My favorite book of all time, bo knows bo, captures the life of the star multi sport athlete who overcomes adversity to become known as the greatest athlete to ever live. He grew up in a poor Alabama town where crime rates were very high. Throughout his childhood , he was a troubled child who stole from others and was known as a bully around the school. He started to finally shape up in high school and brought attention to himself by playing sports. Colleges such as alabama and auburn were heavily recruiting bo, but he decided to go to auburn to play both football and baseball. At auburn, he won the heisman trophy and was drafted by the raiders and the royals. He played a award filled few years in both the mlb and nfl before majority injuring his hip. This injury ended his career but he is still a famous sports analyst today.

I really enjoyed reading about the life of one of the greatest athletes to ever live. No Jackson had a rough childhood, but overcame all that to become a heisman trophy winner, MLB all star, and an NFL pro bowler. His story is tell remarkable and it is worth reading for yourself.
