch. Every book I would think oh this is my favorite one and then I'd read the next. You do not have to read the other books to follow the story, but I think you'd be missing out on the gem of the Lazy M. This story is funny and has all the feels. I cried tears at the end which was an epilogue. My favorite part of any story. It was a great captivating read. I was given a copy, but all opinions are my very own.
I love this entire series and I don't want it to end, but sadly it is the last book. On a positive note this series ends with an amazing story of the last Morgan sibling, Lucas. He is the one sibling who is always on the road doing saddle bronc riding in rodeos. His best friend, Harper who does barrel racing, has always looked up to Lucas and is hoping that their friendship will turn into something more. Then there is an accident that causes Lucas to forget the last six months of his life. Since he has always been on the go, he doesn't know what to do while he is healing and even makes a joke about taking up basket weaving. He struggles to remember especially after he finds an engagement ring in his things. Since he doesn't know who it is for, he decides to throw a party for the people who has sent well wishes and food, mostly from women. For me this was one of my favorite parts of the book. Halfway through the book I wanted to shake the memories back into his brain. If my memory serves me right, this is the first book that I actually skipped to the last chapter to see how it ends. Then I went back to read from where I left off. You don't want to miss this book! I received a complimentary copy of this book but was not required to leave a review. All opinions expressed are my thoughts of the book.
It was such a treat to travel once again to the Lazy M Ranch in Homestead Pass, Oklahoma for the final Morgan family story. Tina Radcliffe has penned another charming tale which features Lucas Morgan and his best friend, Harper Reilly, who have been busy traveling and competing in rodeos. They’ve also planned to open a rodeo school together, but as the story begins, Lucas has forgotten the last six months of his life due to a head injury he received in an accident. Unfortunately, he also has forgotten that their relationship had moved on from best friends to more, which causes quite a bit of confusion and turmoil in the situation.
Radcliffe is a pro at creating engaging, realistic, and endearing characters and plopping them down in a small-town setting, then wrapping a delicious story around them. She’s also a master at writing sparkling, humorous banter between the characters that keeps the reader entertained and turning pages. If you enjoy clean and wholesome contemporary romance, I recommend this book and author. It can be read as a stand alone story, but the whole series is fantastic and fun. I loved seeing characters from the other books pop up in this one. 4.5 stars
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy. All opinions are my own.
Author Tina Radcliffe has a knack for creating great characters, beautiful settings, and realistic plot twists that often mirror what we've experienced ourselves. Life isn't always perfect, humor can help to cushion the bumps, and faith and trust are the keys to overcoming it all! The Cowboy's Forgotten Love has all of this, and I loved the many emotions triggered by this moving story. I agonized with Harper when she realized that Luc's amnesia signaled a step backward in their relationship and I worried that he might never remember all that had been lost!
I have mixed emotions about this last book in the Lazy M Ranch series. The friends-to-more story is captivating but I hate saying goodbye to this amazing family! If you're looking for a sweet contemporary romance filled with faith, family, and friends, grab a copy of The Cowboy's Forgotten Love. You'll find yourself falling in love with the Lazy M Ranch, the Morgan family, and one of the best cooks in Oklahoma! You'll also have the chance to grab some of the recipes that Bess Lowder has used in feeding this family during this four-book series!
I received a complimentary copy from the publisher. There was no obligation for a positive review.
The Cowboy's Forgotten Love is wonderful! I especially loved the Cinderella twist that author Tina Radcliffe threw in. It fits perfectly in the story and adds some intrigue as the prince, Luc, searches for his princess. It was fantastic!
I also loved the amnesia twist. The author's descriptions of Luc's frustrations that he endured due to his memory loss had my heart going out to him completely. And Harper was great! Her caring attitude and devotion to Luc were endearing but, at times, heartwrenching. The other characters added much to Luc and Harper's story, especially with the strong family bonds, which added laughs and good advice into the mix. This story of love, second chances, healing, and faith should not be missed. It's simply that good.
Book Quote: "Isn't that why it's called faith? Someday, I trust we can ask Him all those questions. In the meantime, faith and trust go hand in hand."
Gramps chuckled. "Remember, when in doubt, close your mouth." He ran a hand over his chin. " I've never found that to be particularly useful for myself, but who knows? It might save your bacon."
I can’t imagine how difficult it would be to have your dreams shattered in a moment of time. But, that is exactly what happened to Harper Reilly as her longtime crush, Lucas Morgan, is involved in an accident and cannot remember the last six months of his life. Those six months where everything had changed with Lucas and Harper and a budding romance had occurred and a training center was being proposed. I think Harper was incredibly patient and had more wisdom in staying quiet to let Lucas figure out what he wanted to do. Plus, also give the chance for their love to be revived and strengthened. Harper didn’t let fear take over but trusted God to help both of them on this journey. I loved the second chance at love story.
Readers of all ages will enjoy the Lazy M Ranch series, and each of them can be read as a standalone, including this book. If you enjoy strong families, faith, and clean romance, you will love this book.
I received a complimentary copy of the book. A positive review was not required.
Welcome to the final installment on the Lazy M Ranch! I hate for the series to end because I love these Morgan cowboys! Lucas has made plans to begin a business venture and love adventure with Harper, but all of that is lost when he loses his memory in an accident. What should be an amazing time in their lives turns into heartache and frustration. Lucas can't figure out why he's getting boxes and boxes of business supplies; add to that a diamond ring in his rodeo bag! Confusion reigns supreme as he struggles to regain his memory and keep his best friend. Will their friendship survive the struggle? Can Lucas fill in the missing gaps before it's too late?
The characters are so beautiful and so real. The setting is pure perfection. And by golly, Grandpa is just the best!
I highly recommend this story to anyone who loves contemporary Christian fiction and a wonderful HEA! I received an early copy from the author; however, my review is my own and done of my own volition.
THE COWBOY’S FORGOTTEN LOVE BY TINA RADCLIFFE ⭐⭐⭐⭐STARS
QUOTE: "Isn't that why it's called faith? Someday, I trust we can ask Him all those questions. In the meantime, faith and trust go hand in hand."- Luc Morgan
DESCRIPTION: Luc Morgan has it all; A good Rodeo career, a developing training center, and an engagement ring for the love of his life, his best friend Harper. Until he doesn’t. When Harper discovers Luc not only was in an accident but has amnesia it is up to her and his family to help him recover physically and mentally. But when she sees him struggling to accept the decisions he made in the past she begins to wonder if the Luc she had fallen in love with is still there. Or should she call it quits and close this chapter in her life even if it means loosing him? Will Luc recover his memories in time or will he let his stubbornness get the best of him??
I enjoyed my last trip to the Lazy M Ranch to get to know Luc and Harper. While The Cowboys Forgotten Love is part of author Tina Radcliffe's Lazy M Ranch series, it can be read as a standalone. I do recommend the whole series read in whatever order works for you. In The Cowboy's Forgotten Love, Harper finds Luc after an accident that leaves him with amnesia. She cannot remind her best friend of their love or new business plans. I liked how this situation was handled as it felt like it could happen in real life. The characters were great and like the scenes well described. It was so easy to picture everything in my imagination. I received an advance copy of the e-book from the author. I also received a paperback from a friend who thought I would like the book as much as she did. All opinions are my own.
Loved Lucas and Harper's story!!! What a great ending to this series!! Harper and Lucas have been best friends for years, and just when they both think they're going to be crossing the line to become more, Lucas is in an accident and loses six months worth of memories. He remembers everything except the last six months, everything that happened before them, what happens after them, though now he doesn't understand some of the decisions he made during those six months. He asks Harper to help him with those missing months, but she's not sure how she can tell him about a kiss they shared or the feelings between them. I love how things work out, and how Lucas finds that he doesn't have to do everything on his own. His family wants to help him, just like Harper, if Lucas can only let go and let them in. Love how he does!!!
What a wonderful book! This is #4 and the last book in the Lazy M Ranch series. The Morgan boys have all captured my heart. This book is about Lucas- an accident causes him to lose his memory, including some with his best friend Harper. Harper has been waiting for the chance to be more than friends, but this amnesia is making that difficult. Lucas even finds an engagement ring and has no idea who it was for. I loved revisiting characters from the previous books (Lucas's brothers and grandpa). I am so sad for this series to end, but this book was such a great ending to the series.
I have been anxiously waiting for the story to come out, and it did not disappoint!
Harper and Luc are best friends who finally admitted that they want more. Unfortunately, Luc was in an accident and lost all his memories. He realizes that he made a ton of decisions that he doesn't remember. Harper misses her best friend and wonders what the future holds for them. Will he ever remember proclaiming his love for her? The story was all fun read and I read it all in one sitting. I highly recommend.
This book really is special and a gift to anyone who reads it! This story is incredibly captivating and very intelligently written. You will fall in love with it, I promise. I cheered for the characters and other times I was upset with them, but they took a place in my heart without doubt. If you’re looking for an amazing book to lose yourself in, this is it! Once you start reading, you will not put it down.
