According to the Bible, how do we answer the question of what a youth leader is like after God´s own heart?
Each chapter focuses on a mark of a God-pleasing youth leader, and the answers and lessons in all of them are complementary and have points of overlap. That is intentional. The idea is that the twelve marks together give you a biblical picture—a puzzle you piece together as you read—of what God wants us to be as leaders for the salvation of the lost, the building up of His church, and the glory of His name.
With contributions from pastors and youth leaders such as Josué Barrios, Pepe Mendoza, Jairo Namnún, Moisés Gómez, Karina Evaristo, and others, who bring their experience and approach youth leadership in the church from a biblical perspective.

Este libro es un recurso necesario para cualquier persona que pretenda servir a los jóvenes, las verdades centrales presentadas en este libro son sencillamente explicadas y esto hace que el mensaje llegue fuerte y directo.
