With 50 plus, full length books there is a story for everyone!
Cowboy romance? Got it! Small town... yep. Big city rock star? Covered! You like a little suspense? Yep, got a few of those too.

Most of my books are standalone stories in connected series. Whether it's the setting, theme or family connections, my series are often multi-generational and span decades. While each book is a complete story, beloved characters will pop in and out of these sagas. I stick to new adult, contemporary and western romances, with tons of emotion and all the feels tucked into them.

I live in the rainy area of Western Washington, and spend as much time as I can traveling to destinations all across the state, where I do all things outdoors.
Many of these locations become the settings for my books.

DNF @50%. Rebecca is selfish, delusional, desperate and ever so stalkerish and I think those probably aren't the best traits for a heroine unless you're Annie Wilkes, that is.

In this final book in the series Rob Williams is now sober and has admitted to himself and others that he was responsible for the self implosion of the band Zenith and his marriage. He has made his amends to his ex-wife and his best friend and former band mate Spencer. But it’s clear the one person Rob hasn’t forgiven is himself. Just getting sober doesn’t give you back self worth. Rob still perceives himself has a failure and its not helping that those close to him have found happiness in new relationships. When he is approached at the wedding of his best friend by the sister of the man who is now married to his ex-wife he cannot believe she has the nerve to ask him to tell him her story about his recovery so she can write a book about it.

Rebecca Randall is a mother of three young girls. All she has ever wanted to do was publish a book. But no one has ever supported her – not her mother or sisters nor her husband. But two years ago her husband just walked away from her and their children. This was quite the blow to her self esteem but with the support of her brother she has decided to go after what she wants and what she wants is to write Rob’s story.

Rebecca and Rob couldn’t be more opposite. But they both bring out the better parts of each other when they are together. When Rebecca is with Rob she is brash and goes for what she wants and Rob who is at first at a loss around this wholesome PTA soccer mom with three children who scare him but yet cant resist the girls and their unconditional accepting of him even though he has never been around kids or been part of a happy family. But there are many obstacles in the way. And those obstacles keep freaking Rob out.

As with life sometimes to get something good you have to give something up. Both Rob and Rebecca make this sacrifice for the other. Rob gives up Rebecca when her husband comes back for the sake of the kids and Rebecca sets Rob free knowing he has a gift that the world needs to hear and that its finally time for him to pursue that again now that he is a different man and that’s not something he can do with a woman with 3 kids.

If you love somebody set them free… When Rob made this decision my heart broke for him. It was the first time he did something for someone else. During the course of the three books in this series we as the readers have seen Rob’s journey from self destructive alcoholic to functioning member of society but yet still a little lost and lonely. The biggest question was would Rob ever sing again and would he be able handle the fame if it worked out this time.

I am happy with how everyone’s story was resolved but I’m sad it all had to come to an end. Looking forward to whatever is next from this talented author..

Rob was pretty horrible in the first book, but definitely redeemed himself, so I was excited to read his story. But for the first third of the book, he was pretty much a jerk. What happened to the Rob from book 2? The Rob who was urging Spencer to get his act together with Erica? That Rob seemed nowhere to be found, and I was disappointed.

I would have liked this better if Rebecca hadn't been Nick's sister (seriously, the inter-dating in this series is way too much). First of all, she was a doormat much of the time, and when she wasn't she was pushy and obnoxious. Eventually, she and Rob get together, and I did like them as a couple. But everything that happened after that was just too unbelievable. Doug, Zenith, both of them giving up without a fight...

By the time the cheesy Marcia Brady/Davy Jones reunion happens, it's been a year and a half since they've even seen each other and it felt improbable. Rob finally gets the career in music he's dreamed about his whole life and it means nothing without Rebecca? Too much time passed and I couldn't believe Rob never met anyone else.

The series was well written, but it was just ok for me.

Leaving isn’t always the best thing to do

I was surprised to find that I really liked Rob and his story. He and Rebecca had a rough start and, while he turned his life around a lot in Spencer’s book, seeing what a good guy he could be with the right woman made this one worth reading. I still disliked Trina, Joelle, and Nick’s other sisters, but Rebecca and Rob working toward their HEA made the other characters tolerable. Rob and Karlee were truly what kept me reading, though. They truly held my interest more than anyone else, simply because she showed him how pure and good a person can be, regardless of his past.

With finishing this series, I have now read all of Leanne Davis’ books. She is a great writer, whose characters are as believable as they are lovable. I started with the Sister Series and then moved to Rivers End. This was the last series to read and I loved all of Zenith. I think once you start a Leanne Davis book you will be as hooked as I am.

Rob WIlliams was the lead singer of Zenith until his battle with alcohol and drugs led him to lose his wife, Joelle and then the band. Now he is sober and trying to figure out what he is going to do with his life.

Rebecca Randall wants to write another book and this time she has an idea to write a series and the first book would be about Rob and his battles. Rebecca's husband Doug has left her with their three daughters and her brother, Nick Lassiter, has been helping her out financially.

When Rob agrees to help Rebecca for a cost will he find more than he thought he would? Will Rebecca discover more about Rob than she bargained for and will find out more about herself in the process? When Doug arrives home will Rebecca give him another chance?

This was a great conclusion to the series and I have really enjoyed it!

In the very first book you hate Rob because of what he did to Joelle and how their lives fell apart due to drugs and alcohol. In the second book you see a different side of him come out when you see the close friendship between he and Spencer and learn about their past. In this book you get more of a look inside Rob and see a different person and one that is super good to Rebecca and her girls.

I liked Rebecca a lot and as a single mom there was definitely a lot of stuff I could relate to. My heart broke as she was coming to terms with Doug leaving her and how she was moving on with her life and writing another book. I liked that she knew she had Nick in her corner before hand but I was curious about what happened when he learned the book was going to be written about Rob.

I loved the chemistry between Rob and Rebecca and how they gradually built up a trust and then let it go from there. They both saw things in each other that not many others had and it was great watching them build themselves back up in the process.

I was surprised with everything that happened when Doug arrived back a d some of the stuff he made a big deal about. I was sad at where that left Rob but I was proud of him for staying sober through it all and chasing his own dreams.

The end was pretty touch and go for a bit but I was so happy with the way everything turned out!!

I am hoping we learn more about Trina in a future book though as I think there is a good story behind her and how she constantly tears down other people!!

I wasn't sure how I felt about this book until possibly halfway through it. There was a turning point that convinced me that maybe this culmination of the trilogy was possibly the best of the three. Each story is its own story but I highly recommend that one reads it from the beginning. Ms. Davis is a definitive story teller. The context of each story makes better sense with backstory from each book.
In this third book, Rob is a recovering alcoholic making peace with his past. He's sober and learning to adjust being on his own after his best friend Spencer moves out and gets married. Enter the spirited red head Rebecca insisting she wants to write his story. Their project quickly erupts into an affair that neither expected. There's a multitude of problems standing in their way of happily ever after including the fact that his ex-wife is married to her brother and Rebecca's still married to the man who abandoned her and her three little girls two years before. Plus her family is not thrilled with the ex-rock star being around Rebecca and her girls with his scruffy looks and multitude of tattoos. And then Rebecca's husband suddenly returns and thinks things can pick up where they left off.
This was a very emotional read for me to watch Rob and Rebecca's journey to their happily ever after. Well worth my five stars. This book has caused me equal bouts of ugly crying and laughter. The whole trilogy has been a great experience.

Brilliant end to the series. I found the first half of this book very very slow and hard to get into, almost to the point of giving up. However the last half totally redeemed the whole book and had me totally engrossed. Rob, who is recovering alcoholic and now sober, pushed by his ex-wife agrees to meet Rebecca a wannabe author (his ex-wife's now sister in law) who wants to write a book about addictions and recovering from them. Rebecca is a single mother with 3 young girls, her husband having left her 2 years previously. Although there is clearly an attraction between them, it's very much a slow burn romance to start with. Around the middle of book three events happen which change everything. One of those being Rebecca and Rob's former bandmate Spencer realise that now is the right time to resurrect Zenith, and make their dreams finally come true. But, Rebecca can't uproot her children and travel. When Rob gets a secure job offer, which would mean he can support Rebecca and her children he has to make a choice - Rebecca or Zenith? When Rebecca's estranged husband decides to return, Rob makes to only choice he feels he can and leaves. However, neither Rebecca or Rob find happiness away from each other. The real question with Zenith becoming a success can they overcome the obstacles and find their way back to each other?

Rebecca is a mom of three little girls and trying to make something of her life to show her girls they can do anything. She wants to be a famous writer and wants to write about Rob. The Rob, ex husband of Joelle and ex band Zenith. Rob is adamant against it all. Even if it’s going to be paying him a bunch of money and having to get together with Rebecca to talk about all the intimate detail of his life as an addict and life with his ex wife. The thing is there’s a connection to Rebecca but rob runs scared a lot but Rebecca keeps him on track and works things out for him. Until the her ex husband wants to come back and Rob wants to go back to try to make Zenith work. Will they stay together Doug and Rebecca? Does Zenith go big and Rebecca is forgotten? Have to read this amazing book.

Reading this book I contemplated how destructive ones inner demons can be and when you finally overcome them can you find true happiness. This trilogy had me on an emotional roller coaster from the first book and was finished with this beautifully written book about love and family and finding your happiness to forgiving yourself. Rob and Amandas story was powerful and driven with emotion and sacrifice. A wonderful conclusion to a wonderful trilogy.

Highly recommended reading

The best was kept for last. This is by far my favorite book of the trilogy. Tears were streaming down my face. The author took me on the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. Riveting storyline and very well written. I am so glad I got to know all the characters, warts and all. Very good read.

This is the final book in the Zenith series and it is a good one. The final story finishes with Rob. As much as I did not like him in the first book, he certainly redeemed himself in this one and I am glad that Rob got his HEA. This story brings everything and everyone together for the finale. I have enjoyed this series immensely!!

This was a good redeeming book for Rob. In many ways, this book was a second-chance when it came to a lot of the characters in this story. Because the heroine was Nick's sister, Rebecca, we also got to see another side of not only her, but her family. I also loved how opposites attracted in all 3 of these books. This was a great wrap-up to an intriguing series.

This series is amazing. This particular book about broke me. The story of Rob alone is gut wrenching but encapsulates redemption and second chances at life beautifully. Poor Rebecca she was fierce and strong and believed enough for the both of them. Great story, great writing and a beautiful HEA!

I loved this book!!

This trilogy has got better and better and this one was by far my favourite. I ugly cried, I laughed and I held my breath in anticipation as I followed Rebecca and Rob navigating their way to their happy ever after.
Rebecca is finally finding her feet after her happy life was blown apart 3 years ago. She has her girls to focus on and her new ambition to get her latest book published. Her tenacity to get Rob to agree to be the subject of her book puts her life on a path she never anticipated and she is going for it.
Rob has never forgiven himself for his failings. His addiction caused his entire world to crumble. He lost it all. His wife, his band and his own self respect and self worth. Then a ballsy redhead bursts into his life, bringing with her 3 little girls he has no clue what to do with. As Rob learns to live he embraces Gus future and the possibilities it brings.

This book was fabulous and the trilogy as a whole is so good and well worth reading.

Loved this book. Leanne Davis has such a talent for bringing character to life with real life problems and struggles. And it’s hard and there is no easy solution but there is happiness they overcome. Rob and Rebecca were my favourite in this series. Rob came such a long way from where he was in the first book when he was still married to Joelle. Rebecca lost herself when she became a mother, but her husband leaving her woke her up and made her realise what she wanted in life and she became tenacious but still a loving mother. Such a amazing character delopment and story line. :) can’t wait for the next generation

The best book on the series, Rob, you absolute star you finally got to show who you really are and what you care about, Rebecca what a wonderful character, together they made an unlikely team but totally made sense, their story wasn't as angsty (thank god)!, then the previous two but it had it's moments, Rebecca's daughters were very funny and added some light relief, I won't spoil It for anyone but it was a lovely way to end the Zenith series.

Love it.

Another feel good story from a favorite author. Both my husband and I get stuck listening to Davis's books, often neglecting other duties. It is rather amusing watching him riveted over the perplexing plot. I like the characters complexities and ambivalence. I love not having to make myself engage in a story. Look forward to more from Leanne Davis! She nails the emotions of each character so you can really feel it with them. Addicted.
