Me gustó mucho, contiene mucha información relevante acerca de la inteligencia Emocional, lo cual me ha servido mucho para poder controlar mis emociones en el ambiente social y poder resolver de mejor manera situaciones complicadas.

Buen libro que contiene los elementos básicos para entender que es la inteligencia emocional. También da buenos consejos de como desarrollarla.
