This is a brilliant example of Kurtzman and Elder's teamwork as comic book artists. Every panel is bursting with life and detail. The closer you look, the funnier it gets because you notice things in the background that were not immediately apparent.
The art is beautiful, and reminiscent of the early days of MAD Magazine, when Kurtzman was still the editor.
