Disappointing

I highly anticipated this series after reading The Huntsmen. This story had no depth, in plot, or in character development. Honestly, the amount of grammatical errors and missing words deemed it practically unreadable. I strongly suggest you seek different beta readers and editors.

TIME TO HIRE A NEW EDITOR! I’ve noticed it in previous books, but I felt like this one was especially bad. Incorrect parentheses usage, like quotes only have one instead of two to close off the quote…. so so many. Missing words, like a word was completely deleted out of the sentence. Auto correct was another big issue that wasn’t caught in the editing process.

Overall this was a good read, but there were so many grammatical and editorial mistakes.
The first and second book - yea, I can get past it, but as you continue the trilogy and mixing up the characters as you're reading, doesn't sit well for me.

Again, it was a good book, felt a little rushed to me.

Really, others have said it before, and I gotta say it too: who did the proof reading on these books? It was awful. Mixed names, mixed genders, missing words galore. I should have just highlighted all three books with all the stupid errors.

end up DNF

Couldn’t connect its characters, there is a little action although plot was good. Everything seems to focus on details that doesn’t matter rather than the main plot or characters. End up DnF it was felt an absolute drag I couldn’t focus

Yeah, definitely saw that happening. Well most of it anyway. Kinda wish we had a little bit of an epilogue in there!
