4.5 stars.
Ok. This was a older woman/younger men age gap, that I actually really enjoyed. Usually I stay away because I’m just not a fan of how the trope plays out.
But this didn’t have any of the things I hate.
lol So that was fun.

Plus, the spice was delicious.
I absolutely hated the conflict, but damn was the groveling good.
And the side characters were all hilarious and just made everything better.

I'm sorry but what the hell????
I actually liked the first part of the book but the author did a bad/sh*t Job at the groveling part.I mean that literally ruined the whole book for me. Someone please let me understand how you forgive Someone who called you a vile and a monster when the fmc was literally assaulted. I mean there's a thing called gut, brain etc.
If you are in love with a person and have spent enough time with them why can't you fcking trust them. But the "boys" here are so dumb that no she is a monster and a vile person even when you spent literally 24/7 glued to her.Ok let's overlook the dad's part he's the dad he gets the Dib on the trust vote first. But I am so disappointed in the fmc you cannot forgive some "boys" so easily after they basically humiliated you infront of everyone, made you unemployed even after knowing you had a daughter to feed and basically called you a vile and a monster atleast respect the love you felt. Humiliating her at the first chance the mama's boy Gets.I know I sound bitter CAUSE I AM.GAVE THE two stars cause the built was nice but just Someone tell me what the writer thought I mean forgiveness is all good but you have to know who you should forgive. Thought the book was gonna be good .Ahhh disappointed as hell

good main character and plot

I liked this book and would give it a 3.5. I think some of Bloom’s books are better. The piece that caught me was the falling out. All three guys were terrible to Sophie, like really awful, especially Noah. I don’t think that Sophie should’ve gotten back either them so soon. I almost wish we had flashed to the future and they had to grovel more and really see the damage they’d done before she went back to them. I loved Lily and Ava and the side characters. Gerald was awful and gave me the ick, too, so that was well done. But truly they were forgiven too soon.

I shockingly loved this book. I'm not usually one for the older woman / younger man dynamic.

What took me out of the story and lost a star is that there was not ONE MENTION OF LUBE! She has anal for the first time..no lube mentioned. She has anal for the second time...no lube... so on and so forth.
You could say maybe people just assume you know they used lube but then he goes from the back to the FRONT! You don't DO THAT. That's how you get an infection.

"Well, it was just the tip Melissa...not a big deal" ok..sure..whatever.. but then they get all randy again and full frontal activities happen and he never ONCE washed his dick during that break they took.

I would have put the star back if in the next chapter she went to the doctor for a yeast infection and then yelled at her men about proper hygiene.

Still a fun read though..and more character development than I expected.

I really liked this book. In some ways it felt very relatable with the FMC being a single mom just doing her best to take care of her family. Then she has this sleazy boss that keeps blocking her promotions since she wont show any romantic interest in him.

Our FMC who is a single mom gets dragged out by her hilarious BFF for a night out. Naturally she meets three hot as brothers and spends the night with them. The morning after will have you lol when there is company in the apt when she gets up to make her walk of shame. The following week who are her new interns and her sleazy bosses adult sons- her three one night stands of course!

This story has ups and downs, spice, humor and a HEA.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

My Boss's Sons, by Rebel Bloom @rebelbloomauthor. First off, I am a huge fan of Rebel’s & this book was no different!

This was fantastic. I could not put it down! I loved Sophia with Noah, Ethan & Alex. And how they loved her, groveled after a huge mess up on their side, & cared for/loved her daughter. If you like Rh, this is for you!

Good, but there's a big grain of salt

I loved 90% of the book. Right up until the absolute brutal betrayal. I just don't think there's a way to come back from that. I don't even think the guys even really apologized for it, not in as loud of a way as the disrespect was dealt. And Mary was just as much a part of the problem as Gerald since she knew what was going on and kept quiet until it involved her son's. Bossing up at that point just felt ick adjacent. Everyone else being team Noah, Alex and either because of the apology via gifts irked me also.

I know it sounds like I'm not recommending the book, but I do. The above critique is just a glaring grain of salt that has to be taken into account once you get there.

Just like almost everyone, I also enjoyed this book till the betrayal.

There's a lot to unpack, that I don't think I'd get to all of the problems I had with this book in particular but i'll try.

Since my blood started boiling and my eyes started going to the back of my head from rolling it so much during the whole "three idiot boys segment (mostly Noah, but the other two are still as bad for doing nothing)", i'll just focus on whining about my issues during those parts and the aftermath..

First of all, I am a person who's always the devil's advocate for people messing up, because I have had a lot of mess ups as a teenager and in my early twenties, so I can empathize quite a lot.

The first time Noah messed up, aka asking Sophia what was wrong, when she looked so distraught and ill after their father had just assaulted her sexually and physically, but then never actually hearing her out all because she mentioned his father and started making up excuses for him and gaslighting her and himself that she's wrong. I was furious then, but I tried to understand. If I was manipulated into thinking a loved one that I look up to is an angel despite being the devil, maybe I'd be just as hurt to have other people thinking badly about them. Maybe. Although it's already such a big fuck up because they didn't ACTUALLY listen to her while they were prying about what had happened. The moment she mentioned anything about being sexually harassed, they should've shut the fuck up and let her finish. It's already so hard for victims to speak up, especially knowing how powerful their abuser is. But yeah, I just tried to calm myself down thinking they (especially Noah) would realize their grave mistake soon after that. I could have gotten past that if he apologized after that scene and realized he'd just taken away her trust right then and how he majorly fucked up.

But no, I had no idea it was about to get extremely worse to the point of no return. They continued to fuck up in a way that only if one of them dies trying to save the heroine of if they waited for years continually apologizing and wooing her, would be the only way for them to be worthy of forgiveness. Not so much a second chance though. They have to do a lot more than that. So the fact that they didn't have to do any of that, just killed the book for me (and for a lot of the other readers as far as I can see) and the list of things that happened during and after, tsk, there was zero hope.

I hate that they didn't acknowledge how much they just obliterated her fucking trust after finding out that she was in fact telling the truth. They were so fixated on their father, thinking that getting rid of him would fix everything but that's not how real life works. They fixed their father who is a problem on it's own. They didn't fix Sophia's broken trust and self worth. Trust is fucking precious and severely fragile. She has been cheated on before, propositioned and harassed by her boss for five to three years, and then these boys just brutalized her trust, her self worth, AND her source of income knowing she had a kid and a sister depending on her. Her trust issues should've been immeasurable after what these guys did.

Their apology was just a few "sorrys", "I fucked up" and "i'll fix it". They should've been crying their eyes out. They didn't just stand her up on a date without telling her a reason. It's not an "oops babe, I fucked up so bad, it'll never happen again I promise" kind of fuck up.

They fucking treated her like a criminal, humiliated her, stomped on her dignity, taken her source of income from her and DIDN'T EVEN CONSIDER WHAT SHE SAID WHEN SHE FINALLY CONFESSED IN FRONT OF A BUNCH OF PEOPLE THAT THE FATHER SEXUALLY AND PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED HER AFTER SHE KEPT IT A SECRET TO PROTECT THEM FROM THE PAIN OF KNOWING THEIR FATHER IS A MONSTER. ALL BECAUSE SHE WAS FORCED TO PROTECT HERSELF AFTER THEY AMBUSHED HER WITH ALL THESE SEVERELY DAMAGING ACCUSATIONS WITHOUT ANY WARNING AND UNDER FALSE PRETENSES, THEY TRAPPED HER, LIKE SHE DIDN'T EVEN MATTER AT ALL AND SHE DOESN'T DESERVE ANY OF HER HUMAN RIGHTS.

I never heard them talk to her about how wrong what they did was after finding out the truth and how they're as bad as their father for letting all of that happen. I wanted them to verbally put to words what they did, and actually learn and grow. The internalized monologue doesn't even acknowledge any of these things. They didn't acknowledge that they had a chance to do things right the night after the attack happened. Sophia was about to tell them that night, but Noah took her voice from her, and Alex and Ethan let him. They were frustrated with him that he keeps interrupting and forming scenarios from nothing since he wasn't the one that was there, sure, but they never did anything to actually shut him up to let her talk. After Noah showed her how much he doesn't have her back though, they all didn't, it was already too late. She knew they'd pick their father no matter what, and they did.

I was mad. Noah was supposedly the smartest of them all, business wise. A few "documented" emails that could easily be fabricated and a "documented" coming and goings of a person in the boss's office which could also be easily fabricated is enough proof for him (which that log doesn't even prove anything at all, it wouldn't be able to show what happens inside the office)?? The brothers were always with her in her office, training, and a lot of the times at her home hanging out with her family. Noah didn't think even once about how she would be able to find a time to scheme something that big and commit so much crimes without them noticing anything?? He didn't even feel the need to have a conversation with her about the allegations, or hear her out. He was CONVINCED by those "proof" and started doing a 180 and spewing so much hate against her. Which to me shows he didn't respect her in the first place. I know he's in defensive mode about his beloved dad, but he's supposedly "smart". He's not a teenage boy to be acting this stupid over something this gravely serious concerning the woman he "cares" about. They supposedly graduated with degrees and has all these worldly experiences from travelling around the world, but they apparently have the mentality of little boys who knows nothing in life. Not one mention of double checking anything. Getting MORE evidence. Fact checking the provided "evidences". GETTING HER SIDE OF THE STORY AND FACT CHECKING THAT.
They didn't even at the very least ask their dad when the "tryst" with their dad happened, because he implied that it was just one time. He heavily implied she ambushed him to fuck him. 🤢 If they'd AT LEAST ask that they could figure out a time frame and think about where she was during that time, since they're always with her they would've figured out right then that their father was full of shit and is a fucking pig psycho. But on second thought, I just realized they'll probably still find a way to excuse their dad and think that it was all a misunderstanding and not something serious. Not a big deal....

Which leads me to the issue with both Ethan and Noah not seeing the abuse their father is doing to Alex right in front of them. Their father neglects, insults and belittles him in front of them and they don't notice at all. They never stand up for him. Also a reason why they're stupid and not deserving of a second chance. And the fact that they didn't acknowledge the abuse their little brother endured for being their half brother from one of the handful of affairs their dad had done and the favoritism at all even after everything was found out, turned me off so much.

I was cheering Sophia on as she rejected the guys and turned them away after they found out that they were stupid assholes with the IQ of a peanut combined. I was hella annoyed at Ava for pushing her to forgive them after just a few days or weeks of sending gifts that doesn't mean anything at all. Sophia even acknowledged the fact that it seems like they're just BUYING her forgiveness, therefore buying HER. The grovelling is all just so meaningless, surface level and soulless that it seems like it's a joke, but it's not, and there's nothing remotely funny about it.

The things their father did to her, and how THEY treated her, the things Noah said about her behind her back and to her face.....

The way they'd ambushed her and humiliated her by letting her walk in that office so they could all gang up on her without warning. With what they had and assuming they genuinely cared about her, they should've at least let her get a lawyer to be by her side to face all of them, since what they're saying are some serious allegations against her. But no, they let her go through all of that alone. They lied to her to corner her, she thought she was just coming in for a meeting. Even after she showed so much confusion the whole time, adamant on not knowing what they're talking about and ACTUALLY TELLING THEM ABOUT BEING ASSAULTED, Noah still took more of her voice and trust and pulverized it, as well as my empathy and second chance pass. Called her "vile", with so much hate in his eyes. Yeah, no for me. Turned the fuck off to the point of zero return.

Then there was the mom. She knew a lot of things about her husband, but she didn't once ever think that Sophia could be the victim. She knew he'd never confessed every time he cheated, and she knew it was weird that he did so now when it's Sophia, but she was still willing to trust the man who've lied to her their whole marriage. Which on her part, again I don't like it, and I wouldn't do things like she would, but there are actual women like that in the real world, blinded by love for a husband and her children, and I don't want to take part on villainizing them much more than they already are in the real world, instead of their abuser. So even though I hate I try to empathize.

My problem with her though, is that after finding out the truth she keeps on saying that "her boys are not the wrong one" lol. She maintains that her boys are wronged too therefore they are not wrong. Like what?? Are these boys ten year olds, ma'am? They don't have a brain to think for themselves? They are fucking adults, ma'am!

Then, after she's done her part in ruining Sophia's life by egging her son on that they all don't really know her well, that she was probably running from her the first time they met because she's a good judge of character and Sophia must be a bad one to run away from her (even though Sophia was running from the mortification of being caught by the mother of her one night stands the morning after, and being chased by said mother through the building and in the street talking about relationships, babies and sex, yeah sure, she didn't have any other reason at all other than she was a bad person yup 🖕). Also a good judge of character? Have you met your husband? Too deluded.

Then there's the mother's entire demeanor and how she said some things after kicking her husband out of the company. She was all giddy and acting all silly about her sons getting Sophia back. (Also she didn't feel the need to reach out to Sophia to apologize or anything at all, she wasn't remorseful for her part in the whole situation) She was so excited helping her teenage boys plan out ways to ask their girlfriend to the prom or something wholesome like that. Like what they all did was just an oopsie doopsie. "Oh oopsie! Sowwy! Let's forget about me ruining your whole life, accusing you of being a criminal and showing you how much you can't trust us at the end of the day, because we don't believe in fact checking anything ourselves and we don't trust you at all to believe a word you're saying and we don't respect you enough to hear you out for even a second to let you talk, but we're sowwy, 😚fowgive us pwease?" "Nevermind the fact that we never once thought about your daughter even in passing who has become close to us and surely has nothing to do with the things we're accusing you of, we just decided to forget that she existed at all! 😄 But now that we want back in you, we can acknowledge her again, start acting like her friend and buy her affection and vote, yay! 🥳🤡"
Like it was written as part of the comedy and is supposed to make us giggle from the silliness of the comic relief, but I am NOT feeling any relief. My eyebrows are still scrunched so hard it hurt.

Nevermind that they forgot instantly the amount of people that they heard has spoken nothing but great things about Sophia, and would most definitely vouch for her. Yeah forget them, they don't matter. Only papa does and a few doctored documents. 👍

THEN the way Sophia gave in in so little amount of time.

She forgave them after she went mad that they made a show of posting in Alex's (one of the three idiots) social media of a video of the three of them showing off tattooing her name over their hearts. Am I supposed to fucking swoon? What the fuck? It doesn't fucking prove anything! It doesn't prove that they deserve to be trusted again. It doesn't show remorse. It just shows how dumb they are that they can't think of anything else to show their devotion. It's such an empty gesture to me when we think about what they ACTUALLY did. If the conflict was about another woman and their loyalty was the thing that's being questioned, branding and marking themselves and announcing that they belong to her to the whole world online would've worked. But that's not what they did. No amount of tattoos should've fixed their fuck up. The whole time, I was like "And? So they tattooed her name, what does that have to do with anything? Wait? That was it? That was the grandest gesture they could think of? Wait that's it? No no no nononononono..... Oh they're forgiven. Fuck this".

A few more empty sorrys with no self reflection speech or acknowledgement of important details about everything that happened, she gave in. A few flat self pitying "sorry"s and "I missed you"s, "I'VE been miserable", she was putty in their hands again. I just about threw my phone across the room, but it's not my phone's fault, and I'm an adult, so I reined it in.

THEN THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO "PUNISH" HER AND BLAME HER FOR TAKING HER TIME FORGIVING THEM AND BEING FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!! They were only half serious, but even if they were FULLY joking, what the fuck??
Tell me you don't actually realize the gravity of what you just did without telling me. It's not fucking sexy! I was so disgusted the whole time, I just read the dialogue parts to watch out for more victim blaming and then victimizing themselves from her making them work for their forgiveness like she was wrong for having some self respect and dignity. By the end of that I just gave up.

Anyway, I like Rebel Bloom's other books.
But I HAVE noticed that writing grovelling is not her strongest suit. Which I personally think is a bit of a problem since all her books have third act break-ups all the time and the guys always mess up. (which some people don't like that, but I'm actually a sucker for that, especially when done right) It always doesn't feel earned enough at the end when they all get back together, but I can still look past that and enjoy the books for what they are. But the difference to me in this one is that the conflict is much much more heavier and way more damaging than in the previous books. AGAIN... The words that was said about her, the crimes that was accused of her without giving her the chance to tell her side, AND most importantly, the way they didn't feel the need to look into HER alleging about being sexually assaulted. They automatically flat out thought she was lying. Even if she COULD be lying, you should always still look into it, no matter what. And the fact that they claimed to care about her but didn't give her enough of a reasonable doubt, which she wholely deserved no matter their relationship prior, to even try to investigate that new information out, sealed the deal for me in this one. You just don't get to come back from that with just a few "I fucked up, I'm sorry" and expect the readers to cheer for the heroine to fall at their feet again. AGAIN... I would've preferred for years to pass with them still wooing her and just trying to be her friend to earn her trust back. But nope, a few days, a few bribes, manupilating her child, then some tattoos, it's all good. 👍 And also she's the one that's wrong for not forgiving them right away. Yup, that's right. That's how we want it. 😬👌

The side characters and the male leads are all adamant in gaslighting her into forgiving them not at her own pace or her own terms, but right away! Again, like what the brothers did was something so simple that it was just no big deal at all. She HAS to forgive them now that they're not looking at her like she's fucking shit on their shoes, or else she's a bitch. It's just so fucking icky and disgusting, I hate it so much.

Sorry for the rant. Usually I just read reviews after reading something bad to thumbs up the ones I agree with who'd already voiced my own opinions in their reviews, but I didn't see anyone pointing these out, and I was still hurt by this so I felt the need to vent. I think this will have a lot of errors and mistakes, since I wrote this in one sitting after staying up till the sun went up. Sorry I kept going off on tangents. I'm done now, thanks for reading if you've read this far. Have a great decade!

Edited to fix mistakes and add a little more...
Sophia is also supposedly a "smart" character. Everyone keeps mentioning how smart she is all the time, including herself. That's why it's a little frustrating to read about her not caring to find ways to stop any of it from happening. (I know this is still victim blaming, but hear me out)
I am not saying it's her fault, I am just finding it hard to believe that a smart person like her has let this harassment go on for three years without even trying to find a way to solve it. She KNOWS a women's rights lawyer! But she never even once tried to reach out to talk to her. She had the means to get solutions to her problem that has been going on for YEARS! She was waiting for more concrete evidence to go to HR (AS IF THEY WOULD FUCKING DO ANYTHING).
People who are graped still don't have concrete evidence unless they go to the police to get the DNA tested right away, it's STILL your word against your grapist if you don't. What kind of concrete evidence was she waiting for? THEN, the fact that the boss mentioned that he put cameras EVERYWHERE didn't even register to her as a way to finally end it all. I get that she couldn't have thought about it right that instant but she NEVER once thought about it again after that.

I’m so conflicted on the grovelling… like if someone didn’t believe you about being sexually assaulted, how do you come back from that? but also they met her two weeks ago (wow my sense of timeline is always so off, I did not expect it to be only two weeks) while their dad has been in their life forever so yea difficult situation…

Age-gap single mom RH… corporate corruption… why not

Rebel Bloom is fast becoming one of my favourite writers. I’ve read a lot of her stuff over the last couple of weeks and each story has touched me in some way.

My Boss’s Sons is definitely no exception. In fact, this story had me quite literally tearing up at so many points. What Rebel is able to do is make each character in her reverse harem tales so individual whilst making them feel like a complete unit. You can’t love one without the others. That really helps in making the whole reverse harem relationship more believable and understandable. Why choose, indeed?

In this story we meet hard-working businesswoman, Sophia who is trapped in a misogynistic company run by a perverted chauvinist who thinks women are only good for one thing. After being overlooked for promotion for years she’s on the verge of breaking her silence until she inadvertently meets Alex, Noah and Ethan.

A passionate night in the arms of all three brothers opens her eyes to a whole new wild side of her that she didn’t know existed. But when she walks into work only days later to be confronted with the same three brothers and their dad - her handsy overstepping boss - she worries that staying a professional distance from their dreamy bodies is going to impossible. Made even harder when their father insists on all three of them interning in her office.

Cue a whole heap of office furniture hook ups and locked room fumbles. Everything is going perfectly. They even love being around her young daughter, only adding to the need to make sure their little rendezvous’s aren’t discovered.

But perfection is so easily tarnished and all it will take is for daddy dearest to make a wrong move and everything could be ruined. But just how far is their father willing to go to get what he wants? And how much, and who, will his sons believe?

Brilliant story. Really enjoyed it and it really had me gripped. Loved each of these characters so much, but Alex and Ethan really stole my heart. They are all gorgeous and hot-as-heck, so there’s no competition there, but they are all different in their ways.

Alex because he’s the one whose heart has already been torn apart and yet he still manages to love Sophia so fiercely. He may look like the hardest and toughest of the brothers, but he’s probably the softest underneath. Ethan is just so laid back and caring through and through that he’s the easiest to love. I did love Noah too, but his pigheadedness where his father is concerned made me disappointed in him a little. He does redeem himself though.

I also liked the side characters too, especially when they stand up so strongly for Sophia and make the boys look more closely at the situation and their true feelings.

Fantastic story. Well written and easy to read and identify with. Engaging and immersive. Loved it. Onto the next!

I didn’t realize that the book was older woman and younger men. That really isn’t my type of book, but this book was good.

The drama held my attention more than the age gap did.

Sophia’s been at her job for 5 years and she keeps getting past over for promotions year after year all because the CEO is a creep who wants special favors. Upset about losing another promotion she heads to the bar with her best friend.

Enter the brothers, twins Noah and Ethan, and little brother Alex. They’re 11 and 12 years younger than Sophia, just fyi.

The guys are charming and give her a great night of hot sex. Only thing is she wakes up to a door closing. This leads her to wonder who else is in the house. As she’s dressing she runs into the guys mom. She’s mortified and literally runs away at the end of their convo.

Next day, the guys are introduced to her as her boss’s sons and ooh yeah she’s got to train them on her role within the company.

The guys are persistent and they get together. The thing is their dads a creep and he keeps harassing her. He even tells her that every rooms got cameras and he jerked off to watching Ethan fuck her. Yeah, he’s pretty sick! Barf*

Daddy evil sets things in motion to fire her, frame her, and even make the guys think that he slept with her. Sophia loses everything.

Thankfully her bad ass sister storms their house and sets the guys straight. It wasn’t enough to get them moving but then their mom shares what she knows, it was all a cruel lie created by their dad.

After this the guys work hard to repair all that Sophia’s lost. Their mom becomes CEO and creepy daddy is cast out of the company and family.

MY RATING SYSTEM

5* An AMAZING book that got me feeling ALLTHEFEELS, especially makes me laugh. It’s always something that I’ll think about for DAYS (and in a couple of instances…WEEKS 😭). Very well written, with zero or barely there repetitive scenes/monologues. Epic dialogue that kept me hooked.

4* A pretty damn excellent book that kept me reaching for it. ALMOST as good as a 5* but it had me missing some feels/just didn’t hit like a 5*. This is usually my max rating. Usually has pretty good dialogue that keeps it engaging/hooked. Maybe a tiny bit of repetitiveness, but not enough to make me gouge my eyes out.

3* is a solid read but little things here and there that were just meh and could have been better. Still a “good” rating in my eyes. Some repetitiveness, and not as well written, but still enjoyable to read. Doesn't have as much engaging dialogue as other reads, but not a tome of monologue either to put me to sleep.

2* have a lot more issues that are harder to ignore and makes me usually not read any further books if it’s a series. These are the ones I can go into depth on reviews sometimes because SO much irks me about them. Too much repetition, barely any good or fun dialogue...just blocks of mental thoughts and/or not much else plot-wise. Very little meat to the story/or there is no story at all and it's all just ugh.

1* I just couldn’t believe I wasted my time on a book that clearly the author had zero care about themselves. It’s just pure trash (which I hate to say about someone’s work, but it was clearly not written with any care at all).

I love Rebel’s books, and I’m keeping in mind that my mental space is very much in a ‘fuck the world’ zone right now. But there were things that did not sit right with me in this one…

Mostly the part where they tore her to shreds and it felt a little too easy to forgive them. That there didn’t seem to be a big enough consequence to the father. It was all too easy. Like stripping him of his title and money solved all their problems.

But it’s 300ish page book. I don’t expect everything to be tied up perfectly.

I do kinda which the sex stuff was more… clean?? Look, there was no mention of lube, one dude went from her back-door to her front, and when she squirted each time they just crawled into the (I imagine) wet bed… really pulled me out of it.

Despite all that, I still really enjoyed it. I do love Rebel’s books, and I recommend them to anyone who loves a good contemporary or sports reverse harem romance. This one is no different. I still recommend and enjoyed!!

Trope(s): Romance. Contemporary. Forced proximity. Reverse harem. Single parent. Millionaire-billionaire. Workplace. One night stand.

Trigger Warnings: Angst. Workplace bullying. Sexual harassment. Third act breakup.

My Boss's Sons is a steamy, instalust, instalove, reverse age-gap, reverse harem, single mom gets her 3 hotties romance. Sophia is a smart and sassy single mom who keeps getting glossed over for deserved promotions because she is rejecting her sleazy boss's advances. When she goes out for a night of fun with her bestie, it ends with some seriously sexy time with three hotties. However, she is later surprised to find out they are her boss's 3 sons that she will need to train...whoops. The book is filled with a lot of steam and hilarious moments. I loved Sophia with Noah, Ethan & Alex. I thought they were super sexy and swoon-worthy until the incident. Then they really pissed me off, and I wasn't sure that I could forgive them. They did grovel, I think they could have done more, but they were also fantastic with her daughter, so I forgave them...kinda. The chemistry between the 4 was hot 🔥 hot 🔥 hot 🔥 and after the drama, we do get a happy ending. Rebel is great at reverse harem / why choose romances!.

Caught in a steamy office scandal with not one, but three younger men—all of them my boss's sons? Check. This contemporary romance is page-turning with exceptional world-building and characters that are realistic and captivating. Their journey is enthralling with the boss's sons, a revers harem romance that is sizzling with explicit passion, lust, desire, and spice with all the feelings to leave readers breathless, romantic comedy, an age-gap romance, office romance, boss advances, no cheating, no cliffhangers, happily ever after, explosive chemistry, climbing the corporate ladder, drama, action, adventure, and more. I recommend reading this book by an extraordinary author who knows how to captivate her readers' hearts and attention with my boss's sons and explicit romance that will transport readers into oblivion in this exhilarating roller coaster ride that is wild and unforgettable.

Sophia is a powerhouse at home and work, just not in love until her bff, Jack, spins her into the arms of 3 gorgeous men. Noah, Ethan, and Alex are younger than her, but she deserves every look, every touch, and every feeling that’s possible. The chemistry between them is incredibly strong, dirty beyond words, and utterly beautiful.

I love Rebel Bloom’s stories! They feature strong women, wit and humor, real world struggles like sexual harassment, and sexy attractive men who love to share their woman. Sophia’s RH is one of my favorites: her daughter is a firecracker, her sister is fiesty, and crazy neighbors that add to her daily life and so much fun! I loved the way Sophia handled difficult situations and the support she had from family and friends.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Sophia, Noah, Ethan, & Alex. Sophia has just about had it with the old boys club where she works. There is a part of her that wants to go but she has put so much time into her job she hates to let it go. When her best friend tells her he is taking her out for drinks to get her mind off the promotion that never happened she doesn't know who she will run into. Noah, Ethan, & Alex agree to meet at a local bar just to blow off some steam. Little did they know they would meet a woman they all want to take home. Can they all find a HEA or will there be more against them then they could even think of?

Another hit out of the park by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

jumping for joy

Another one bites the dust. Oh my goodness was this book ever good. I had all the feels. It was absolutely amazing. I laughed, I cried and I felt such emotion when reading. It was phenomenal, everything about it: the storyline, the character development. Most importantly the really strong, independent, fierce woman, trying to fight for her right to be in the business world and be taken seriously, even though she’s already proven herself so many times. Add to the fact that she has this amazing reverse harem that adores her. It was delicious!

Obviously with a rebel bloom book there’s going to be drama, there’s gonna be a little bit of angst, and I just adored every single second of it. I read the entire thing within a matter of three hours, and it was phenomenal. I cannot recommend this enough.

Loved it!
Rebel Bloom never disappoints. I loved Sophia's story.
There was humor, drama, lots of steam and more. This book also brought out all the feels.
I loved Sophia. She was intelligent, hard working, and a great mom. I loved her family and friends.
Side note...shout out to Mr Jimmy. He had me cracking up.
Noah, Alex, and Ethan, were the brothers.
They were each good for Sophia in different ways. Together though, their chemistry and passion was delicious and so right.
I'm not gonna lie, I was really disappointed in the guys at one point, but they do end up redeeming themselves. Most importantly, we are given an excellent ending that Sophia totally deserved!!

With relatable and loveable characters, filled with laughter, emotions and lots of steam, this is a must read!!

Awesome Book!!!

I absolutely loved reading My Boss’s Sons: A Contemporary Reverse Harem Romance!!! All about Sophia Bennett is thirty-seven years old and is manager of the acquisition team at Anderson Inc., she’s also a divorced mom of a seven year old daughter named Lily. She meets Alex, Noah & Ethan Anderson at a bar one night while she’s out with her BFF Jack. It’s a one night stand that she soon can’t forget, especially when they show up at her job, as the three sons who are learning the business one department at a time. Read about Sophia, Alex, Ethan & Noah as they navigate life thru business and personal connections. Lots of emotion and some toe curling does occur. Definite Read!!!!

Strong Women are My Hero’s

I wasn’t expecting to love this book as much as I did. I love reverse harem books but I LOVE a strong female character even more especially one that is a MOM! Lots of chemistry between characters which is absolutely needed in a reverse harem but to throw in the drama with Gerald and having the guys be younger I was not expecting but soooooooo loved it! Momma Mary was also an amazing character in the end. Great book! Stellar Writing!

Side note I would never get a tattoo myself but heck if I could get one done with Alex rewards I would consider it LOL!

This book was fantastic and I absolutely could not stop reading it once I started. The characters were great and the supporting crew was pretty awesome as well. Sophia was a girlboss who sadly let a man push her down, but we resolved that in the end. Noah was so possessive and caring, Ethan was adorable and loving, and Alex was the rough and tough guy who absolutely melted for Sophia in the best way. I loved the story and for once I didn’t hate the fact that there was a third act break up. It was a really messy one and, for once, I feel like it was actually beneficial to the story. This is my first read from the author, but I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

This was another outstanding RH story. If you see my other reviews, you will see that RH is one of my favorite tropes, but that being said, it takes something special to make me comment on it with a review. In this case, it was the "twist." We know the basic formula, we know it's coming, but there was something about this one that almost ripped my heart out. Like Joey from Friends, I had a moment where I wanted to put the book in the freezer because I knew it was coming and I didn't want it to. But since I read on a Kindle, that would have been a bad idea so I pushed on. And in the end, it was totally worth it.

I have a love hate relationship with Bloom's books. If you love the 3rd-act breakup trope, you'll love it. This book gave me ANXIETY multiple times my heart was racing. I keep torturing myself with her books. I don't like the trope but the writing is just that good. The only reason I am doing 4 instead of five stars is because there is just never enough groveling. The things the men say and do.. making up for that needs to take more time and I would love to be shown more of that rather than told.

I loved this book, have read it twice now. I didn't notice that it was a reverse age gap when I bought it and I've never read a reverse age gap trope. I liked it, I liked the challenges the heroine faced as a woman who is older than the hero(s). I really liked how the story developed and the added tension/suspense. I look forward to hopefully read more of her stories with the addition of tension/suspense.

As always, it's Rebel Bloom I love her writing and her books. I would highly recommend.

This has been on my tbr for a while and for some reason today was its day. I was pleasantly surprised by the storyline and the main and side characters. It's a fast burn, and the MMCs fall for the FMC pretty quickly, but their arcs as a whole were worth reading. I wanted a little more grovel at the end (they were horrible to her in the third act breakup), but I do think she stood her ground and protected her heart pretty well. They did have to work for it for longer than many other books with third act breakups that I've read lately, so I'll accept that small win.

Wonderful characters and good story

Brilliant characters, the three brothers had great banter, Sophia is just a gem and Lily stole the show (kids and truth; a dangerous combination!).
Amongst all these amazing characters, I still think my favourite was Milo, Ava’s boyfriend (Ava is Sophia’s sister). And Ava is the sister we girls all deserve.
They make the book, they are all amazing, but the story hit a difficult topic and was difficult to read at one point. All came through at the end, but it was tear enduring.

Surprisingly sweet & scandalous

Definitely not your average “date your boss’s sons” story! I mean…it starts that way. But Rebel did a great job throwing in some awful workplace drama, and I absolutely loved that Sophia was both a strong woman yet realistically vulnerable. She’s 37 and a single mom with an ex-husband who she gets along with but also gets frustrated with. She has a lot of responsibilities and for the most part, manages (and struggles through) like most women would in her situation.

Kudos Rebel for creating a realistic FMC!

Another great book from Rebel. I loved the older mom POV in this book! Sophia was a spitfire when she needed to be but man was she happy to have someone to take the reins!
Alex was by far my favorite of three! He was so amazing and I really love the tattooed bad boy.
The third act breakup was crazy! I still don't understand how they could believe that she would have done that! And I wasn't sure if they would be able to make it up! The grovelling was soo good! However, I still wish that they would have done more before jumping right back in the saddle.
