Loving this series

S.L. Hansen is a new author for me and after the first two Harper and Reese thrillers this writer is on my must-read list. Having grown up in Montana, the first book drew me in with vivid descriptions of Glacier NP which brought back fond memories along with an engaging story full of intrigue and a bit of romantic tension.
This book takes us to Washington State to a park I have yet to visit in spite of living in the PNW for many years.
Kenzie is offered the amazing opportunity to custom build a new FBI team from scratch, and while in the midst of recruiting, she stumbles into a big case that could prove her team to be necessary and important to the bureau. Can she bring all the talent she needs together to solve this case or will her tendency to run off on her own derail her efforts?

The story line is kinda jumpy and I had to go back and re-read some sections to clarify who or what was going on. I worked at the Grand Canyon several years and it was nice to learn some things about other National Parks. I'm a also big fan of Nevada Barr and her National Park stories, so this series was a fun read. I look forward to further adventures of Harper and Reese.
