Her two new neighbors, Ann and Tommy, are the same age as Martha, and each live next door to her. Ann loves to play, dance and sing with Martha, while Tommy is always miserable and likes to cause trouble. It is up to Martha and Ann to figure out how to make Tommy a nicer person.
