Her kingdom. His heart. Their lives. Will their fight be enough?
It’s time for me to take my place and become who I was always meant to. Friends, families, and lives are at stake as I learn what it means to be a leader for these people. I need them to trust me in order to achieve what I’ve set out to do, but how can they trust me when I have a Fox Fae—their enemy—for a lover? Together, Rune and I must come together to show Ambrolia what it means for Land and Water Fae to live peacefully once more. We must stop this hatred that has torn Fae apart before anymore Fae lose their lives to it.
But how can we when new obstacles continue to block our path?
War is coming.
Death is coming.
And I just don’t know if I’m powerful enough to stop it.
This is, by far, my favorite of the entire trilogy. The way this book wraps everything up, the high-stakes story, the relationship between Bria and Rune, the friendships, and the big finale?! It's all FANTASTIC, and I am so proud of this book. I'm proud of how far all the characters came. It's truly been amazing to write this series, and I hope you guys love it as much as I do!
4.5 ⭐️ I really enjoyed this series and Calling of the Crown wrapped everything up so nicely. I really liked seeing Bria grow into her powers and the relationship between Bria and Rune. The last few chapters had me on the edge of my seat!
The anxiety I had through the final third of this book... was high. That was a great ending! Amazing finale to an excellent trilogy! This book kept my interest the whole time, and I couldn't wait to read more. I stayed up way past my bedtime, cried in front of my family while reading, and experienced a book hangover for a couple of weeks. Incredibly climactic, steamy, and emotional. All the tiny recap moments, Easter eggs, and connected plot points hit their marks. I am awestruck by Sylver's talent and dedication to her craft.
I can not recommend this author enough! I can't wait to read what she's writing currently! 🫶🏻
Bria and crew have now traveled to the Fae world where Bria goes to the palace where her mother and father, the late King and Queen, used to dwell, to learn about her heritage, her people’s history, her powers and everything else.
It’s bittersweet knowing this is the end of the trilogy, but what a great ending to the series!
Without spoiling anything, let’s just say we get to meet new characters that make up more of our current found family we love, there are secrets revealed, betrayals, Bria learns more about her powers, her and Rune’s relationship builds more(not just the steam 🔥😉), we learn about a new world, there’s sad moments, happy moments and intense moments, and of course, the ultimate showdown at the end to bring peace to all Fae.
The way this ended was such good closure for me and for everyone in this book, especially for Bria. She grew so much throughout this series, and I loved her journey.
Rune I always loved and adored, and I just love him even more in this one!
If you love steamy Fae romances, then you should check this one out!
Thank you Sylver for the gifted e-arc 🥰 I look forward to more from you!
Sylver Micheal has wrote the most perfect story to end this trilogy. I loved "Calling of the Crown" so much! Bria and Rune's story had me captivated from the first book and I loved following them all the way through this third and final installment. The descriptions were so vivid that I couldn't help but feel transported to Ambrolia to join them! This book has everything! Adventure, spice, love, friendship, and family.
This was such a good series. Loved the storyline and how it was fast paced but well written. I loved how the last book to the series turned out. What a way to end the series 😭 *still crying*
What a conclusion to this incredible trilogy!!! But why must it be over ! 😭😭 I love the characters in this story, well most of them there's a few we won't speak about. 😒
Our girl Bria proves everyone wrong though and I couldn't be more proud. 👏🏻 Same with Rune. He came a long way from the fox we met in Fire of the Fox. And his possessiveness, whooo did we get to see more of that. The mouth on this Fox, yall. 🫠 and when he gets revenge on a certain person. Whooo
The challenges they both face and never give up. The heartbreak, ugh it's a lot. There's several moments I shed tears. Some happy, but most sad. 😭😭 But the ending. The ending, while some heartbreaking. It was also beautiful. The epilogue 👏🏻👏🏻
And the spice. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 we get to see much more of Rune and Bria 🥵
I'm trying so hard not to spoil anything, so this is what I'll share...
Read this trilogy. Seriously it's one of my absolute favorites.
"I burn for you. I fight for you. I breathe for you. All that I am, I am for you." -sobbing 😭
This was a wonderful end to the Broken Fae Trilogy! It was paced really well, the storyline was still so so good, and Rune still has my heart. These books have a way of sucking you in and getting you completely invested. I loved every second, but I'm sad to say goodbye to some really great characters.
I don't want to say too much, other than you should follow through and read the entire trilogy!
A big thank you to Sylver for letting me arc read. 🩵
This was the last book of the trilogy and honestly these books just weren’t it for me. While there were parts that were good, it was all just too happy and peaceful for me. I want my FMC to be fierce. Bria was about as fierce as bunny. She warred harder with her own mind than she did for her people. Also, the whole “water power” thing was a bust to me. I mean, WATER POWER? 😴 The side characters kept me reading. She got her happy ending and Im glad it’s over.
My heart. What a beautiful ending to a fantastic trilogy. This one was by far my favorite of the three. It had me go on a journey of emotions. I'm going to miss these characters, but I'm glad for the ending they got.
A piece of my heart broke when this series ended. Having beta read this for Sylver I was sobbing in my car by the end of it. I will forever love these characters and this world!
This has to be one of the hardest reviews for me to write because I can’t talk about how truly masterful this book is without giving away major plot points from the first two books 😅 That being said, Calling of the Crown is the epic conclusion to this incredible series and it’s everything I wanted to see for Bria and Rune. Especially Rune, because he deserves the world🔥
This book, this whole series rewally, will take you on an amazing journey, leading to unexpected places. I love how everything ties together in the conclusion, coming full circle with where Bria’s story began. I’ve said it before, but my favorite aspect of our wonderful main characters is how Bria and Rune communicate, despite the hardships and challenges they endure. The way those two work through their problems is top tier, and that spice is just 👌👌 plus I mean, we’re talking about Rune here so obviously 🥵🥵
Honestly, I can’t recommend this series though. Please go discover these amazing characters for yourself, I think you’ll find they’ll have a special place in your heart. 💜
