I liked this book because it was a quick, easy read of how to reduce our LDL and increase our HDL naturally. It didn't go into much of the science involved, which we tend to forget anyway. It told us point blank of what foods to eat, why we should eat them, and suggested ways to incorporate them into our diet. It also told us, of course, of those foods to avoid.
