This is a great guide on depression and the many different kinds of depression. This book lists signs to look for with depression, what treatments are available, how to deal with depressed people and more. The wealth of information is for people who really want to know. The additional web links are also wonderful to view. I really wish more people would take the time to read this.

good information for recently diagnosed

I think it's pretty short and to the point. Good information for people that don't want to read a whole lot and just want to know main points.
