Wow for only 50 something pages, that was a really great story. Billionaire Chris meets shy Lawyer Sarah at a wedding and they hit it off immediately. Sarah has no idea Chris is mega rich and he doesn't tell her for some time, so that she will get to know him for who he is, money aside.
We get to see all the best parts of their whirlwind love story. Intertwined with glimpses of some other characters, whom we don't get the full story on in this novella. Paul and Emily, Chris's nephew and Sarah's best friend, whom we met at the wedding. Chris is very close to his family as we see throughout this story. Their is hints at more stories but we don't know the full details. Although short, it is crammed with intense scenes and also lots of naughty scenes. Once crammed with all the good stuff, it left no room for boring bits, so was a perfect quick read. Chris and Sarah are really easy and enjoyable characters to follow, even in the short time that they have in this novella. The beautiful scenery definitely helps!
After I read this novella, I immediately read 'Love and a ......' a series of 8 short stories, that form some of the missing background of Chris, seen through Paul and Emily. It answers a lot of questions about the ending of this book, and also gives us an even better look at Chris.
I felt it needed to be read after this book, and really made the whole story more enjoyable.
Again, a great, quick but intense read. Really enjoyable.

Chris was ready to find happiness. He wanted so badly to find someone who loved him for who he was, not for what he had.

After getting his heart broken, he met Sarah. She had the most beautiful, long, dark, shiny hair that draped perfectly across her shoulders. Her eyes were the most vivid blue he had ever seen.

She thought he was just a regular guy she was falling for. Little did she know, he was a billionaire looking for love.

I enjoyed this story about two people who really want to find “the one” and their romance. They met at the wedding for his nephew that Chris so graciously paid for in Paris. Sarah had no idea that Chris was the family member that paid for the wedding and she also had no idea that he was a billionaire. Chris thought she knew so he never brought the subject up. He was just happy that she was treating him like a “normal” guy instead of like his previous relationships that wanted him for his money.

One afternoon she had some time to kill and she did some internet research and found out who Chris really was. She felt there was some reason that he never told her but in the end he just never found the right time to bring it up.

. Luckily she finally gave him the opportunity to explain himself. The book ended with her finding out something that truly bothered her.

I felt more connected to Chris in this book because I could understand where he is coming from in wanting to find someone that loves and wants him for him and not his money or what his money can do for them.

I don’t want to give too much away….so read book ONE and get ready for TWO!

Great book

Great book

I read this book without reading the other four. It is great and I can't wait for March 28th to read the next book. I did buy the first four books, to see what I have missed. I can't wait to read the series. Great book.

***THIS BOOK WAS GIVEN TO ME IN EXCHANGE FOR AN HONEST REVIEW***

***Contains graphic sex and language. Not for young readers***

***Cassie #NerdGirlLola’s Review***

Two insecure people finding each other does not a relationship make. Basically that’s what this book is about. He’s insecure because of his vast wealth (he wants to be loved for who he is, not what he has) and she is insecure due to a bad experience with a former fiancé.

Yes he probably should have been upfront about the fact that he is part of the 1% but she didn’t need to turn into a whiney child when she found out.

I have one huge problem with this book. The flow of the book was horrible. It felt like it was written in haste and had the feel of a letter to your “home girl”. So a lot of “and they had a great time” and “They frolicked and played and skipped and danced.”

Over all I didn’t really like the book. It felt too rushed and the characters just fell flat for me.

This is the first book of a trilogy and should be read in order. Some back story can be found in another series by the same author, as this is not the first time Chris appears in a book.

in Finding LoveChris was desperate to find someone to love him for who he was not for the size of his wallet, so when he meets Sarah he is in for a real surprise. Sarah is a real woman who although not looking for love stumbles when she meets Chris. They meet at Sarah's friends wedding but little does she know that the groom is also Chris's Nephew and that he is the one who has paid for the extravagant affair in Paris. We then follow the story of Chris and Sarah as they get to know each other, without him telling her about his wealth. Their feelings for each other develop quickly with each of them falling for the other but neither willing to admit how they feel..... will this be their downfall or will the revelation of Chris's wealth come between them as the lies begin to pile up?

A brilliant Cliffhanger style ending but I do not want to give too much away...the characters are very well developed and thought out, the plot is brilliant and I could not wait to read Book 2 in the series!

Disappointing. .. from meeting each other to being made in love and your kindle is only displaying 15 percent read!!!!

Not very believable. I hate when I buy a series of books by the author and reading book one almost makes you delete the rest before even reading.

Maybe book two will be better :-)

an okay read. I'll finish the series because it's bought. I'm skimming over most of it. I'm just not connected to the characters at all.
