Thank you to Kathy Asher for allowing me to review an early copy of this book. I really enjoyed my time reading this. Although I wish the romance was a bit more slow, I really enjoyed reading about Alex and Olivia's relationship. There were a few things that I wish were also elaborated on, but with the length, it still allowed for a rounded story. I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a billionaire romance that focuses more on the characters and their relationships with those close to them.

This was a fake relationship which turned real because Alex actually did fall for Olivia. We also have to add in that this was a best friend’s brother story as well. Even though things started off on the worst of conditions after realizing that his sister and her best friend were all a part of the same world things started to work out for the two. This was a feel-good story that leaves an open ending.

Olivia left her fiancé in the altar,she wanted a man who really loved and care for her.
He was a billionaire his family was powerful so she wanted to escape from New York .
Her agent was supposed to meet with her in the airport to give her,her new identity and passport, but the problem is that she never met the person.
She knew that he was a blonde and he was supposed to waiting for her but nothing more.
Alexander was a Rockstar but he abandoned his career to take after his father’s business,when he arrived at New York he was supposed to meet with his new assistant. He knew only that she was a woman and when a woman was coming near him he woke up from the chair to meet with her .
This is an awesome book it made me laugh and cry very good writing .

Olivia walks out of a bad situation and decides her freedom is worth more than anything. She’s made plans and she’s getting out as soon as her Uber can whisk her away. At the airport she meets Alexander who of course is the wrong person and this starts a chain of events. Oh it also gets his slapped for being an arrogant jerk, or at least Olivia thought so. This story has a very rich ex-boyfriend, and a very sexy rockstar.
This story had lots of conversation that didn’t lead anywhere and I found the word “babe” very annoying.
The happy ending was ok, not spectacular. I’m giving this book three stars.

My new favorite enemies to lovers book. Olivia and Alex become fast enemies as strangers when there is mistake in identities on both ends. Once they find out who they are really, they become friends. Alex help Olivia out by fake dating her so her ex fiancé will stop tormenting her on social media. Samantha is Olivia's best friend and Alex's sister. She finds out about their fake dating relationship online and things do not go well for the three of them. This book was very intense and I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see how things work out for everyone's relationships. Also that ending was amazing. I was also very surprised.

I'm on the fence with this one tbh. When I began reading this I was intrigued to find out why Olivia Sanders is trying desperately to run out on her wedding. A big massive event. She planned it carefully, or so she thought. She just had to slip away unnoticed. But why do this? What? Is Greg Hathaway a big time NY mobster? And after the buildup passed, and finding out that Greg is just some wealthy guy from a well to do family who wanted a trophy wife, to look pretty, and to do what he said; I would have preferred the mob angle.😄 Just saying. But Olivia must have seen the red flags with Greg? Why did she ignore them? Why let it get to this point?🤷🏼♀️ Now Olivia is hiding out in Samantha's apartment. Sam is her BFF. Why does Olivia go through these YT channels, a mixup at the airport with some guy trying to get 'papers' or is it an ID(?) to leave town? If you want to leave, go. How did she not know the guy at the airport wasn't Sam's big brother? Samantha must have mentioned him, had pictures of him in her apartment, or something. Right?
Alexander Steele is wealthy and use to be a rockstar. He's now a business man who's taking care of his family's corporation. He can be rude. Snarky. He's not nice to Layla his PA or the guy who comes in to help named Anderson. Don't do that Alex. But once he discovers the lady he had a mixup with at the airport is Olivia, he's nice to her. After they clear the air, of course. But he reverts back to that attitude at work with the people I mentioned. Now he wants to play this social media game with Greg, to help out Olivia, to save face or her reputation, I guess. Why feed into it? Do you think it will make anything better? So what, Greg has a new girlfriend. Let it go. This situation leads to more happening between Olivia and Alex. People really hate Olivia!!! It's weird. I didn't understand that. Because she left a guy? Then Sam gets angry with them that they are fake together to being really together. Sam, you didn't care in the beginning remember, sooo why make a huge fuss over it now?🙄 They're adults. Get on board or walk away. Also, Alex is now going back on tour. The ending is a hfn situation. Just be aware.
I got confused about certain things. Like time moving forward in the story. What does Olivia do for a living? Why not pursue in making that bakery shop dream come true for herself? Unless that's for part two? Maybe it is. As for Olivia, girl, own your life, and go out there and live it. Never hide who you are or your choices for anyone. I do like the book cover.♥️♥️ It's hot! Overall 3.7 stars.

But when she goes to get her new identity from a man at the airport, she ends up talking to Alex who thought she was there to meet him as his new assistant. But after the confusion a friendship forms and Alex offers to help with her ex, who is still causing problems.
Their problem now is that their fake relationship for the press soon becomes a lot more to them behind closed doors. And when his sister, her best friend, finds out about the fake relationship things become heated.

I really enjoyed reading this book!
The book starts with a bang, as Olivia ditches her wedding and runs into Alex. The chemistry between them is palpable from the start, and it only gets hotter as the story progresses. Their intense clashes immediately drew me in and I couldn't wait to see where their relationship would go.
This was a fantastic read that kept me hooked from beginning to end. The characters were well-developed, the chemistry was electric, and the story was engaging and romantic. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a steamy romance.

Finally, deciding to break free she sneaks out and hides away from the media, but an accidental encounter changes the trajectory of her life. Alexander is a grumpy former rockstar helping with the family business. Meeting Olivia puts him in the limelight again. Together their chemistry is ignited from the start and cannot resist the pull towards each other. This was a fun read.

Enjoyed the story
The story line was good, there was just little things like in one part switching Alex's eyes from green to blue then back green. And when Olivia called him after having her phone off and instead of her name Sam's was used. I also felt like when switching from Olivia's point of view to Alex that it went to far back.

I love a great rockstar romance and went into this thinking I would get one. It was a good book, just not a rockstar romance in the usual sense. Alex, as we find out well into the book, is no longer a rock star. He is a businessman now. He and Olivia fake date to help her image after she fled her wedding. The fake dating couldn’t turn into anything else, right?

I found this book to be a definite page turning, well written and the characters well developed book by Kathy. When you are looking for a really HOT and SPICY book then you need to stop and read this book because it will definetly deliver that and so much more. The characters have a chemistry that is absolutely AMAZING and if I could give this book more than 5 stars I would.
